Perfect and super easy

The lady I spoke to was super friendly and helpful. I have a little bit of a tricky situation going on and she handled it for me without any hesitation all while she was friendly, polite and happy. I can't recommend PetCareRx enough to my friends and family. I do not use anybody else even if I would pay less somewhere else. I'm one happy customer

They reduce of amount ordered without asking the customer. Supposed to be free shipping when you buy over $49 but when they reduce amount of the product they actually send u - overall price paid is dropping as well and they will charge u shipping $5.99. They re-write the whole order and amount paid without u knowing. Total scam. When called customer service- I got accused of not "being sensitive to other customers" and "not understanding that it's a normal way to contact business"... simply for asking to send me the whole order (all product was still in stock on their web-site) as ordered with discount and free shipping. Never had anyone changing order after the fact for "short supply" while advertising that short supply still on web-site as being fully in stock. You bought this amount and you shipping the amount you paid for. Customer service actually told me in a rude mocking manner that 5 items of the same product is a huge amount to buy and I should not count on more.

I have been using PetCareRx for about a year now and have had only great experiences with them. From medications to food and toys, everything arrives correct and in perfect condition. Each time I have called the customer service personnel have been very pleasant and helpful. I have so many good things to say and nothing negative at all. 5 stars!

In November 2013, I clicked on the cat tab, then on the flea and tick line. This brought up Advantage II among others. We have four cats and I knew we would need to be prepared for ticks in the spring when they're at their worst. They had a good deal on the 12 pack, so I spent the $109 for it. When I took out the package in spring I saw that it only mentioned fleas. Our problem for our four cats is mainly ticks, so this was really of little use. When I called and asked to exchange it for something that would work on ticks, I was told:"No, we have a 30 day return policy, so we can't accept it." Obviously they do not have a deceptive ad policy, so I am out $109 and will not deal with them again. Obviously I was foolish to do so in the first place and will share my experience with others.

I called to get my beloved dog's name off the records because he went to Dog Heaven two months ago. I was blessed to get Peggie on the phone. She was so kind, thoughtful, encouraging and sweet that she made my day! She took all the information I gave her about my new rescue and was very competent, patient, and bright. May God bless Peggie for being a wonderful lady!

Horrible

I cancelled my membership/subscription for my dog on 4/10/23 by contacting and communicating via email with customer service for my dog who passed away in March. They sent me two emails asking how they did for customer service and continued to send me emails with suggestions for my dog. Fast forward to today and I am charged to renew my subscription $105.83,which was in the past renewing in June. Beside the point because I already cancelled my membership/subscription on 4/10/23 and they agreed to cancel and said sorry for the loss of my dog. I also on 4/10/23 removed my credit card from the website, so I'm not sure how they billed it. I called customer service today and let them know I was billed fir the membership/subscription and they said they would reimburse me, and said again, sorry for the loss of my dog, but why am I having to do all this and reach out again? This should have been taken care of.

Fabulous Customer Service

Danielle was absolutely terrific. She went out of her way to assist me by calling the vet's
Office to make sure the Rx was approved. The shipment was sent out the following day
And got here in plenty of time. Set up an auto ship for all future medications. Would recommend them over and over.

Great Customer Service!

She was so nice, cheerful and helpful that Monday morning. I could not have asked for better service than I received from her. I ordered 2 meds for my 11 year old dog, the vet accidentally rejected one of them. It took me two plus weeks and speaking to about a dozen agents via phone, email and chat. I was at the end of my rope until I spoke to Ashley R. Ashley was patient and kind and was the only person who seemed to WANT to help. They called the day after I ordered and shipped out the meds right away. They are half the price of my vet. Andrew Singer was extra nice on the phone. He let me know that the membership would save me money now and it can be refunded if I don't make enough money back on it. I only wish they carried more medications that my cat needs.

I had cancelled my membership, I also wrote them, they even sent a notice saying my membership was cancelled. However, they never stop charging my credit card and I keep getting declined response from my bank (more than 5 times and they still keep doing it every month). This business is horrible. They charge your card without your authority. Be careful if you are giving them your card details. Terrible company.

After speaking with Andrew Singer today I felt confident in my decision to order through this company. My dog's regular heart medicine provider randomly stopped carrying his medication and I ordered through PetCareRX. I received a phone call today from Andrew and after our conversation any worries I had regarding using a new provider were gone. The customer service was amazing and I could tell he enjoys and loves animals as much as I do! I take my dog's health very seriously and am happy to have my anxiety's quelled.

I purchased one item from this company back in 2023 for my dog and I had no plans to order from them again. Out of the blue, and over one later this company has attempted to take/withdraw $54.11 out of my bank account with out my authorization. They attempted this transaction twice and can be proven. Oh was I upset! I called PetcareRX and spoke with a representative. I explained my concerns and then she transferred me to who I presumed was a manager or supervisor. I believe name was Jackie. I asked why is this company making unauthorized transactions on my account. She refused to give me a straight answer as I asked twice why are they making unauthorized transactions on my account! I am upset at this point! She says something about a yearly subscription that I had no ideal of and certainly did not agree to keep my card on file that long and charge it without my authorization. Expressing my disappointment, she eventually said she canceled my subscription. WHAT SUBSCRIPTION? At this point I told her that I would like to make a complaint and can I speak with a higher power. As she fortunately says, there's no one available at this time. I told her that I would be making several complaints. These are average hard working people you're taking advantage of and this needs to stop.

They sent the medicine and it was suppose to be here 4 days ago, I contacted UPS and they said contact the seller. The seller (Petcarerx) says I have to wait another week before they can do a reship. Meanwhile my cat is suffering! Terrible! Will not be using them again!

Shipping generally does take 3-7 business days, while usually its on the lower end recently given current COVID circumstances it has been taking the longer timeframe of up to 7 business days. Your pets health is our top concern and if the package is not delivered to you by the 7th business day you can contact us so we can get another package out immediately to you.
