I couldn't get my cats prescription food locally as the company was having distribution delays. I came across your website and with the help of Theresa, an account was established, my vet was called promptly for required prescription and the order for cat food was placed. Not only are they on a prescription diet, they are also picky about their food. Fortunately I received the delivery of their food before I ran out.

The customer service rep I spoke with resolved my issue with a lost order within a few minutes, I apparently had 2 accounts and the 'lost' order was under a second account. Very satisfied with customer service rep. She was courteous and professional and knowledgeble, She also was very patient with me.

Your online ordering system was buggy and really difficult to work with. I was being charged shipping despite qualifying for free shipping. I took me over an hour to get my order completed. After the fact, Ashley called to help. Ashley was very knowledgeable and helpful.

We've been with PetCareRX for 15 years, and always have excellent service and the best prices around. I just spoke with Peggy in customer care department, she answered the phone so cheerful and I could tell right away, that she loves her job, she has been with petcarerx for 10 years, it was so pleasant speaking with her. When I call again to place an order, im asking for Peggy to speak to. She made my day with her happiness. This was my 1st experience ordering from PetCareRX, and I was pleasantly surprised by a few things. The dog food I needed was not in stock elsewhere, but I received it within just a few days of ordering it. (Thank you ~ I did not want to have to switch my dog's food with his sensitive stomach!) And the customer service was fantastic. I didn't have a problem, but they contacted me when they realized I could have saved more money by using their Pet Plus Membership, at a discount! I will be a repeat customer for sure!

I recently had occasion to call the call center; I had made an error in my typing of my vet phone number. I was lucky enough to get Miss Peggy on the line. She was so professional, courteous, upbeat and helpful. She fixed my issue immediately and made me feel like a valued customer; that is a rare feeling these days when one must call any call center.
