I got a call today from a rep. From PetCareRX. He informed me I was missing out on one of their perks. He instructed me on what I needed to do to benefit from this perk. And now I will be saving money on all my pets prescriptions. Woohoo! Thank you so much Andrew Singer

I wish I would have come here before joining their club. I paid to join the club price and order my dogs' prescriptions over 2 weeks ago. This happened because a man names Andrew kept calling me relentlessly saying my order had been cancelled, and to please call him back.
I did so, and he claimed resubmitted the order for me- but not before I agreed to enroll in their club discount plan. I reluctantly did because he quoted me a great price for the two prescriptions I needed, and honestly, he wouldn't stop asking.
After I got off the phone with him, I was charged for the membership, yet, again, my order never went through.
I called back and spoke to another representative yesterday, who said there was absolutely no record of my order the second time from Andrew sending it through.
Now my dogs are almost a full month behind on their medication, and all I've done is pay for a membership that it seems like I won't ever be able to use.

I ordered on 12/17 because they were the only online source that had the size of the medicine I needed. They shipped on 12/22. The medicine was not delivered until 1/8. I had one dose left. They blamed the USPS and Christmas and then after seven days promised to ship a replacement bottle overnight. I trusted they would so did not try to make other arrangements. They did not and I almost ran out of medicine that is necessary on a daily basis to prevent a trip to the emergency vet for my elderly dog. Do not believe anything they say. If you choose to do business with them, order well in advance so you do not jeopardize your pet's health. I am desperately sorry that I took the risk.

Generally shipping only take 1-4 business days or so but given The current situations with Covid and the holidays there are been recent delays from the carriers longer then usual. I've used PetCareRx for 3 orders so far and have had no complaints. My dog had to switch to a more expensive medication and suddenly the Pet Plus made a lot more sense, and it wasn't bad to get the first year for half off. The customer service rep I've dealt with, Andrew, has been super pleasant and extremely quick to respond to questions. I ordered the expensive meds right before I bought the Pet Plus and he even partially refunded my order so I could get the wholesale price after the fact. I do see there are some very negative reviews, but thankfully I haven't had issues. All the orders came quicker than I expected and were packaged well. Hopefully the quality continues!

I purchased a membership due to a promised much lower cost for my pets medications... little did I know that with all of the " extra discounts" of a few $ here and there - the actual cost of the meds were MUCH higher than any other online pharmacy PLUS the cost of the damn membership!?! I demanded my $$ back once I realized that there "wholesale " is really a bloated or inflated retail cost!?! They lie and scam to get you to buy from them - AND my pets meds were in torn packaging and from several different pharmacies across the country ( bid style perhaps?!). I was promised that I'd receive in 4-5 days - did not receive for 2 weeks and had to buy larger dose from vet and break up into tiny pieces! Soooo annoyed by this company - they are liars and scam artists - DO yourself a favor and stay far far away!
It just isn't worth the savings.
I had an issue a few months ago- called three times within a 2 week period. Every time I called, I was told a manager would call me back and I never received a call back, hence calling in 3 times. I ended up giving up, but I'm sure that's their plan- I doubt they even have managers there- just people who are told to tell us that there's nothing they can do and a manager will call. Well, I came into another issue last week- I called in and am told the same thing. 6 days later I call back and wait 42 minutes to even speak with someone- I spend another 30-40 minutes on the phone with this girl- same thing, but promises I'll receive an email with a return label today- it's midnight and I've received nothing. I pay $180/year for the membership and they don't deserve my business or anyone else's. I'm canceling the membership, even though it's saved me a bit overtime- just not worth the hassle and stress.

Spoke with Andrew Singer, who was so patient with me, answered all my questions & explained things until they were clear to me. One of the best customer service representatives I've had in a very long time. It made me think well of this company. If the company is as wonderful as Andrew is, then they have a new customer with me! Very impressed!

A very helpful, hands-on company. Ordering was super-easy—even when part of the order was a prescription and needed veterinary ok. Product inventory was also impressive. They also did a follow-up call to make sure everything was delivered! And even offered me a discount for the annual membership. It's nice to know the company goes out of its way to accommodate its customers. I would recommend 100%!

First order & they called to truly explain the PetPlus program which made 100% more sense when talked about than on the website the Cust services rep (Andrew) took his time with me & went over everything. It made a world of difference and if I don't save for a year they write a check for the difference. It's a no brainer! They were completely professional, courteous and actually nice to talk with. I highly recommend trying this company and their PetPlus program.

I call every 5 weeks to order medication for my fur baby and the service is always so cheerful friendly and thorough. Today I spoke with Peggie Johnson who was so courteous so funny and thorough. She confirmed all my information answered my questions regarding pricing and we had a few good laughs about daily life in this pandemic. It was comforting and brightened my morning. I realized this morning that I needed to order flea & tick meds for my 2 dogs plus needed to add my 2nd dog to my membership. I was on hold for a long time so I worried that the customer service rep may not be happy since they are so busy. Well thankfully Peggie Johnson answered & she was truly cheerful & helpful!
