Peggie Johnson is an excellent representative for PetCareRx, and how customer service should be handled! She took the time to reach out to her manager and get an answer on a very important order for me. I wish everyone I had to contact at other companies were as helpful, professional, and kind as Peggie Johnson!

CSR Andrew Singer called me just after my online order, letting me know my dog's medicine was on backorder. He was professional, respectful and friendly. He resolved my concerns. I am very impressed with him and the price of the medicine. Employees make or break a company so Thank You for having such a great employee!

Miss peggie was super helpful on the phone today! Was able to give me all the information I needed to place a order, even offered to place it herself. I let her know I was thankful for that but wanted to be able to do that myself, she more then happy to help me figure out how to send my dogs scripts in.

I placed a new prescription order as a new customer and shortly thereafter, I received a call from Cristina Flores. She explained the cost-savings with their PetPlus program and I signed up. The cost savings for me was enough to warrant a membership. Plus, Cristina was so nice and provided me with whatever information I needed. Thank you for your kindness & exceptional customer service.

I wasn't aware of this company until a Google search provided their name and their very competitive prices. When a representative personally called me from the company to inform me that I could save even more money by joining their customer appreciation program, I was truly amazed. Companies no longer have the direct customer interaction. I am so very pleased I came across this company. You really need to check them out!

Great Customer Service

I signed up for the Pet Care program and with this saved money on my overall year of purchasing Trifexis. This company so far is the least expensive but, with high quality control of trifexis that I have found so far! Why pay extra if you don't have too! Andrew was my sales rep and explained all the numbers to me as it seemed too good to be true but, in the end he was correct! Thanks PetCareRX for the savings!

People Pleasers

Alexandra (I hope I have that right) took great care of our People (the 4 legged fur babies of course) as we call them. She took great care of us owners too. Our only complaint is the meds are not liver scented and flavored which has been a direct request of our people. When that can be perfected things will be perfect. Thank you for your courtesy.

I received a call from Cristina Flores regarding my dog's upcoming auto ship. She asked me about the PetRx wholesale program and I told her why I cancelled that. She explained to me how the shipping process worked which had never been explained to me by anyone even when I called inquiring about my shipment. Plus she was the first one to call and check up on an upcoming shipment. Communication is key, especially during this crazy time, and Cristina did just that. Thank you!

Wholesale Pricing

I found PetCareRx with a simple google search. I needed to order a large amount of dog bones for my company. Before processing the order, Cristina Flores was kind enough to call me and let me know that there was an unlimited pet program I could sign up for that would save me lots of money on my first order. I really appreciate the honesty of this company in saving me money (they could have easily just ran my payment and processed the order). Thank you to Cristina and everyone at PetCareRx. One happy customer and lots of happy puppies because of their thoughtfulness!

I bought prescription medicine from PetCareRx for an advertised price of 28.99 (including sale tax and shipping). The final price stated on the webpage was indeed $28.99, which I agreed to pay. However, my credit card was charged for additional $89 presumably for some "membership" - this charge was NOT mentioned in the webpage-invoice (or summary of charges). I did not want or expect to buy any "membership"; I did not authorize PetCareRx to charge my credit card for any extra amount. This was fraudulent use of my financial information, which I provided to this company in good faith.
Customers should be aware that PetCareRx can conduct unscrupulous business and even commit fraud

So far we have been extremely satisfied with PetCareRx services and membership. I found out about the company as I Googled a toy. The day after my purchase I got a call from Andrew, a sales rep, and he was very patient and kind in explaining how becoming a member could benefit our family. After a few days, we decided to sign up and he still honored all the discounted fees for members and first purchase. So far so great!

After several attempts to work with both. Rite Aide and a CVS, the frustrating issue was resolved. She worked late and called me back until the problem was solved and PetcarePlus went through. She is indeed an model customer service employee.
