An excellent money saver... especially when you have 3 cats. The website is easy to use, products easy to find. When one of my items was out of stock, I was called the next day and I received an email as well. I would like to acknowledge Cristina Flores as the employee on the phone who gave me excellent service.
For the last eight months we have been ordering our dogs heart meds online and they were being delivered to us no problem. Last week the meds we ordered didn't show and we found they were delivered to our old address one hundred miles away. We called and said it wasn't their fault and that we would behave to pay for it again. The supervisor on Saturday would not help us and said the GM would call us Monday which never happened. Terrible customer service and no compassion at all for my sick dog. My bank has reimbursed us and will deal with these morons. Banfield Pet Hospital has refilled the meds and will be our supplier from now on.

Be very careful when you order medication from this company. They will claim you signed up for a membership when you placed your order (cannot provide proof) and then charge your credit card the next year without your consent! What a scam! When you call, they will pick up if they think you are ordering but just try to get to membership. Indefinite hold...

I was called by Andrew Singer after my first order and asked if I was interested in joining the club. We kept missing each other on the phone but finally were able to connect. Andrew was very friendly and professional. I didnt feel pressured at all to join in their club, but really appreciated him reaching out to me to help me save money. My dog has a chronic condition that requires long-term medication and I prefer to place my orders online because of cash back promotions. One medication only comes in a week's worth of dosage so I have to order 4 boxes at a time if I want a month's supply. Each box is processed as a separate item so my vet gets one notification of a refill, okays it, then gets 3 more which they usually decline because they just approved the first one. I have to call and tell them - no it's just because PetCareRx makes each box go through individually rather than grouping it into an order of 4 boxes like I requested.
When I've called PetCareRx, I usually talk to Peggy who is so nice and helpful. That's the only positive to come out of my frustration with the online ordering process.

As a pharmacy we are required to attain a separate approval for each prescription being ordered even though it may be the same medication being ordered more then once. However, I can certainly understand the confusion here. I initially called in upset because I was charged for a membership fee I didn't remember I joined last year looking for a refund but the agent I got on the phone said I can cancel for a full refund, no issues. Easier then anticipated. She then went over the details and savings with me that I had no idea about and got me to keep it. I wish I remembered her name but the membership really makes sense. I use them for my dogs food and prescription now and save so much in shipping alone!

So I made my first order and received a voicemail the next day to discuss it. Andrew left his direct phone # and I was able to reach him on the first try. He worked out a resolution to my original prescription on back order and saved me some money. So far pretty good service. I'll update if there's any issues later.

My representative was Andrew and he is very good at his job. I have not been able to get my fur baby Scrappy his heart meds until my niece found PetCareRx. Got a phone call from Andrew went over my order, said order was being filled, then said they were out of the medication. Andrew went over things with me and said he would call me tomorrow. Got an email saying the order was filled and would be on the way.
