Her terrific communication skills led me to offer a review, which is not something that I routinely do. My experience has restored my faith that there is still good customer service out there :)
My dog was given a new prescription for a pretty costly medicine that he will be on for life. PetCareRx had the best prices on this medication, and their customer service rep, Andrew was extremely helpful. Will definitely continue to purchase from them!
Andrew was such a pleasure I felt like I was making a friend. This quarantine has had one great plus: my dog and I have grown so close, so trusting, so constant. It's been wonderful. Andrew clearly knew what he was offering me, and I think at some other time, when I know where my money is coming from, it would be something else. He was personal, clear, succinct. My partner is still yelling at me for buying the membership. Maybe when we can afford it...

I just ordered a routine medicine for our pup. Ashley was so pleasant! Very courteous and helpful. She hooked me up with an annual membership that guarantees I'll save more than what I paid for it. They make taking care of a pet easy and ordering is always pleasant. I could've ordered online, but I always enjoy talking with them so I never hesitate to call.

February 2021, I ordered $119.00 of Rx cat food. I cancelled the auto ship after that 1st order because the fed. Express driver texted that my order was delivered but I never saw it. It was a Friday and I ran out of Rx cat food over the weekend! When I called customer service... the guy kind of laughed and said someone would call me on Monday. No one called at all. Cat food never arrived to my house!
The saga continues today, as I was on-line banking, I noticed that my checking account had a pending debit charge for $119.00. Can you believe it? Worst part was that my cat has been deceased since October 2021.
Idiots!

I have a 15 year old shih tzu and was in search of of Vitamins to keep his body happy and healthy and Cristina from Pet Care RX was such a great help. Your customer service rep Pamela Madonna was a joy to work with! I had partly filled out my order online but then had a couple questions so I called the 800# and she took over answering my questions and completing my order even helping me get set up for auto renewal. Pamela is a true asset, you can tell she takes pride in her job and the company she works for representing them in a friendly professional manner.
After being a customer service rep, myself, for over 30+ years I was impressed with Andrew's professionalism while helping me obtain my dog's seizure medication. He contacted my Veterinarian's office for approval and promptly placed my order. He also made me feel relieved about all of my questions and concerns. My order was received very quickly. In the past, I have had many problems dealing with pet care RX, especially customer service. My emails have been ignored, medications have taken 2 to 3 weeks to ship, issues with refills... when there are obvious refills available… Today, was a different story when I spoke with Caitlin :) She was very helpful, and sent a fax to our veterinarian while I was on the phone. She apologized for the issues surrounding this order, and said she would take care of it. If you had more people let Caitlin working at Petcare RX, I would be a lot more satisfied with this company! Thanks again Caitlin! You deserve a raise!

Your online ordering system was buggy and really difficult to work with. I was being charged shipping despite qualifying for free shipping. I took me over an hour to get my order completed. After the fact, Ashley called to help. Ashley was very knowledgeable and helpful.

A day after I submitted my order I received a phone call from Andrew Singer. He told me about the membership program and how it cold save me money. I asked him numerous questions which he answered in detail and with care.
They have a save guarantee and free shipping. I sign up for the membership and I'm so excited because it's hard to find the quality products I use for my dog at these price AND with delivery!

I must say Ayesha went well above her duty, She was very pleasant and helpful. Just hearing my story how my package was stolen or not delivered, she went on her own to find out what she could do for me. She called me back and was very very helpful. Living on a fixed income is really hard on a person or family when unexpected cost arises like this. I already told my friend to check out PetcareRx for her dogs food and I will let everyone know how helpful, polite, pleasant and caring this company is. Answer: PetPlus is a scam. You pay $50 a year and pay top dollar if you use your local pharmacy! Stay away. Go on goodrx.com and save money and $50 membership!
