I foolishly placed an order for a phone with this company without looking at this companies reviews. The phone took a month to arrive, and when it did it arrived damaged, upon contacting this company, I was told to return it by registered post, at my expense and that I was responsible for the cost of replacing the screen, motherboard, or battery, and they would decide what extra I would have to pay. Also if you do place an order with them done bother trying to cancel as per their terms and conditions, as they will just ignore your cancellation.

I am satisfied with the buying from this site!
Ordered a phone, and when I paid for it was in stock, but when They wanted to ship, already was out of stock. That's was the only negative feeling about the process.
The buyer representative wanted to help me, but at the end, the phone got back to stock again. The shipment was easy but really slow, but not by the fault of Coolicool. The international post was slow.
So more than 40 days later, I got my phone. All is great, packaged well, the device works well! :) So if You don't want fast process and shipping, but safe and easy buying, You can easily trust this company.

Worst ever company which sells garbage stuff. You will probably get the phone you buy and maybe even on time but pray to heaven that nothing happens to it because if it will then brace for high blood pressure, anger, frustration etc etc. as i found out when the phone i bought went dead after a couple of months. They have only one email address and they ask you to send them email but its just crap. You will get a reply from them after weeks and it will be completely irrelevant to what you will be asking them to do.
They are a fraud please dont buy from them. Hand on heart, its a genuine review as i suffered sooo much from their hands.

I bought an item and paid to have shipped by DHL, expedited shipment. Whem item got shipped I see they used Singapore Post (Standard Shipping). I paid $18.50 for expedited because (1) I needed my item fast. (2) Singapore Post uses Venezuela as hub before crossing to my country. Venezuela is in crisis and they are not shipping out any items that touch their soil. I have item there since March. Tracking status states shipped to VE (Venezuela) This means my item is lost. Not my fault I paid for DHL. When I emailed, about 6 times, them they just answered me" Sorry but item has been shipped" I will dispute this issue on Paypal.

Bought a new umidigi from coolicool. Screen died within months and got lies and more lies from them, firstly saying manufacturer had no replacement screens. Then coolicool said read our terms, screens and motherboards etc are not covered under 12 month warranty. So even thought coolicool sells you a phone with 12 months warrant? Its all lies... They do not honor it... Do yourself a favor and read their terms very carefully, but to be honest... Its best that you buy from someone else, as coolicool are a rip off. Be warned. DO NOT buy from coolicool... Dave from Australia

If the screen is broken, it will happen when you receive it, after some months, we could not confirm if it is you broke it or not, you can tell us the order number, and you can send it back to test. And give you the solution.

Brought a phone, took ages to come to me, apparently was out of stock after complaints to the, they eventually sent it though.
Now no apps are not working as I found out that google play is not certified which means they are selling devices they shouldn't be.

Sent an email and got a really rude email saying its out of warranty and why am I advising them now?
Then told to buy a new device and they will give me 5 - WTF! Seriously...!

Dont bother buying from here, cowboys. Greedy ba$tard$

Useless

Purchased a phone from them and had many problems with the phone and their service.

Ended up spending a lot more then I wanted to. Paid Tax and 3 times the postage, which I didn't get back from them. After about 6 moths of initial purchase, I got the same phone back but repaired. I paid for a new phone, not a refurbished one.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Worst site ever!

I bought a phone and it arrived after 1 and a half month. The screen was broken. I sent the phone back 3 and a half months ago and is not back yet. The costumer service is $#*!. The idea is not to buy anything from them.

Warning, be careful

I ordered phone zoji z9. They sent me only empty box of phone. Oh sorry, not empty, the charger was there. Now I have only very expensive charger, for 200 euro. When I am writting to support, nobody answered me.

My order has not been delivered for over 50 days.
When I opened dispute case to Paypal they forced me to close it in order to send the products.
Still waiting!
No knowledge of basic English through email exchanges.
Avoid this company.!

Please avoid buying from coolicool.com at all cost, because I still can't use the phone after 1 year! I've had it for about 2 months after the purchase during this period.

Bought a phone in December 2015, used it for 2 months before it started to switch off randomly. Sent it back twice for fixing, but every time they claimed they've fixed it remained buggy or even additional issues got added on top. After the first fix the camera didn't work, second time the sim card holder tray was missing. I was in contact with support and got many promises, but none of them were true. It's January 2017 now and I still can't use the phone after 1 year, because each fixing turnaround took about 4 months. I've never experienced anything similar before, it's truly disappointing.

Ordered a mobile phone that was "in stock" and paid for it immediately. Shipping was 1 - 2 business days. Waited a few days, nothing, email response "awaiting stock". Few more days, email response " phone will be posted in 6 days time, definitely, apologies for the inconvenience etc etc". After the new date i emailed and asked if phone was not going to be shipped just send me a refund. Sick of waiting. Following day money refunded with no explanation, they just could not / would not fulfill my order. Waste of time. There are far better companies who appreciate your custom!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Many other websites sell the same phone, buy it from somewhere else!

Terrible customer service. Here is my experience.

1. Paid for express shipping - took 1 month to arrive

2. Phone touch screen failed to sense touch.

3. They asked me to send it back for repair, as due to long shipping no longer covered by the replace refund guarantee

4. Paid $50 to send it back.

5. after 3 months of having the phone it was sent back.

6. Still broken with the same fault.

7. they refuse to do anything but make me send it back to them again for repair, even though its clear they cant fix it, at another $50 expense to me its just wasting money.

Terrible customer service, i sure if your phone is not faulty then things may be ok, but it's not worth the risk. So many other websites sell the same phone, i strongly suggest you buy it from somewhere else.

Bad products (2nd) BAD warranty repair! Avoid Coolicool. Bought Vernee Mars - screen stopped responding soon after purchase. Coolicool repaired it under warranty and when the phone was finally returned the replacement screen had use scratches that weren't there before (screen from another junk phone - they said that they had to wait for spare parts!) This faulty screen started showing virtual lines and causing overheating problems. Avoid Vernee... AVOID COOLICOOL

Scamming website

They lie about every order, and if it is a pre-sale order, say bye-bye to your money and DO NOT expect to receive any product. They will give different reasons for which your order hasn't been shipped, but none real.

Stay away, try other sites!

I bought a smartphone Elephone p-8000.
Order **************. When ordering add paid 2 years warranty. The initial price 165.98 USD
Delivered a defective smartphone. I sent at my expense for repair 8.95 USD. For eliminating the factory marriage, 48 USD were requested.
To compensate for my costs of the delivered, I received the code for a discount, but it turned out that it can only pay 10% of the cost. After my appeal they said that it is possible and 100%. As a result, the code could not pay anything, since I was informed that payment was not received.
When the smartphone came back it turned out that the marriage was not eliminated. Again sent the entire kit to China for 15.75 USD.
I asked to return me the spent 238.68 USD.
As a result, after 3 months I was offered to simply return the defective phone.
Summary: scammers, defective phones, no guarantee, repair is not quality, no one will compensate your costs.
Beware of ordering on this site

This is the worst companies I'm seeing in my life, I did buy a phone from coolest cool and returned with shipping payment from my packet and I'm still fitting by emails to get my money back cause they wanna return only 80% about 5 months now and I'll copy now all emails to see the true about coolicool.and I know they send people to reviews five star...

Purchased Meiigoo Note 8, ok for 3: weeks then noticed cracks in screen, which eventually went over the whole screen (Phone not dropped, etc). Contacted them and was told it would cost 50 to repair, told them wanted it fixed under warranty but told they needed to look to see if 'man made damage', as needed the phone fixed sent the phone to them. They won't even answer their door.! Courier has attempted to deliver 4times and left card with how they can collect, when I tell Coolicool this and send them email from courier all I get back is... phone not delivered yet. Also purchased phone from Efox, turns out to be same company. Major charging problems after 6mths contacted them said I wanted it sorted under the 12 MTH warranty, their reply was look at our terms and conditions. No 12 MTH warranty at all. So my experience of Coolicool and Efox is STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
