Bought a new umidigi from coolicool. Screen died within months and got lies and more lies from them, firstly saying manufacturer had no replacement screens. Then coolicool said read our terms, screens and motherboards etc are not covered under 12 month warranty. So even thought coolicool sells you a phone with 12 months warrant? Its all lies... They do not honor it... Do yourself a favor and read their terms very carefully, but to be honest... Its best that you buy from someone else, as coolicool are a rip off. Be warned. DO NOT buy from coolicool... Dave from Australia

Recently i had a purchase in coolicool, a JIAKE I9500 MTK6572 cell phone. Of course they are fastest in delivering but I had problem with that site. Some problem in loud speaker and can't fix it up in local repairing shop. Now I am confused on how to fix it out. My rating is on two for this site since because of the bad experience

Bad products (2nd) BAD warranty repair! Avoid Coolicool. Bought Vernee Mars - screen stopped responding soon after purchase. Coolicool repaired it under warranty and when the phone was finally returned the replacement screen had use scratches that weren't there before (screen from another junk phone - they said that they had to wait for spare parts!) This faulty screen started showing virtual lines and causing overheating problems. Avoid Vernee... AVOID COOLICOOL

Purchased a phone from them and had many problems with the phone and their service.

Ended up spending a lot more then I wanted to. Paid Tax and 3 times the postage, which I didn't get back from them. After about 6 moths of initial purchase, I got the same phone back but repaired. I paid for a new phone, not a refurbished one.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Don't buy anything from coolicool.com, when your goods go missing in the post they don't care because they have your £££. They refuse to contact the couriers DHL and expect you to do it. And they ask you to provide an unboxing video to prove you didn't receive what you paid for. Nobody in the world ever records them self opening a package how ridiculous! Do not spend your hard earned £££ with coolicool.com go to GeekBuying.com instead.

Greetings from Brazil. I've just received a Yotaphone 2 purchased from Coolicool. Very well packaged and fairly quickly delivered. Apart from a little bit of misadvertisement regarding the version of Android preinstalled, fixing that was painless and the device came sealed and all functional. Definitely considering buying from them again. Thumbs up!

I ordered phone zoji z9. They sent me only empty box of phone. Oh sorry, not empty, the charger was there. Now I have only very expensive charger, for 200 euro. When I am writting to support, nobody answered me.

I've ordered Zuk Z2 and it came fast, good quality product. I have read in the comments bad reviews, but i think they have great support to help you, they reply within a day always. HOWEVER, DON'T Send it back to REPAIR, it will take MONTHS (more than 4), that's the lack of the service, if you order something, you'll have to know that is at your risk if you have a problem with the phone. If you have luck and the phone is fine, then nice, but if not, repair it in your country.

I made my order 14 February and they wrote on their site that they have it in stock and that they will ship it in 48 hours.
Now is 21 February and they haven't yet ship it.
I made the order from EU warehouse for fast shipping.
I have contacted Coolicool (numerous times) because they are supposed to refund my money as the item was never sent but they refuse to reply.

Everything fine, even they say short time for delivery from EU warehouse, I had to wait for tracking number few days. Anyway, it has arrived OK, everything is fine and the phone is just fabulous. Love it, will definitely order again from CooliCool.

I foolishly placed an order for a phone with this company without looking at this companies reviews. The phone took a month to arrive, and when it did it arrived damaged, upon contacting this company, I was told to return it by registered post, at my expense and that I was responsible for the cost of replacing the screen, motherboard, or battery, and they would decide what extra I would have to pay. Also if you do place an order with them done bother trying to cancel as per their terms and conditions, as they will just ignore your cancellation.

Very bad customer service, do not recommending to shop at coolicool. They sent me broken phone and now it is 4 months dealing with coolicool and the phone is still not repaired nor changed. If you buy something at coolicool you will definitively not recieve your money back. Do not buy at this company, very bad reputation.

My order has not been delivered for over 50 days.
When I opened dispute case to Paypal they forced me to close it in order to send the products.
Still waiting!
No knowledge of basic English through email exchanges.

I accidentally ordered a phone and cancelled immediately. It has been over a month and no refund and they don't care my account is in overdraft status as I am waiting on the refund... NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY WORST COMPANY EVER SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS

I'm happy and confidently buy with coolicool.com. Trust is the bussines. I buy first Oukitel U20 Plus the mobile is looking so good but the Battery is bad is stay only half day, i'm still safaring for only battery problem. 2nd time i buy UMIDIGI G i just recive. This one is very good looking and battery is good.the beast thing coolicool.com there customer service with me good. I wish in FUTURE they HONEST with me.

Bought a vernee mars at Christmas phone stopped working in January cost me £15 to send it to China now they was me to pay 65usd to fix it even though it has 2 yr guarantee. Worst customers service ever just want more money for faulty goods. This is a scam company selling cheap rubbish which they do not repair.Don't touch this company

I bought an item and paid to have shipped by DHL, expedited shipment. Whem item got shipped I see they used Singapore Post (Standard Shipping). I paid $18.50 for expedited because (1) I needed my item fast. (2) Singapore Post uses Venezuela as hub before crossing to my country. Venezuela is in crisis and they are not shipping out any items that touch their soil. I have item there since March. Tracking status states shipped to VE (Venezuela) This means my item is lost. Not my fault I paid for DHL. When I emailed, about 6 times, them they just answered me" Sorry but item has been shipped" I will dispute this issue on Paypal.

Worst ever company which sells garbage stuff. You will probably get the phone you buy and maybe even on time but pray to heaven that nothing happens to it because if it will then brace for high blood pressure, anger, frustration etc etc. as i found out when the phone i bought went dead after a couple of months. They have only one email address and they ask you to send them email but its just crap. You will get a reply from them after weeks and it will be completely irrelevant to what you will be asking them to do.
They are a fraud please dont buy from them. Hand on heart, its a genuine review as i suffered sooo much from their hands.

I9300 MTK6577 is an awesome phone. When I got the phone, I was amazed because this was a huge upgrade from my old phone. There are tons of things you can do, and apps you can get. The resolution is great, and the phone is loud when you get calls. Mine came with a case, that has a little trouble, and the batteries are too weak for the phone and need charging too often, but its pretty cool.

This is the worst companies I'm seeing in my life, I did buy a phone from coolest cool and returned with shipping payment from my packet and I'm still fitting by emails to get my money back cause they wanna return only 80% about 5 months now and I'll copy now all emails to see the true about coolicool.and I know they send people to reviews five star...

This site is a total fraud! Although the leeco le max 2 phone is in warranty period they don't repair it.To be more specific, only 2 months after the arrival of the phone it stopped working, I communicated with them through skype and they asked me to send the phone in china for repair. After they received it they told me that it is going to be repaired in two weeks. It has past 2 months and after my complaints in skype they erased me from their contacts! I have disputed in paypal the transaction! They are totally a FRAUD! Don't lose your money! Don't buy anything from them!
