I ordered a black phone case for a UMI C1, and at first they sent an email saying that they didnt have it, so they would ship out one in white, cos they ran out of stock. I agreed. And they sent it out tracked,

However, they pulled a scam, whereby, they shipped it out, with only partial address, got to my country, and the postal service had no choice but to return it to China, as i discovered in horror, when i used there Track & Trace, phoned up, and this was confirmed.

I emailed Alibaba about this, and told me that they received it, and would be sending it out, and should have had it this week, and course I havent, had no expectations whatsoever.

Bloody chinese are all crooks, thats how Alibaba work too. Theyre lying comunists.

It was okay but had a couple of glitches in the phone but other then that it was a nice phone to have, ZOPO ZP950+ MTK6589 5.7 Inch Capacitive Android4.1 Smartphone with Dual SIM.
Before it's arrive I was afraid about the big screen but now a understand the target for this type of product... I see better details, the screen is awesome comfortable, for view web, social network, mails, multimedia and much more! The phone comes with all you need, Screen Film protector, Flip case protector, headphones, charger. I'm very impressed with the finish of the product, feels good in your hand and everybody wants to touch to try it...
Bad: Does not comes with an sd card but for the price, this is not too bad...

I bought two phones and I did not have a problem.
I ordered two new orders. Leeco Le Max 2 model.
In total, he's making 4 calls. The phone is really nice. Fast and fluid. The pictures are superb. The video footage is also very good. I would recommend anyone who gets it.

Very bad company! People do not respond to complaints at all!
Be careful, you have lost your money and the complaints will NOT be responded to.
Already three times sent an email with a complaint! NO single response!

Hele slechte firma! Men reageert totaal niet op klachten! Pas op, je bent je geld kwijt en op klachten wordt NIET gereageerd. Al drie keer een email met een klacht gestuurd! GEEN enkele reactie!

ZOPO ZP810 MTK6589, it's very nice and good quality product!
Display vivid and clear, quick touch.
Dual core 1.2 GHz everything quickly run without interruption.
The battery stands for long time, the voice is a little low, could be louder.
It is very good buy with such nice display and processor.
Made with very good quality and it's pretty fast phone! :) Thank you!

Beware of Warranty!

Bought phone. It stopped working after a few months. In order to repair you need to send it back to china at YOUR cost, pay tax at YOUR cost and on its return pay tax back to UK at YOUR cost. By the time that is done you might as well buy a new cheap chinese phone that might last a few months!

I PUCHASED A ULEFONE ARMOR 5 WHICH IS ip68 WTAERPROOF TO 1.5 METERS IN MARCH 2019. THIS WEEK I GOT IT SLIGHTLY WET AND IT HAS STOPPED WORKING- BLACK SCREEN JUST DEAD

I CONTACTED COOLICOOL AND THE REPLY WAS "PLEASE TAKE IT TO A REPAIR SHOP"- NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOVER FOR A PHONE THAT IS 4/5 MONTHS OLD

I have bougt a phone on that website called ZOPO C2, it is ok, except the delivery date is a litte longer, i did not know why they send the phone by post, but the character and $#*!tions are good. The customer service is ok, the give me the feed back in 24 hours. But i wonder if they can improve their shipping service or not.

First buy at coolicool, i found a phone for my daughters birthday and ordered one. Didnt pay shipping and it was shipped with swedenpost and that was not a good idea.
I did wait for 4 weeks and still no phone and my daughters birthday was one week later, i asked for refund or re-order but had to wait for a few days. But wanted a phone in one week so i order a new phone but choose DHL shipping... That was awesome, phone was in 2 days in the Netherlands!
The other phone wasnt still here, track and trace for that phone was not clear so ask again for refund and coolicool add me at whatsapp so there was very good contact.
After 75 days still no phone and i got refunded 100%.

I received my phone and I am pleased. TIANJI H699 MTK6572 1.2GHz Dual Core 5.0 Inch Android4.2.It does download very slow, but I'm certain its because of my carrier. The screen is huge and I love playing my games on it. The front camera could have better quality, but other than that it is a great phone. I will be ordering another for my son soon. Thanks for the quick responses throughout me receiving my phone. Great seller. Great Buys.

Excellent service.

A very good high end phone with a lot of performance for the price! The phone quickly and easily attached to my WIFI system and the speed was excellent for browsing and down loading items. I show a speed test result in my attached video. I got 18.03Mbps download and 2.54 Mbps upload and I am paying for 18 download and 2 upload so the test results were very good.

They are not honest if not worse. 25th Nov I bought Umi Zero smartphone. Offer was who buy it till 25th shipping start immediately and on spanish site (which I used) they had clock downcounting and I did that 4 hours before deadline and got their confirmation in few minutes. But day after they booked my order as 26th and moved shippment to 20 Dec. I complained and answer was that that was by chinese time. My respond was that they on their site was using european time and that now have to follow it and send me what I payed. After that no words from them. Reading some reviews here I think how this start I could be happy if I will get anything anytime from them

I just received the phone last week, N7100 1GHz 5.0 Inch Capacitive Android4.0. I was not satisfied due to the fact that I spent such a long time trying to work the phone. When I contacted with the post-sales service, their suggestion is to buy a 4GB to hold the memory. The picture quality is fine, but there is not enough internal memory to hold my pictures. I also put in 2GB (NEW) memory chip and it shows up "storage system full."However, the cellphone works well finally with a larger memory card.

"i pay 235$ for elephone P9000 after 1 month i broke my touch screen (fell down from 20cm)! Anyway,, i sent back to china with original box to fix my touch screen,,, they ask me more 55$, and they sent me back after 2,5 months with unstuck screen and no with original box,, but with box from e-FOX!
I buy from Coolicool no from e-Fox! Anyway i sent too many message and photos from the mobile and they try to fooling the world,,,,! They tell me the original box is destroyed and i must try option recovery in my phone xaxaxaxax They think they are smart"

DON, T USE THIS COMPANY
This companies customer care and after sales service is rubbish, they keep asking for clarification of your problem and when you ask for a refund of return postage ( after following their instructions using the most expensive method possible they ignore your emails. Go to another company to purchase your items.

Avoid purchasing anything from this company at all costs! Their customer service is shockingly disgusting, assuming they even have a customer service team that is!
Sure, there was no issues in getting the phone but as soon as you mention the word refund / returns it all falls apart. First off, I paid for faster (expedited) shipping and was then informed that the product wasn't going to be shipped for another 2 weeks. Well, given that my account stated that my order had not been shipped I decided to cancel the purchase and buy it from a more local supplier. That's where it all went wrong, according to coolicool.com, it takes them 2 days to update the status of your order on their website and they had apparently dispatched my phone already.
I paid £18 in customs taxes when the phone arrived, however, coolicool will not refund this despite urging me to pay the taxes, return the item and for me to be reimbursed. A 10 dollar gift card is what they offered!
What's worse is that I get one single email a day from them, despite replying within 5 minutes of receiving their emails each day. Their responses are often unprofessional and rude.
I urge any UK customer not to buy from this pitiful excuse for a company, especially when they do not respond appropriately to returns / refunds. Absolute joke!

I absolutely looooooove coolicool. Not only do they have the best stuff but the best customer service. I have ordered from here several times and my friends as well. I had a vintage inspired wedding and three out of my 6 bridesmaids ordered from here and their dresses were thick and well made. Top quality. Their orders came super duper fast. I just recently ordered from here and had some trouble with delivery due to the holidays and they responded to me quickly and politely doing whatever they could to help me. I love this place. I will forever and always order from here as long as they keep up with the way they are. Now Im off to order my husband a watch the credits and coupons I recevied from them. I highly recomment coolicool.

Absolutely Appalling Customer Service - AVOID AT ALL COST

Like many I was enticed by great prices and EU Warehouse so goods can be received quickly - all great as long as you have no problems and don't have the misfortune to deal with their 'customer service' - a complete and utter joke!
After 5 weeks the UMI Super just died, nothing I could do got any life out of it and, eventually, Coolicool agreed I could send it back for repair, it took ELEVEN weeks to get back to me and then lasted just 1 week before it died again.
I have still not received my refund of postage as their own T&C's state you will and no replacement phone. They just don't read or understand (most likely totally ignore) what you actually say to them. So my current advice to anyone is GO ELSEWHERE.

If they ever actually get round to sorting out a simple mess they have made considerably worse I may change my opinion but I fear England winning the soccer world cup is more likely...

This product Teclast P76A RK3066 can definitely be better, but for the price I don't think one can complain! If I must though; the screen is not so good, its slow, it is not equip with proper memory stales, it seems as though it wants to be a phone so many of the functions that are offered are unapplicable! My nephew loves it though, he's 6 by the way!
