One of the worst companies I ever came across. NEVER order anything from them. I actually think they might be fraudsters as as soon as I purchased and paid for a phone, the required every single personal information like copy of my ID, bank card copy (front and back) bank statements and god knows what else. This straight away started ringing alarm bells. I told them that I would never send them all of this as if you have all of that info, you can easily steal my identity or defraud me. So then all they needed is screenshot of my bank showing the funds coming out (with blacked out details). This conversation took 5 days. 5 DAYS! Finally I hear from them saying that actually, now the phone is not in stock (I did pay for expedited delivery, over £14, so I would have the phone when I get back from holidays). I then asked them for a refund so I can purchase the phone elsewhere. They didn't respond for 3 days and then said please wait, we don't know when it will arrive, but wait. I said no, refund me right now. I asked about 5 times now, and they keep on ignoring it, trying to shove some other phone on me (who knows what it is since they're sending me a SKU number instead of an actual name!) instead. I constantly ask for refund, still nothing. Absolute shambles, and fraudsters. I will never ever order anything from this 'company'. Total joke.
GIVE ME MY REFUND!

I purchased this phone for a couple of months and to be honest is my first experience with smartphones, because it has taken me several days to get familiar with its operation, and I went from having a regular phone to this incredibly functional gadget and change has been a noticeable leap, its processor is quite fast and efficient. The touch screen is very good quality, sensible, scratch resistent, decent amazing definition and brightness. It's camera takes pictures of acceptable quality, and the video runs smoothly. The size of the phone without being small makes CUBOT-GT99 MTK6589 suitable for carrying in your pocket without a problem, or the discomfort of smartphones largest and highest range and price.

I've bought a portable charger. It's delivered very fast, just 2 weeks.The quality is amazing. Very useful and interesting item. Support were very nice and informative.

I've ordered Zuk Z2 and it came fast, good quality product. I have read in the comments bad reviews, but i think they have great support to help you, they reply within a day always. HOWEVER, DON'T Send it back to REPAIR, it will take MONTHS (more than 4), that's the lack of the service, if you order something, you'll have to know that is at your risk if you have a problem with the phone. If you have luck and the phone is fine, then nice, but if not, repair it in your country.

I bought this phone unlocked because i needed a phone which works with the local carrier, and JIAKE i9500 turns to be the best purchase i could do, it works with the 3G network and the android4.2 system works perfect, with a brilliant 5.0 Inch screen and the fast 1.2ghz processor. I recommend to choose express for shipping, which will save a lot of time for you. It is the best deal i could find for a phone with this technical details

I am happy with the coolicool service. Ordered a phone EU warehouse and I received it within 1 month with a tracking no. And free delivery. Also got the support from coolicool team when required.

I bought Elephone P9000 from coolicool.com. Within an year the phone frame started to bent, which also causes the screen protrude away from frame. Its clearly a build quality issue of the phone. When contacted coolicool, they wanted me to pay for the repairing cost(replacing screen). They are purposefully avoiding to answer the main 2 problem. 1) poor build quality causes the phone to bent 2) Manufacturing warranty, so that I need to replace the phone. They thing they act smart by avoiding from main issue. Very poor customer service and they don't want to do anything after they sell the product to you, simply wash their hands.
THEY AVOID YOU PURPOSEFULLY WITHOUT ANSWERING TO MAIN ISSUE. STAY CLEAR and SAVE your money.

I bought a lenovo octa core hoping to save some money. But until now I have not received a report of my shipment of the product they having chosen shipping with DHL would have already arrived home.
Customer service is terrible he could not even give me the track number to see my shipment.

HAS DESTROYED THE CHRISTMAS TO ME AND TO MY DEARS

Do not buy anything in this site! They have the worst costumer service. I ordered a phone and it didnt arrive after more than 2 months and nobody helped me and no reply.

I'm happy and confidently buy with coolicool.com. Trust is the bussines. I buy first Oukitel U20 Plus the mobile is looking so good but the Battery is bad is stay only half day, i'm still safaring for only battery problem. 2nd time i buy UMIDIGI G i just recive. This one is very good looking and battery is good.the beast thing coolicool.com there customer service with me good. I wish in FUTURE they HONEST with me.

I had a terrible experiences with the technical service. I bought a chinese smartphone in September, and was another bad experience to be added to my previous one (see my previous review on coolicool).

Unfortunately, the battery was faulty!
Of course this can happen, and normally in such cases you are not complaining the reseller for that, but the producer. The problem was that coolicool, even if the producer has a technical service in Europe, forced me to send back the smartphone in China and cover the shipment cost (around 20). I sent back the phone to coolicool at the beginning of October and it reached the destination two weeks later, as planned.

The problem was that coolicool was not able to exchance the battery until middle December! After 2 MONTHS and numerous email with the customer service.

At the end I get the phone back at the end of January! I have lost additional 2 weeks for customs control (and numerous emails and exchance of buying and shipment documents to avoid to pay again the custom duty) but, in my opinion, two and half months lost from shipment and repair are unacceptable. I was without a phone from October to January and, despite my requests, coolicool didn't recognize me a warranty extention for the four months of use that I lost.

In conclusion, if you buy a phone with them, you have to hope that you will never have a technical problem!

Recently I brought a kingzone k1 turbo ( 2gb/16gb ram) from the website coolicool.com
I got to know the website from random surfing, and it promised a cool price compaired to otherwebsites.
Though I was scared to buy from the website, I just made a try.
They offered me $20 as a discount coupon + free q1 original wireless lether case as a gift.
The customer care was pretty good, they responded well for the quories I made through email…
The parcel which I received was a pretty standard one and the mobile phone was working good.
