I bought an Elephone p6i in July. The phone arrived but it was problematic. Peter Payton from after sales service of coolicool tried to solve the problem by guiding me on what to do. He was very patient with me because i don't know much about flashing etc. So, when he realized that the problem of phone couldn't solved he told me to send it back and coolicool would pay for the shipping charge. I told him that i don' t want the same phone and they agreed. So i payed the difference to buy another one better than that. Everything is good now and i am waiting for my new phone to come!
So thank you coolicool for your service and support!

I ordered a P9000 with wireless charger as it was on sale at a good price and was shown as in stock. I paid extra for express delivery and paid using PayPal. Got replay saying payment received goods in stock and tracking number would be sent once goods had been shipped?
1 week later and no contact or tracking number? Emailed support to ask why no tracking number only to be told one item out of stock! Ok then cancel order to which they reply, can we send separately? Ok said yes you can please send tracking number for item you ARE shipping. One week goes buy and no tracking number, then support says oh! Missing item is now in stock so we will send everything dont worry. Well you guessed it nothing came. Contacted support and they claim they have sent it but shipping company says your post code is wrong please provide correct post code.
Well I paid by PayPal so address is already verified by PayPal so I know they are basically not telling the truth.
I ask that they cancel my order and issue full refund, to which they reply they cannot do this until shipping company returns goods to them. I open complaint with PayPal and request payback.
They claim oh dont worry we have now issued refund but it will take 5-7 days so please wait.
I tell them PayPal refunds take seconds not days and tell them PayPal will do refund. They go very quite!
Its clear that they are scammers who sell things they dont have and then hold on to the customers money as long as they can. Now Im lucky I paid using PayPal and will get my money back as PayPal are very good at this. They clearly hope that most people will just give up and not peruse them any further.
Total scam just keep away. Funny how reviews for this company are ether 1 star poor or 5 star wonderful? Got to be something fishy about those 5 star reviews!

I purchased a phone from Coolicool that developed a problem with the screen (Dead pixels). I went online to see if it was software related and lots of people had the same fault and had returned to the manufacturer for a repair under warranty. I contacted Coolicool and they requested a video to assess the problem. After receiving the video they offered my $15 compensation which I refused as this would not cover the cost of repair. They then made the following offer.
Dear customer, You can send it back, then we can fix it, is that OK for you?
Since I was required to send the product back to China at my cost and I know the customs can be difficult, I looked into returning the phone to the manufacturer but when I asked Coolicool if this was ok, they responded that I must send back to them to be repaired. It cost £20 to return the phone and after 5 weeks they inform me it is my fault the screen is not working and therefore not covered under warranty Problem is man-made. Keep in mind the phone is in perfect condition, not a single mark, so somehow I have caused dead pixels on the inside of the phone without cracking or marking the outside and all the other people that have the same fault must also be damaging their phones via magic also. This is a total con. I paid for the phone, I paid to return it and Coolicool after them seeing the video of the fault, offering my compensation and then saying they would fix it and now they are asking for £75 to fix it. The phone only cost a little over £100. So right now I have nothing and I am £130 out of pocket. Plus, I believe they would not let me send it back to the manufacturer because it is a fake, given the behaviour I can only assume this is the case. I requested they send it for an independent review but obviously they have no intentions of doing this as it would clearly rule in my favour. Also, the phone has not been returned either. So I am out of pocket for the cost of the phone, cost of returning the item and they will not fix or return the item. You would think this would be illegal but you have no rights dealing with a company like this in China.
So be very wary of this company. They are looking to con you at every opportunity.

Hello, I received the package and everything is fine. Thank you, you have a good service and reasonable prices.

I bought a Yotaphone 2 (phone with 2 screens: 1 normal FHD and another e-ink) from Coolicool. 2 models exists: YD201 (international) and YD206 (local). Fo my country, I need the YD201 model.
So, I order my phone, wait some weeks and receive it in a good package with no problem with a good tracking from China to Netherlands then France.
After starting the phone, I look for the version to be sure to have the right model.
Surprise, it's not the YD201 model but it's write YD206.
I contact the support to explain my disapointment, it's not the good product I ordered!
The support answer me few hours later and give to me a procedure to update my phone (android 4.4) to the next generation Lollipop (5.0). The support confirm to me that the version will be the good model YD201 after this update.
Update... and... great, the version of the phone is the good version YD201.
And it works with my local mobile network.
I find that the support of Coolicool has been reactive for me. Only some hours to find a solution.

Ordered 2 x smart phones (not top of the range - Leagoo Alfa 5's) as well as action camera and headphones - paid extra $41 for DHL delivery (even though postage free in original price).

That was on 18th November 2015 - all confirmed - delivery 3 - 7 days, then the delays started...

The headphones and action camera (Go Pro lookalike.) were eventually sent to HK after 1 week... I paid the customs fee via DHL UK - (whilst still in HK...) - delivery stated as 1st December... I will update as to actual delivery.

Originally not told anything - just order accepted delivery 3 - 7 days OK
Then I was told 'slight delay for 2 days'... OK... no sweat.
Then told out of stock and restocking in a few days... OK liveable
Then told out of stock and don't know when they are going to be in stock - these were bought as presents... absolutely miffed now.!

I am now registering the dispute with PayPal but will no doubt lose out on the delivery charges as well as waiting weeks to try and get my money back.
