Lies from start to finish...

I ordered what I thought would be a really cool octa-core phone in March 2014 to be delivered to the UK. It is now the end of June, I have no phone and have lost lots of money. The phone was eventually delivered, weeks late, following numerous emails (and after paying extra money to the couriers to cover import duty). The reason for the late delivery was "high demand" and "we need to test it before we send it". My phone worked great until I tried to charge it - disaster... To cut a long story short I returned it. Their minimum email response is 48hrs (if at all) and they like to send reassuring emails that "we are fixing it" and "we are testing it". I grew tired of this and asked for my money back - obviously they then quoted their 30 day period, and that I wasn't entitled to a refund - their delays made sure that this was inevitable. Email after email saying I should be patient gets tiring! My last response was abrupt, stating that I will be posting a video review on Youtube about their service and lack of moral responsibility. I hadn't actually planned to ever do that but now I will! It's not about the money, it's the principle. Sure enough - they didn't reply. I am one person, I work hard, I'm honest and have come to expect a basic level of service from online traders. I honestly believe Coolicool have a policy where they deliberately and randomly send defective products to certain countries, because they believe people won't complain. Well I am here, and I am speaking up for myself and for the others that these companies think they can step all over. If you post a negative review on their website, they delete it too (see for yourself - they are all good). I am half expecting a reply to this, but don't let them fool you, nothing will be resolved! They just tell lies. There are some fantastic Chinese retailers selling amazing gear, but I'm sad to say Coolicool is not one of them.

My tryst with coolicool.com started when i came across one of their giveaway contests on their official facebook page. Interestingly, i went on to win that contest and what i received was the world's largest battery phone: The Oukitel k*******. I received it within a month, without having to pay any shipping charges. What i liked the most was their gesture when they assured me that they would try their best to ensure that i don't have to pay a lot for the customs. And guess what, they lived upto my expectations. I just had to pay $15 for a phone that costs $239. On receiving the phone, I was absolutely impressed. It was well packed and looked premium. I use the phone everyday for playing games, capturing photos, surfing internet and other stuff. And it is yet to disappoint me. The quality is perfect. I've infact ditched my old phone, Xiaomi Note 3 and using this phone on a daily basis.
Now, talking about coolicool.com as an online site, I've to say i am thoroughly impressed with their price. Just under $155 for a ZTE Nubia, $229 for a ZUK Z1, $225 for a premium Xiaomi device? Wow. Which site offers you products with such affordable prices these days?
Nothing beats Coolicool when it comes to the quality of the products, price as well as their after sales services.
After winning the contest, I've started purchasing all my gadgets from Coolicool. I believe i invest my money in the best possible manner when i purchase stuff from this site. The prices are just unbelievable.
Hence, I recommend everyone to purchase from coolicool atleast once. You won't be disappointed. I can guarantee you that. Best prices, Best after sales services, Very friendly staff, etc. make Coolicool a top online shopping destination.

Je commande souvent sur le site Coolicool.com.
A 2 reprises mes téléphones sont tombés en panne durant la garantie.
Apres avoir contacter le service client qui répond très vite - de 24h (mail en (mauvais) anglais par un francais); ils décident a chaque fois le renvoit des téléphones en garantie.
Les frais d'envois sont a ma charge (30) et le retour du telephone réparé (ou neuf) se fait sous 30 jours (un record pour un envoi en chine).
Meme en france je n'ai jamais si service si bien rapidité et efficacité

Buena página, prestan un servicio de calidad, he hecho varias compras y todo ha sido correcto, incluso me cumplieron con un premio al que me hice acreedor.
Desde hace unos años conocí esta página y es una de mis primeras opciones a la hora de comprar un teléfono, porque manejan un gran surtido y también tienen muy buenos precios. Lo último que compré fue una carcasa, la cual llegó en perfecto estado, siendo además el único sitio que la tenía disponible.
A eso hay que sumarle un buen servicio, mi experiencia con su servicio de atención al cliente ha sido realmente buena.

La verdad no soy de esas personas que compran un móvil y lo describen como perfecto y bueno.
Tengo el móvil ya 2 semanas y me va de maravilla, si tardo un poco 4 semanas pero para ser pre-venta prefecto.
En mi opinión personal, la comunicación con ellos no es buena ni al instante.
Pero a mi me han respondido siempre en menos de 8 horas.
Y en cuanto al numero de seguimiento no suele funcionar pero te envían otro por correo y ese funciona bien.
Por cierto el móvil que compre es el blackphone 2.

Hello. The 13th of August I bought a jiayu from coolicool. They sended to me through PostNL. I live in Spain. The first of September at the web is shown as delivered but, I hadn't it. After several emails with Coolicool they suggested to me that I should talk with PostNL, because the order is shown as delivered. I tried to talk with them but it is not in English, it is in nederlandes. So far, I don't know where is my mobile, what I know is that I don't have neither my money nor my phone. Thank you.

Hola companyeros. Mirad os explico que me paso. El pasado 13 de agosto viendo las buenas referencias de coolicool i viendo sus precios tan competitivos decidi comprarme un jiayu g4s a través de Coolicool. Hasta aqui todo bien. Me mandan el seguimiento a traves de PostNL y yo cada 2-3 dias comprobando el estado. El dia 1 de septiembre, SORPRESA, me sale como entregado. Pero yo no lo tengo. Decidó esperarme unos dias para ver si tardaba algo en llegar o si alguien me lo tenia que traer. Al cabo de unos dias al ver que no recibia nada empiezo a escribirles correos a los de Coolicool. Despues de uno serie interminable de correos me dicen que a ellos les sale como entregado, que hable con la companyia PostNL. Intento hablar con ellos i hasta el momento nada. No me han dicho nada. Encima esta en holandes que ya me direis. A dia de hoy no se donde esta mi movil. Dos meses y pico despues. ¿Qué harias vosotros? Yo ya no se que hacer. Un saludo a todos.
