Crazy $#*! in Coolicool!
I still ordered a phone that I have not received since 2017.04.07. It may be that DHL's failure might not, I do not know.
Anyway, I can not complain at DHL, I can not look for my package because I'm not the sender, I'm not contracted with them, but Coolicool! DHL wrote that Coolicool should initiate compensation, which it did not do.
I wrote to the cool Coolicool every day to return my money or to start a new post, but they will be cut off, they always say that they are waiting for them to get back to the package, which will never come back!
Inkorrekt team! A garage company I think, if you understand what that means.
Do not order anything here.

I just recieved DOOGEE DG100 yesterday and the delivery is rapid since it's only been two weeks after my inquiry. I would have share some pictures of my cell phone with other buyers of this site but the procedure is a little bit complicated. Ok. Let's come back to the business. The phone is satisfactory at large, for some high quality configuration should forged by money. The advanced Android system makes users' experience more pleasurable as other expensive smartphone does. Dual core provides an passage for apps to go through smoothly. Some other advantages of it like camera, clear vision and 4.0 inch screen also helps to make the phone stand out. Nice item!

My first shopping experience with coolicool.com was very positive. I ordered a smartphone iNew V3, which was shipped out long before its due date. The smartphone arrived in 14 days in protective packaging. Given its affordable price, I didn't expect the smartphone to look as good as it does. It looks as amazing as the one featured on the site.

Another positive thing was that I didn't have to pay any custom fees. The painting was shipped to a hub in the UK before being transferred to my country, which may be the reason why I didn't have to pay any duties or taxes

I am very happy with this seller. I ordered smartphone. Communication was very fast, beautifully wrapped, I recieved my order for 3 working days of dispatch with DHL. I have only one thing that disappointed was false status on the websites. There have been written in stock so I prdered and paid for but the phone wasnt in stock. So I had to wait for about 3 weeks then they shipped it. Smartphone is very nice, working well I have just little problem with charging. I reccomend coolicool for everyone.

Bought a waterproof - ip68 - phone. After a few months i lighty washed the screen under the tap and water came through. Coolicool support says that warranty does not cover water damage and that the phone should not come into contact with water even though they are advertising the phone as waterproof - there are pictures and reviews of the phone being used under water on their website.

I have bought a phone from coolicool.com but shortly after I decided to cancel my order. They have shipped the phone anyway. As their return policy suggest I have did not sign the package. The phone returned to their warehouse and I was promised a refund. I haven't got my money back yet. I have written multiple emails asking about my refund before.
Now I started paypal distpute with them hoping paypal will give me my money back because I have lost 122 £

After almost 6 months UMI ZERO had battery defect.
Sent it back to china, and then had 7 months of really bad communication with customer rights, they lied me and treated me like I'm some stupid person.
Then, during 8. Montk without my phone they send it to me so now I have to pay 58 USD duty because they send it by normail post and phone is at custom because coolicool say that it's not their responsibility.
After all lies I had from them, I do not want ta pay duty (because I can't be shore that it is properly fixed), so phone is going back to china and now they say that phone can be lost and it is not their responsibility...
Very bad service, humiliating...
Do not buy from coolicool!

I have recently bought a Doogee Y6 Max and after 10 days the screen became unresponsive at the top to start off and now there are several spots across the screen that have became unresponsive.
The navigation cannot pin point location. So is useless! Note: all apps and operating system are up to date.

I explained this to *******@coolicool.com I was first offered a $3 coupon off my next purchase over $60.

I was asked to take a video of the faults. I did so and attached this to my email.

I was sent an email suggesting that I take it to a local repairer and that if I wanted a refund or repair I would have to send it back to China and that would be very expensive and take a lot of time.

Message to Coolicool: I have proven that the phone is defective and I have contacted you within the 15 days (guarantee) to inform you of this.
What will you do for a customer that has been loyal for many orders?

Ok so this is my 1 month review on this tablet AMPE A90. This tablet is very sleek looking and lightweight. When i first got it i thought it was pretty small but the more i used the more i realised that it was the perfect size- u can hold it one hand. Also great resolution- that was one of the things i was worried about.
Although it took a while for coolicool to actually ship the product, it came quite fast which was really surprising. It came within 3-4 days of being shipped.
