When I first received my tablet Haipad A13, I set it up right out of the box and noticed it was running really choppy and slow. I figured it was because it needed to be charged fully and restarted. After doing that a few times the performance did not improve. I contacted post-sales service and I decided to reset it and try again; I'm glad I did. It works MUCH better! Most of the apps I use on my iPhone and other tablet I was able to get on it. It's fast and pretty responsive.
Don't buy anything from coolicool.com, when your goods go missing in the post they don't care because they have your £££. They refuse to contact the couriers DHL and expect you to do it. And they ask you to provide an unboxing video to prove you didn't receive what you paid for. Nobody in the world ever records them self opening a package how ridiculous! Do not spend your hard earned £££ with coolicool.com go to GeekBuying.com instead.
I have purchased items from this retailer and I would say it is one of the best I have experienced so far. I would recommend them to anybody and will continue to be their loyal customer.
From the pre-sales customer services to the after sales customer services are absolutely brilliant. Their staff are always there to help. I receive my order very quickly sometimes before the given timescale.
I am impressed with the service. I ordered a phone from the european warehouse and I received it within 3 days with a tracking no. And free delivery. I don't understand the bad comments because if you order from the asian warehouses it will take longer to deliver due to customs etc.
I ordered a elephone s7 on 4 Feb and two months later still no sign of delivery. Tracking details have not chaned. I have made 3 follow up emails to their customer service section and recieved very un helpful responses. Definitely will not deal with this company again.

Bought a vernee mars at Christmas phone stopped working in January cost me £15 to send it to China now they was me to pay 65usd to fix it even though it has 2 yr guarantee. Worst customers service ever just want more money for faulty goods. This is a scam company selling cheap rubbish which they do not repair.Don't touch this company
They advertise products and they dont have them stock and they take the money off you. They keep replying if i want to change my order to something else. I have sent 24 emails to ask for a refund. I have now started a dispute with pay pal to get a refund hopefully. Please avoid them
My first purchase with Coolicool and I get robbed. Firstly I was lied to, I was led to believe that the item was in stock so I paid. After 7 days and the money was still in my account and nothing had been sent, I cancelled the order. Coolicool suddenly responded saying that the item was out of stock and unattainable, would I like something else. I said NO, the order is cancelled. Unknown to me, a few hours later Coolicool managed to take the money from my bank account even though I had cancelled the order the day before. I have contacted Coolicool(numerous times) because they are supposed to refund my money as the item was never sent BUT they refuse to reply or refund my money. This is an obvious case of theft. Coolicool are liars and thieves.
Flytouch F101. Pretty good for the price, even survived a reckless fall to the ground. It split wide open, but popped right back together, no problem. Screen could be better, but you get what you pay for. If you are buying this tablet for anything other than checking e-mails and running kid game apps stop, turn around, and walk away. You will not get a great new tablet for this price... ever.

This site is a total fraud! Although the leeco le max 2 phone is in warranty period they don't repair it.To be more specific, only 2 months after the arrival of the phone it stopped working, I communicated with them through skype and they asked me to send the phone in china for repair. After they received it they told me that it is going to be repaired in two weeks. It has past 2 months and after my complaints in skype they erased me from their contacts! I have disputed in paypal the transaction! They are totally a FRAUD! Don't lose your money! Don't buy anything from them!
Terrible after sales
Guys be carefull buying from the european warehouse. I bought an elephone S7 and it stopped charging after a few days.The phone wasnt sealed when it arrived and was obviously faulty from the get go. When i reached out to customer services the phone would have to be returned to China at considerable cost. Emails back and forth were tedious and i decided life is to short. When things go smooth it looks like great value; when things go wrong-nightmare. Anyway lesson learned. Try buy from somewhere that has a usable and customer friendly aftersales attitude. Great sellers rise to the top when things go wrong-alas Coolicool sinks and puts all the effort into the hands of the buyer.
Very bad communication and response rate, shipping is delayed after delay multiple times without any notice, and once package arrived it was damaged and again very bad communication and response to solve the issue, still not solved
I bought a phone at coolicool. It was about two weeks ago. I got it some days ago, so they were really fast. The shipping method is also a good choose, cheap but quite fast. The phone itself was really brand new, and i get it in a protective packet. They are really careful. I offer them everyone. The communication is also fast, and they helped me instantly if i wrote them. I rate them five stars! :) I think I will buy always at coolicool!
I bought them a Umi plus, which stopped working after a month. I asked to fix it. Was a nightmare! After 30 mails and 3 months latter, they decided to give a new one.
But despite my warnings, for not to send to Portugal, but to send through there warehouse in Spain. They ignored him. An in Result: Stuck in customs services since then. And after 7 months, NO phone an No money!
