Very bad customer service. Mu phone (Umidigi plus E) went broken and I had to send it to China for repair. The phone had warranty ( I had own the phone for 2 months) They did something to it but didn't repair it fully. I have sent videos, pictures and multiple times explained how the phone is broken. I'm sure they know it but they are not going to do anything for it. They fully ignore the problem. I haven't got any compemsation.
When I sent the phone I put screen cover case with it to protect the screen. They didn't send the screen cover back and ignore that too.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

The tablet works fine so far, great for what I bought it for. I bought IPPO M7 for my little girl, who is 3 years old to play on. Wifi works fine on it. It is a little harder to navigate than others, but you want find any other tablet out there with the options this one has, for the price. Over all it is a great product. If any other problems occur I will be sure to leave another review as soon as this happens. I plan to purchase another one for myself. Something you don't have to worry about. Cheap, dependable, and a lot of functions. What much more could you ask for at this price?

I bought two phones from their site with stock in Europe. The delivery is within one week. They deliver to your home, or if you are not home then you can pick up from nearest post office. About the products, they are amazingly good despite very competitive pricing. I have been using the phone I bought there. It works smoothly and has good battery. One phone I bought even came with a free plastic case. Totally recommend it :))

Last year I have ordered my first phone from this company. It arrived in a mere two days, and everything with it was fine.
This year when ordering my second I did run into a problem, when paypal made my payment an extended one (beware: Use paypal's built in dollar to euro calculator instead of the number the website gives you when selecting euro, to prevent this).
After exchanging the emails all was solved and well. I am very happy with this company and its service. Would definitely order again.

I was looking for an unlocked Android 4.0 phone. After doing some research, reading some reviews I choose coolicool.com. On paper it seems to have all the features I wanted: Android 4. 0. 4, large screen, unlocked, dual SIM and an affordable price. I must say, I see people who order things from China and I was a bit skeptical. So, I took a leap of faith and I ordered this phone. So, very pleased with the delivery and the packaging was good too. I will order from coolicool again.

This phone is more than expected. I was a little skeptical about purchasing a phone from anyone other than a dealer or electronics store. The phone is very user friendly - not that complicated to set up and had it going in about 30 minutes with all my contacts and stored media from my old iPhone. Takes a little getting use to. Like a lot of the features - miss a few from the iPhone but overall very happy. The screen makes it easy to read email or search the web.

FRAUD COMPANY! Stay away please. Spread this word to family and friends. NEVER BUY FROM THEM if you dont want to be robbed off. I bought elephone S7 from them, went dead after five months and now they wont honour the warranty. Took them two months just to respond to me. They have non-english speaking people and a single email address as a point of contact. No phone number, no online forms, no ticketing system. Basically if something goes wrong with your phone, you send an email and expect to get a reply in broken English after months. They advertised full one year warranty but have now offered me 10USD coupon for a 200 USD phone. HOW ON EARTH ARE THEY ALLOWED TO TRADE!

I finally received my new phone after changing my mind on my purchase. They were more than helpful to supply the phone I really wanted.
The tracking details worked great and are very accurate as to where your package is.
My phone arrived as I expected with everything in place.
I would recommend anyone to use this service for your next phone, but do your research on the phone you're looking to buy as if I had done that earlier my chosen phone would've arrived much earlier.
I have recommended this service to my family too.

Avoid these scammers. I bought the Ulephone p6 for a very cheap price because it was on sale. Even though it said 48 hour shipping, they never shipped it.
Instead they were asking for money after I paid and bought the phone.

I have started a claim on Paypal and guess what. They've told me to close the claim so they can give me a refund. In other words I won't have any protection and they'll keep the money.

Basically these guys are out to scam people. I seriously recommend you try more reputable businesses in China.

Last October I made the purchase in Coolicool the phone MPIE G7. I have to say that mobile meets my expectations and after several days of testing it be when everything is positive.
As for the service of Coolicool I must emphasize that was positive.
I had to make several questions and the customer service was very good, fast response to my questions.
On transport took about three weeks, is quite acceptable. Everything went perfect and I'm happy. O help others learn about this online business

I have ordered a smartphone in June 2016 and it arrives to me after three months. I was totally unsatisfied by the phone performances (it was a huge lie compared to the specifications on the producer site) and sent it back to the support center at the beginning of December. They refuse to return my money back.
There are over four months and they didn't even sent me back the "repaired" (how to repair a camera photo that is three times worse than the specs on the site?) smartphone.
So in 10 months I was able 2,5 months to use a faked smartphone.
And still waiting...

Very poor service. They advertised a smartphone on their site that they never had in stock. Then they ask you to order something else instead and had to pay the full difference. Then they say it will be an EU SHIPMENT. They shipped from Singapore and had to pay VAT too. Item ended up being significantly more expensive then if I bought it from amazon or eBay.

Paid for a Cell phone that was defective, kept getting either a automated response or the language I don't understand or a rep named WINFREAD that ignores your request for a manager then plays the time has run out to get a refund Even after the got the defective product back...

There is a way to hurt them by giving them a bad comment on every youtube video they put up and also on the people on youtube that reviews their products.

When people see the bad comment you leave for them it will help them to avoid buying from them.

LOW and behold they have not responded (3 months still nothing)

BUT my Bank took the funds out of their merchant account funds and I GOT MY MONEY BACK...
