Screwed up first order was missing a Tee called Customer service they did try to make it right, But I did give them a second chance and placed a 2nd order.

Low and behold they SCREWED up that order as well.

Called Customer service again and they LIED and said it already shipped but they only created a shipping label and that I am unable to cancel my order. Wow Really?

Demanded a supervisor and then said I can reverse the charge VERY Quick and a supervisor became available and he wasn't any help so I told them to cancel my order.

Do yourself a favor and Order from a company that Prints and make their product in the USA.

BUYER BEWARE THEIR SHIRTS ARE NOT MADE IN THE USA!

Paid for a Cell phone that was defective, kept getting either a automated response or the language I don't understand or a rep named WINFREAD that ignores your request for a manager then plays the time has run out to get a refund Even after the got the defective product back...

There is a way to hurt them by giving them a bad comment on every youtube video they put up and also on the people on youtube that reviews their products.

When people see the bad comment you leave for them it will help them to avoid buying from them.

LOW and behold they have not responded (3 months still nothing)

BUT my Bank took the funds out of their merchant account funds and I GOT MY MONEY BACK...

I SAY THIS TO ANYONE "STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY"

ONLY THING THEY WILL DO IS LIE AND TAKE YOUR MONEY.

Before I ordered on my first email

I put into the comments section before I ordered this but PLEASE Make sure that there is a USA Brick charger and not a EU chrager.

Now you guys kept ignoring my emails about the shipping, Emailed your *******@coolicool.com about your Tempered screen saver being missing.

Also Emailed you about me starting the process for a charge back for the missing item, and then emailed AGAIN about the Cell phone powering off 3 times in a row and then would not power back on at ALL!

So there was never a reply for that as well.

Now I Called my Credit card Bank and doing a full charge back for your item...

And in 2 other emails I requested you mailing address to ship you Garbage back and here it is 4 days later and your company STILL haven't responded.

If you want an order number well guess what do your own looking for the order #

OR CHECK YOUR EMAILS AND FIND IT!

Or you can wait for my bank to take back the funds you charged and then maybe you will send an address to have this shipped back!

Funny how they respond to a bad review for their company but choose to ignore emails about a problem with an order or the product they sell. WOW!

Requested a USA Brick charger and they said that there will be one with it,
THEY LIED!
Sent EU charger
Paid for the screen protector SKU: PAMH*******.

Did not get it NOT IN package or BOX, They LIED about shipping.

They kept giving automated email responses AFTER they got Full payment.

They never had the items I ordered in

They never had the items I ordered in stock and waited 3 day to inform me, but the kicker is as per the manufacturer they never had these items in inventory.

BUYER BEWARE THEY ARE NOT TRUST WORTHY!

I have already confirmed from the manufacturer that You NEVER had any of these items in stock for Tanix never shipped them out as of yet.!
