DO NOT ORDER FROM WRANGLER I placed orders with four different retailers early Thursday morning. By Monday, every other retailer had delivered — except Wrangler. Despite advertising a two-day dispatch period, Wrangler had not even shipped my order by Monday. When I finally contacted them, I was told I'd receive shipping details by Tuesday afternoon — nearly six days (four business days) after ordering. The customer service number was difficult to find, and when I finally reached someone, the operator showed no concern and made no effort to escalate the issue. The only explanation given was, "We're backlogged." That might be understandable, but don't promise a two-day dispatch if you can't meet it. To make matters worse, Wrangler ignored my initial emails for nearly two business days. I only received a reply after repeatedly messaging their social media accounts. Your competitors managed to process and deliver orders in half the time it took Wrangler just to print a label. The performance gap is staggering. Because of this delay, I'm now scrambling before my trip to China — something that should've been stress-free. I will not be ordering from Wrangler again.

Womens jeans
June 12, 2025

I've been at my job for 14 years. I bought 2 pair of ladies wrangler jeans when I started. They have lasted me until today. I am amazed at what these jeans have gone through and how long they have lasted. They have become super thin. So much that I can hold them up to the light and see through parts of them, lol. Today, one pair had a small hole. I pulled it and it ripped in a perfect line. It's not a bad thing. Again, I am IMPRESSED as to how long they have lasted after 14 years of wear and wash! I guess it's time to go shopping again! Thank you for all you do! I just wanted to say that.

Sizes all wrong
May 24, 2025

Have ordered from Wrangler several times, if I order 5 pairs of jeans, 4 of them will be the wrong size. Don't get me wrong the tags say they are the right size, but the measurements are not. Order a size 36 and get any where from 32 to 34 always too small. Really need to have better quality control. Wrangler always blames me for ordering the wrong size but I'm using the size chart they provide. I get no compensation besides a restocking fee for their mistakes.

I have wore Wrangler jeans for over 40 yrs and the quality is now gone. Material rips at the rear pockets after only 4 washings. This has happened multiple times over the last 4 yrs. I no longer will buy them they "suck" now.

Wrangling c**p!
September 1, 2024

I ordered two pairs of men's jeans, DIRECTLY from their factory site, I received two pairs of FACTORY REJECTS at full price, both had machine wear rips in them, Wrangler did refund my money minus a $9 processing fee for my troubles. WTF!

Bought 2 pair of jeans and 2 shirts, but Never Again
Bought 2 pair of jeans and 2 shirts. Wasn't sure if the sizes were true to fit but took a chance on it since they allowed returns. Well nothing fit and I had to return everything. They charged me $7.99 to return the items. I think that is ridiculous since it is not my fault everything was made larger than what I normally buy. I will never order from them again. If you exchange and try another size and it doesn't fit I guess they would charge you again. Never again.

I have worst experience from wrangler. If you live in canada and buying from their online site then please dont buy it. They charge 25$ for any return and also ot takes 6 weeks to process refund. Their customer service is worst. They dont care about customer. I had to file lots of grievance complaints to finally get my refund. They are holding customer's money for no reason. I will never buy or suggest someone to buy from them.

Every pair of Wrangler jeans I've purchased in last 10 years has had the belt loops on each side of the middle simply rip off, have used a hot melt glue gun to try to salvage for a while. But I found the solution: I'm not buying anything Wrangler any more!

Pockets
April 20, 2024

I don't know about you, but when it comes to how my jeans fit and look, I'm pretty picky. It has come to my attention that wrangler seems to be cutting corners in the amount of denim they no put into their front pockets. In doing so they probably save a buck or two, but the look turns out very crappy. I'm not over weight, I wear a 33" waist but buy 34" so size isn't the issue here. With what wrangler has done the stitching and pocket material always shows, no matter how you try to make not show. You can wear a shirt untucked to cover it, but sometimes you have to tuck a shirt in. I show an older pair( lite) and a new pair. You can see what has been cut back on. It may be the way two different countries put things together.

Wrangler 20x vintage
March 20, 2024

The worst jeans I ever bought my husband! I purchased 3 pair, within 6 months the left pocket on every pair was ripped open, in same place on every pair. When I tried to repair the jeans apparently they are vintage cause the material rips like it's rotten. Tried to return but have to send back to Wrangler and that is B.S... will never purchase anything Wrangler ever again

Bad online service
February 4, 2024

I bought a shirt and a jacket as a Christmas gift for my husband. The shirt was too small for him. I returned it inmediately, after a month and three times contacting customer service, they finally return a small amount, they deducted shipping, returning fee and they kept the taxes... What a disappointment. Wrangler products are good but their service is beyond bad.

Riped in 2 days
December 7, 2023

We purchased 2 pairs or wrangler retro jeans for my husband, he has worn many different brands including wrangler in the past with little to no issue. On day one the jeans were fine day two was a different story. As we're were out running errands I noticed the crotch had runns coming from the seams and it looked as if the stitching had pulled through the fabric, we only had 2 more places to go so we figured we would finish out shopping then head home to change. We didn't make it, at the next stop the jeans ripped down the seam on the crotch and leg when getting out of the truck. I contacted customer service they asked for pictures and purchase information etc. I sent all details including the Pic of what it started out looking like as well as how it ended up just to be told I could send the jeans in on my dime it would be somewhere between 6 to 8 weeks before they determine if the issue was considered a manufacturer or something we did wrong. I have only ever used Wrangler warranty one time in the past and this was 10 years ago when the cuff of my jeans was not fully sewn in and with simple pictures they replace the item now it is 6 to 8 weeks and maybe and you have to pay shipping not only has the quality of Wrangler jeans jurassically diminished but the quality of their customer service has also Fallen. I would not recommend these jeans to anyone who works or wears jeans on a daily basis.

Bad blue jeans.

These jeans tear out after wearing three times. Wranger should make pajama pants instead of jeans. Shame on you, What a disgraceful product.
