Your sock's are a joke, your socks can't hold up to anything specially working completely disappointed in your products again, I'll definitely not be buying anymore of your cheep crap, there is definitely better brands that your cheep made crap these socks did not make it a month poor quality all have holes in the back of them definitely not made for real working men.
I purchased two Ladies Wrangler flannel shirts 3 weeks ago on-line. I received a confirmation email. Expected for them to arrive within a week per their site. I never received the shirts. I checked my email for some update and nothing. Just called their customer service this morning and learned that the order was cancelled due to being out of stock. I purchase several things from Walmart with the Wrangler name but I'm disgusted with the lack of communication from Wrangler; no email or phone call to say "We're sorry" and nothing to offer, no coupon or discount for my next order after expecting the items were in stock when I placed the order on their website. I like their clothing line but their customer service and business practices suck! I likely won't purchase from them again on-line. I will never know for sure if their items are ACTUALLY in stock.
I ordered jeans and was made to believe that if I completed a survey I would get $100 reward. I filled it all out and was offered subscriptions for magazines, $100 worth. Good thing I lied on all the information collected because thats what I expect from these corrupt companies. Everyone is just out for more. I will never order from wrangler.com again. Suck it
I bought 2 pairs of jeans and they didn't look like it was advertised.
I was surprised to see they don't cover the shipping when you return the products.
I think that's not nice and basically forces customers to keep their products even if they don't like them just to avoid the returning shipping costs.
As private customers we don't get discounts for regular shipping.
When they refunded the money they didn't include the original shipping!
At the end I ended up paying almost the half price of a Jean that I don't own!
I complained and they reimbursed only the original shipping they did.
DON'T BUY ONLINE their products.
They let customers know about their return policy because it's very different from most online purchases
You should pay attention to the return policy before placing your order. If you know exactly what you want, and the exact size shouldn't be a problem. However if you need to return or exchange the shipping is on you!
We do not refund initial shipping charges.

But you kept the overpayment from the shipper. I tell you what, you left me with a terrible after taste in all of this.
I am a new customer since the previous company I used for my work clothes discontinued my pants. I just threw away 5 pairs (from previous company) that I only managed to keep for 2 weeks since I thrashed them. I made the initial purchase from you to test the sizes. Considering how you treated this shipping issue and have been totally careless the whole time, I have learned to avoid your products. You even made extra from courier over payment and made me eat shipping cost. That is a lowly stinkin cheap shame.
You intentionally lost a prospective new long term customer to Wolverine. Good job!

Recieved my order today from wrangler. It came very fast and was exactly what I wanted. It fit very well and the quality was very good. I look foward to shopping here again.
While I love wrangler jeans and clothing, I recently had a bad experience with customer service. A pair of jeans I bought had a rivet pop off after the first washing. I promptly wrote to Wrangler and described the issue and requested a warranty exchange. Their response took several days. When it showed up essentially they put all the inconvenience on me to print a label, package and ship the jeans, then wait 6-8 weeks for them to decide if the issue would be considered grounds for an exchange.
I requested they just send me a new rivet so I could fix them myself. I got no response.
It's too bad a great company with otherwise great products has extremely poor customer service.
I've been a wrangler customer for about 50 years. Apparently that means nothing.
I tried to buy a couple of shirts but could not because of some obscure requirement. After contacting their service I was told I didn't have the right email address as it was not on an approved list.
As a company this is beyond stupid.
Why is it I buy a Wrangler Sherpa lined shirt, it fits fine in the store, I wash it in cold water and the sleeves are now 3" shorter? Over $20 for a new shirt that I can't wear. Walmart won't take it back because it's been washed. Sure don't get a good product from Wrangler or Walmart.
I've been wearing Wrangler jeans for over 40 years. I've also bought Carhartt, Levi's, and L. L. Bean. Wrangler's were always my favorite until recently. Not sure what happened the past few years but the quality has really gone down. They are even skimping on the denim material that goes into the pocket. I just ordered a pair of Levi's and am going to get a pair of Carhartt jeans soon. I will be buying one of those brands in the future. NO MORE Wrangler's. I have some friends here in Montana who are doing the same thing. Used to see Wrangler's everywhere you went. That will become a thing of the past. Sorry to see them go. They tried to save a few pennies and it is going to cost them millions.
You used to be able to depend on Wrangler...a rugged long wearing pair of jeans. I'm 73 years old, so no longer in a job that is hard on clothing by any means, however, after two months the left back pocket began to rip for no reason at all. I carry my wallet in the right back pocket. Another pair ripped at the bottom of the pocket and up the side of the pocket. The quality of material that is being used seems to be thinner and does not hold up. Like Levi's Wrangler is not made in the USA and both have quality problems.
Sent 5 pair of Wrangler jeans that cost over 50 each That ripped in the some place They Sent a check for $149 dollars will never buy a pair of Wrangler jeans ever again I have been wearing them all my life there Warranty is BS. PS I have 5 more pair just the same
WARNING WARNING
Don't order anything online with this company. I ordered a medium shirt and it came as a 3XL.
Called the return and exchanges department and was told I needed to be straighter out. I was nice the whole time but I asked stern questions about shipping cost. I told the less than nice woman that it was Wrangler's mistake sending me a 3XL as I ordered a medium. I was accused of ordering the 3XL, i definitely did not but should you really talk to your customers in such a disrespectful way. If this person was sweet I may have just eaten the shipping cost but now I'm writing a poor review. A little sugar goes a long way when swallowing a sour situation. This company has bad reviews for a reason, stay far away.
We purchased 2 pairs or wrangler retro jeans for my husband, he has worn many different brands including wrangler in the past with little to no issue. On day one the jeans were fine day two was a different story. As we're were out running errands I noticed the crotch had runns coming from the seams and it looked as if the stitching had pulled through the fabric, we only had 2 more places to go so we figured we would finish out shopping then head home to change. We didn't make it, at the next stop the jeans ripped down the seam on the crotch and leg when getting out of the truck. I contacted customer service they asked for pictures and purchase information etc. I sent all details including the Pic of what it started out looking like as well as how it ended up just to be told I could send the jeans in on my dime it would be somewhere between 6 to 8 weeks before they determine if the issue was considered a manufacturer or something we did wrong. I have only ever used Wrangler warranty one time in the past and this was 10 years ago when the cuff of my jeans was not fully sewn in and with simple pictures they replace the item now it is 6 to 8 weeks and maybe and you have to pay shipping not only has the quality of Wrangler jeans jurassically diminished but the quality of their customer service has also Fallen. I would not recommend these jeans to anyone who works or wears jeans on a daily basis.
I have bought wrangler since I was a kid, I have never had trouble but here lately they rip by the back pockets and by the zipper. I have worn 2 times and not to work in and now I have to find an other type on jeans.
Not a good website. I wanted a shirt that was supposed to be in stock. Ordered a second shirt to get free shipping. Shirt i actually wanted was not in stock. I got a last minute email when they were closed and they shipped the shirt I didn't really want. I have to pay to return. What a joke they can't track their own inventory. I will not shop there again.
So, i wear the black cargo pants, they used to be durable. Now they are low quality pants with a higher price tag... seems corporations have been doing this the past 10 years. When i wash them, they get detergent stains on them, so i have to wash twice which is bad for the enviroment and my wallet. They put waaaaaayyyyy too much spandex or elastic, rubber, whatever the hell they put in there. Iccx wish they would go back to the original material. So now ive been buying from another company, sorry wrangler, your failure to produce decent clothes is why you lost a long time customer. Maybe you will have the good conscious to not rip people off.
I purchased a pair of jeans for my husband through our local ranch store. $60 + I returned and exchanged them twice thinking I just grabbed a defective pair. Same thing with 2nd pair. I gave them the benefit of doubt and got a 3rd pair. Wore them maybe 6x and they are falling apart AGAIN! Not going to play this game again.
