I waited a month for this package just for it to say delivered at 4:30am and yet I have received nothing I've checked my whole yard my porch my mail box EVERYWHERE I haven't seen ANY package and upon emailing and texting off their website I have gotten NO help
I ordered two pairs of men's jeans, DIRECTLY from their factory site, I received two pairs of FACTORY REJECTS at full price, both had machine wear rips in them, Wrangler did refund my money minus a $9 processing fee for my troubles. WTF!
I have worst experience from wrangler. If you live in canada and buying from their online site then please dont buy it. They charge 25$ for any return and also ot takes 6 weeks to process refund. Their customer service is worst. They dont care about customer. I had to file lots of grievance complaints to finally get my refund. They are holding customer's money for no reason. I will never buy or suggest someone to buy from them.
Bought 2 pair of jeans and 2 shirts, but Never Again
Bought 2 pair of jeans and 2 shirts. Wasn't sure if the sizes were true to fit but took a chance on it since they allowed returns. Well nothing fit and I had to return everything. They charged me $7.99 to return the items. I think that is ridiculous since it is not my fault everything was made larger than what I normally buy. I will never order from them again. If you exchange and try another size and it doesn't fit I guess they would charge you again. Never again.
I don't know about you, but when it comes to how my jeans fit and look, I'm pretty picky. It has come to my attention that wrangler seems to be cutting corners in the amount of denim they no put into their front pockets. In doing so they probably save a buck or two, but the look turns out very crappy. I'm not over weight, I wear a 33" waist but buy 34" so size isn't the issue here. With what wrangler has done the stitching and pocket material always shows, no matter how you try to make not show. You can wear a shirt untucked to cover it, but sometimes you have to tuck a shirt in. I show an older pair( lite) and a new pair. You can see what has been cut back on. It may be the way two different countries put things together.
The worst jeans I ever bought my husband! I purchased 3 pair, within 6 months the left pocket on every pair was ripped open, in same place on every pair. When I tried to repair the jeans apparently they are vintage cause the material rips like it's rotten. Tried to return but have to send back to Wrangler and that is B.S... will never purchase anything Wrangler ever again
Wrangler Cowboy Cut jeans 13MWZ have turned into a horrible product after moving production from Mexico - using U.S. fabric - to Nicaragua. The material on the Nicaragua product is noticeably thinner - despite still advertising the same weight fabric (maybe time for a class action suit for false advertising?). The way the jeans fit is different and the waist sizes run smaller (not just my "spreading waist"). I suspect that some "value engineer" has figured out that by reducing the waist size by a half inch they can squeeze another pair of jeans out of a roll of material just like we saw in the automotive industry when the cars were made cheaper to save a nickle or dime per vehicle. I stopped in Boot Barn today thinking that I might buy a pair of 13MWZ black jeans, but when I looked at a pair, they were made in Nicaragua and were noticeably inferior. Wrangler had a proud heritage that, unfortunately, has been ruined by their choice to cheapen the product.
I bought a shirt and a jacket as a Christmas gift for my husband. The shirt was too small for him. I returned it inmediately, after a month and three times contacting customer service, they finally return a small amount, they deducted shipping, returning fee and they kept the taxes... What a disappointment. Wrangler products are good but their service is beyond bad.
Bought 10 pair for work- 8 of the 10pm or ripped exact same spot at month 9-10- left rear pocket! Comfortable but complete garbage- return policy is BS! Should b able 2 take pics and send! Not ship back! Won't ever buy again!
Long sleeve shirts, torso made 4-6 inches to short and sleeves 1" to short.
Cargo pants look stupid with the back pockets look like they are sewn inside out and no pocket flap to keep your wallet in your pocket! Been wearing wranglers most of my life, I guess if they don't change back to normal, I'll have to switch brands!
Notice the seam on pocket, it's crooked and got by QC
While I love wrangler jeans and clothing, I recently had a bad experience with customer service. A pair of jeans I bought had a rivet pop off after the first washing. I promptly wrote to Wrangler and described the issue and requested a warranty exchange. Their response took several days. When it showed up essentially they put all the inconvenience on me to print a label, package and ship the jeans, then wait 6-8 weeks for them to decide if the issue would be considered grounds for an exchange.
I requested they just send me a new rivet so I could fix them myself. I got no response.
It's too bad a great company with otherwise great products has extremely poor customer service.
I've been a wrangler customer for about 50 years. Apparently that means nothing.
I have at least 10 pairs of regular fit wrangler jeans purchased at Walmart that have torn exactly in the same place ( next to the left rear pocket). These jeans will not hold up!
I had recently placed an order with wrangler.com and let's just say it was a let down. Their clothes are well made so this review isn't even against any of the apparel. To begin with, the order seemed to have been going fine with a confirmation email was sent and a "shipment" notification the next day. A week came and went and UPS tracking had never changed. Instead, the only information they gave mentioned that they were still waiting for the package themselves. A telephone representative later confirmed that the items had not been moved (although being very kind). So basically wrangler.com is marking items as shipped knowing full well they haven't done anything with them. Dishonest business practice...
I've worn these jeans for the last 20+ years, just recently the quality has gone completely down hill. I have numerous jeans that are torn at the crotch, probably 15 pair. Wrangler dreams it my fault and won't do $#*!. Peace Wrangler you guys suck.
I like the wrangler products but there website and help line has a major problem.
My billing and shipping addresses are different and that causes some kind of a fraud alert in there system. Even after using a different credit card it still won't accept my order. I called my banks to verify there is no problem on my end. Then contacting wranglers help line, 4 hours later after speaking to 3 other employees and being on hold and calling my banks and then calling back the next day my order was placed. This incompetence feels like dealing with a government agency.
Yes, I live on a ranch in Colorado. I care for and work with horses all day every day. I wore wrangler aura for 10 yrs no problems, NOW they last many 1 month? Fabric is cheap and splits within days of purchase? What a waste of money and time. Wrangler is NOT reliable any longer no matter what the ads with pretend cowboys and very unhappy horses say in their ads. Avoid this brand
I purchased a few items November of 2022. I returned 1 item (a jacket) and the company stated they received the jacket on January 5,2023. It is Jan 26, and I am still waiting for my refund. I have called numerous times and I get the same answer. "Please wait 3-5 days." Those days pass by and nothing. Their processing and customer service is horrible.
I've bought wrangler jeans for years, and up until around 4 years ago they were durable and lasted for years but now they hardly last a month or 2. I got 5 pair for Christmas and today one of those pairs ripped along the pocket as I sat down. I guess you've lost a 20+ year customer.
Your sock's are a joke, your socks can't hold up to anything specially working completely disappointed in your products again, I'll definitely not be buying anymore of your cheep crap, there is definitely better brands that your cheep made crap these socks did not make it a month poor quality all have holes in the back of them definitely not made for real working men.
I purchased two Ladies Wrangler flannel shirts 3 weeks ago on-line. I received a confirmation email. Expected for them to arrive within a week per their site. I never received the shirts. I checked my email for some update and nothing. Just called their customer service this morning and learned that the order was cancelled due to being out of stock. I purchase several things from Walmart with the Wrangler name but I'm disgusted with the lack of communication from Wrangler; no email or phone call to say "We're sorry" and nothing to offer, no coupon or discount for my next order after expecting the items were in stock when I placed the order on their website. I like their clothing line but their customer service and business practices suck! I likely won't purchase from them again on-line. I will never know for sure if their items are ACTUALLY in stock.
