Exceptional assistance. Jose has provided me with a great deal of assistance. He tried his utmost to accommodate my request, and we discussed the many flight options and airline options available. He was polite and non-pushy, really interested in finding a reasonable deal that fit my budget.
Dorothy from the sales department, who was always happy to help and encourage me, made my experience fantastic. Despite the significant time difference between us, she always answered all of my queries. Thank you very much for making this such a wonderful experience; in the future, this will be my preferred site for purchasing flights.

I need to update my review, which I posted several months ago after not receiving my refund. The company did an investigation, and they gave me a refund. So now I change my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. Originally I posted: "We needed a ticket with a changeable return date. The sales agent knew that. When it came time to change the return date, they said we cannot. After numerous calls, being on hold, getting disconnected, calling back, starting over, waiting for the "manager" to finish his investigation and call me back, we gave up. Now we have to buy an expensive one-way ticket. Not from them, obviously. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY."
One question remains: did they do an investigation and give me a refund because I went online to give bad reviews? I'll never know. But they did get me a cheap ticket, and they eventually honored the terms of the refund policy, so now I can say they did a good job.
I do not recommend anyone to purchase tickets with them. The screwed up my name in the ticket and not willingly to change it when airline said it is possible. But instead, they want me to cancel my ticket of $2900 and purchase a new one which cost $4200.
Fraud at its finest.

Changed our rooms to a small closet that was absolutely no where near where we booked. Also booked the cheapest flights without making us aware we would have to check any baggage we had. Upon calling they had nothing to say and were no help in getting things corrected.

Was searching for international flights in November...noted they quoted a better price than other sites, but I had to call them direct. I did so and they got back to me with a quote $150 more that on the airlines website. For me and my wife, that would be $300 more. I told the agent no thanks...then they had the audacity to call me back tonight. By the way, I booked the flights direct on Wednesday...don't fall for their "bait and switch"...don't waste you time

Avoid This Company - Absolute Waste Of Tme
Company advertised on Skyscanner promising a "phone only" rate to Oslo under $500. The advertisement promised a call back in 3-5 minutes. 9 hours later, my phone rang multiple times before 6 am pacific time. When I finally answered the call, the quote they had for me was higher than the rate available on SAS airlines website. Agent also tried to bully me into buying a ticket, falsely claiming SAS charges $100 each way for checked baggage, which is an outright lie easily confirmed by a quick check on the SAS website. If your ad says a phone only rate is available for 2 days, and the actual quote is hundreds more, and a pushy / lying agent tries to pressure you into a bad purchase, would you also leave a scathing review? Buyer beware.
I purchased 5 flights tickets from WowFare. Due to a hip replacement failure, we were not able to go to our winter home in Florida this season so the point of origin had to change.
After 4 online chats with customers service which promised to have the next level customer service call me back. I gave up!
They are probably fine if everything goes smoothly. Otherwise, forget them.

Fraud alert! An Agent booked a different flight without our consent. Company delayed and denied responsibility withhold our money $8377. Contacting WOWFARE tried to resolve the issue more than 10 times, each time took 24-48 hours to get back with us but a supervisor was NOT ABLE to get the answer to us. It has been a month. I had it. We will dispute charge on credit card. And if any layer wants to take to court, please contact us. I have all documents necessary to file a case and WOWFARE had done internal investigation and accepted their mistake, we also had a tape record phone conversation between us and a supervisor. Su
Total bait and switch scammers. I was willing to check them out as I can be flexible with my schedule but as I feared when I finally spoke to someone they tried to sell me something that was five times what I was offered originally. I would say your best advice would be to look them up on tripadvisor. I don't really trust the other reviews that you see on trust pilot.
Well I was willing to try them out I definitely change my mind as soon as I could tell there was a bait and switch.
I will say I've had a lot of other success on some of these online ticket sites so definitely look them up and compare them especially with Google flights but not just them use several of them.
I typically book myself, but I took a long time looking for and comparing flights this time. I eventually gave up and checked wowfare.
I appreciate the agents' efforts to make our journey as secure and comfortable as possible. To be honest, having a professional by my side made me feel lot more at ease when it came to scheduling.
Thanks to Asha's efforts, we were able to get a great deal on a safe and simple flying schedule. I like the service because I trust Asha to handle all of the tiny aspects so I don't have to. This frees me up to concentrate on other things rather than worrying about them. It's fantastic!
I cancelled my flight because of personal reasons. I was told the refund which was about a third of the original cost would be in my account between 2 to 4 weeks. We are on the third week and I am beginning to think the refund will not be here any time soon. Calling customer service is a nightmare as the wait time is in hours.
Andres was quite friendly and kind when it came to my reservation. He gave me a lot of choices and was quite patient with all of my inquiries. I was overjoyed. The back-and-forth communication was excellent.
Derek was sweet and friendly from beginning to end. Although the flight had to change due to unfortunate timing of availability, he helped us navigate and made sure we had exactly what we were going for in a flight.

I contacted wowfare to see if they might help me obtain a cheap ticket. Warren from the sales department did not disappoint, sending me a list of the lowest pricing he could find for my trip in approximately 30 minutes. Thanks for your help, I'll definitely use Wowfare in the future!
When I booked the flight I asked them since booking was happening over the phone they told me " if you have any problem regarding your flight just call us and we will help you" it is all liesss. When you have a problem they just want to ripped you off more! Stay a way from this company. Go pay more with the airline directly but do not mess with this company

Answer: I wouldn't use them. Skyscanner or Google travel much safer. Priceline. Booking direct thru the airline lets you be able to change. Booking thru these websites is non refundable and often with life, and with families, there are changes. Please see my review.
