Booked flights to Sydney, Australia with wowfare. Was given three options within minutes. Very happy with the service!
When I booked my flight through the link sent by Wowfare, it took more than 24 hours to get confirmation email, I had to call a customer service, I was told they still working on it, then it took more 12 hours without any notice, I had to call again and they said the offer is no longer there and now the offer available went up a little bit which makes me add more $100, I was very piss off, i felt like they trick me. I had to pay more then I went online same time I found the same time with less $120, I was very disappointed that day!

I would commend the agent who assisted me patiently and reliably and the name would never be forgotten. It was Meer who went beyond my expectation who assisted me in ticketing. Totally i would recommend WOWFARE because of him.
I purchased 2 tickets gave my credit card information and everything was done it was for $2865 then while I'm waiting for the confirmation after 30min my credit card was charged $3863 I called and canceled then I have been told it takes 2 to 4 weeks business days to get the credit I was a return customer but after this terrible experience I will never go to WOW FARE sight again

When I just booked a difficult overseas travel, I received exceptional customer service. My agent, Ali, assisted me in navigating all feasible routes in order to obtain the greatest flight parts at the most cost-effective price. He was always accessible to answer my queries and offer assistance.
I don't usually write reviews but want to warn anyone wondering about this site. Once you book you will receive a phone call stating the airline increased the price and that you'll have pay more. This is complete bull$#*!. This does not occur with legitimate travel sites. Heed my warning and stay away from this website.

I have requested reschedule my flight due to corona virus and they asked additional 350$, however on flight ticket written that I allowed to change for free unlimited time during 1 year. When I asked for the refund, they trying to still big part of it.
Do not recommend this service due to company just trying to still your money. Better to buy it directly with airline company
We paid $4600 for a round-trip to Thailand from Atlanta. (3 of us) when we arrived at the airport in Thailand to come home, suddenly, Singapore airlines could not find our tickets. Wowfare was not available to support us whatsoever. No one has taken responsibility for this huge blunder and they continue to placate us over two months later with our refund. It is clear that they don't intend to give us a refund. The higher a lawyer would cost more than the $8600 We had to pay to get home from another airline. They are the most pathetic company we've ever dealt with.
I don't know how they stay in business except for the fact that they show good prices. They have tons of bad reviews. Don't make the mistake I made. Don't go with them. It's not worth it.

Answer: This was a bad decision to use wowfare! Dont you do it!
Answer: They have proven to be a legit company with piss poor customer service!
Answer: It's not easy at all, long hold times & no accountability from the company!
Answer: Please don't use this company, the prices will be about the same once they add taxes…which they say aren't refundable.
Answer: I wouldn't use them. Skyscanner or Google travel much safer. Priceline. Booking direct thru the airline lets you be able to change. Booking thru these websites is non refundable and often with life, and with families, there are changes. Please see my review.
