Do not book with these shady people. They will not help you when you need it. They will not tell you what you actually paid for each flight. They are shady as hell.
I'm completely insulted by the result you and your company has come back with. I had a recorded call with your employee, Terry, that proved an error of major inconvenience on his part. I've spent countless hours of phone energy talking to your staff about how I paid for a Premium Economy ticket and got half of the benefits of it by flying Economy half way. That's absolutely unfair. I have medical reasons for paying for more comfort and had no choice but to fly without it due to your employee's negligence. I had to walk past empty Premium Economy seats towards Economy and sit uncomfortably for 10+ hours. He not only failed to inform me of the Economy flights, he also booked my return flight from another city leaving me to book another flight + hotel for a day just to return home. You then insulted me by offering me a $50 voucher. $50 does not begin to even cover the inconvenience and energy time I have invested with this. I have no choice but to take this matter further by leaving this review, using my social media platform of 44,000 followers and seeking a civil suit to regain a proper reimbursement. Quite unfortunate as I'm traveling soon and really wanted to continue using your services, of which I've kindly recommended several people to already. This situation should've and could've been handled better than this. I've attached a photo of my original ticket purchase for everyone to see that I paid for an Premium Economy ticket but didn't get it the full way. Now I keep receiving emails stating that it was my fault, what poor customer service. As a business owner, you're supposed to provide better service and rectify your wrongs. The call was recorded and proves that I was never informed of the itinerary. I also purchased travelers insurance which didn't offer anything towards my inconvenience. A fair compensation would be to refund the difference of the Economy flights. One thing I know is that when you don't do the right thing, universal law will always prevail.
I needed 4 tickets to Cancun from Vegas as close to $500 as I could get. These people somehow got my number and harassed me until I purchased in a moment of weakness. From Vegas they routed us thru ATLANTA, long layover, then long flight to Cancun. NEEDLESS! They don't know geography and later I could kick myself for agreeing, because of the price. From Utah to Atlanta to Cancun? Duh. Houston or LA much shorter and safer bets. We flew home thru Houston and COULD NOT BELIEVE how short the flights were compared to going to Cancun. AND! When we arrived at Cancun to fly United, we were told we would have to check our carry on size suitcases and pay $145! (for 4 people) My husband immediately looked on the United website and it says 2 free checked cases. But we had carry on size! What? It was extortion and Wowfare should have advised us this was coming up or whatever. I will never use a "travel agency" again. Just easier to do it myself as we have many times. They called me so many times and sent so many emails and changes I finally told them to no contact me again.

I was told $620- I paid and I was told price gone up, first was two check in luggage, than become one and than none, I spoke to 2 supervisor's one said your credit card is approved and in 45 minutes you will get ticket than 2nd one said wait 4 hours than next morning same guy who booked my ticket said you will not get ticket because still price has gone up so I had no option and cancel it and now I don't trust wowfares any more and searching for other options and prices have gone more up as cookies will not let me get better fares anymore thanks to wowfares and their team

This company does not value it's customers, I would suggest patronizing ANY other company other than wowfare.
I have been a client for several years and was disappointed by my last experience. The quality of costumer service has declined over time, and representatives don't go the extra mile any more, as they used to do in the past.

Answer: This was a bad decision to use wowfare! Dont you do it!
Answer: They have proven to be a legit company with piss poor customer service!
Answer: It's not easy at all, long hold times & no accountability from the company!
Answer: Please don't use this company, the prices will be about the same once they add taxes…which they say aren't refundable.
Answer: I wouldn't use them. Skyscanner or Google travel much safer. Priceline. Booking direct thru the airline lets you be able to change. Booking thru these websites is non refundable and often with life, and with families, there are changes. Please see my review.
