I was very disappointed in the customer service I was given after purchasing this ticket. Very difficult for agents to help you when there is an issue. Only person who somewhat helped is agent Oakley.
My experience with Wowfare was great! Our agent Neil did a great job finding the itinerary I requested in a quick manner. This is the second time booking with Wowfare and will definitely use their services again.
I told the customer service rep what time I wanted to be in Rome and she found a flight that was exactly what we were looking for. I had looked myself and did not find what I needed but Wowfare found what I needed. I would recommend anyone to use this service.
In the end it was ok. The late night arrival home was too hard after ac16 hour flight from Asia. I wish our layover was less and we could have arrived earlier. Maybe our agent could have found a good rate a little earlier if he had looked a bit more.

After verifying the details, we found that the fare you initially saw online was the same as the one booked with us.
We also requested a screenshot of the lower fare for further verification, but it was not provided. Nonetheless, we checked the website where you mentioned seeing a different price and confirmed that it matched the fare we offered.
