I was very disappointed in the customer service I was given after purchasing this ticket. Very difficult for agents to help you when there is an issue. Only person who somewhat helped is agent Oakley.

I told the customer service rep what time I wanted to be in Rome and she found a flight that was exactly what we were looking for. I had looked myself and did not find what I needed but Wowfare found what I needed. I would recommend anyone to use this service.

In the end it was ok

In the end it was ok. The late night arrival home was too hard after ac16 hour flight from Asia. I wish our layover was less and we could have arrived earlier. Maybe our agent could have found a good rate a little earlier if he had looked a bit more.

Our findings confirm that your booking was made as agreed, with two separate reservations. The business class segment was specifically from Abidjan to Lagos, as discussed. There was an issue with your initial ticket, and the agreed-upon solution was to rebook your ticket, including the business class upgrade for this segment.

Wowfare didn't solve any problems that I had with them. I found best price right after I reserved, I sent them Print screen of that but they refused to gave me this price. Very deceitful experience.
