I had to cancel my flight due to medical issues and wofare till today has not resolved my cancelation, I sent in the documents requested and I am still being billed by company that has my loan for ticket, I made thee request in a timely manner and still no resolution!

Based on our findings, there was a delay in receiving the necessary documents that clearly state the passenger’s name and confirm that they were unfit to travel. Unfortunately, without these documents, we were unable to submit the refund request to the airline sooner.
Please know that once we received the complete documents, our service team promptly submitted the request to the airline and successfully secured a waiver. However, we are currently unable to proceed with the refund request due to the ongoing dispute. As of this writing, the request has been forwarded to our Payment Resolution Team to validate if the dispute has been closed.

It all started when the first agent I was working with did not listen carefully to what I requested. And I was not VERY CAREFUL in reading what they sent. I requested a fully refundable ticket because of travel issues I had experienced earlier (not with them) and the tickets they sold me were exchangeable but only on with the airlines they had selected and only within a year of my original purchase date which was 6 months out from my travel. When as I anticipated, my travel plans changed working with them to make changes the process was very painful.

I requested fully refundable tickets, in part because I was ordering tickets 6 months in advance of my projected travel. When I saw what they were able to provide those were the words in the description but I did not read the fine print. As I feared I did need to change my travel plans and each time tried to talk to them about changes it was going to cost me double what I had already paid. Also, I told them because of our age I did not want long layovers and that did not seem to get through to them as I had to reject numerous itineraries because they had us staying in one of the layovers for 10+ hours. When I researched on my own, I could have gotten flights for the same or less cost by flying Copa that was a much shorter flight with only one layover instead of two. WOW! Was a horrible choice and I will never do it again.
I paid so much for extra luggage because of "the kind of ticket I had". I don't know what that means.

Made a mistake on the dates of travel but couldn't correct a few days later without paying a hefty increase in purchase price.
They will work with you to find not only the best price but all the little things. Seats, on flights layover problems resolved. Special meals ect. Really happy with this company..

The TRANSISTS system is the BEST I've ever experienced.
I requested for a ticket from lax to lagos but what was issued will make me pay so much money at every stop. I complained but they saw me as an irritant. I have no option than to accept it that way. What a shameful and distressing first time with wowfafares. Recommend someone? God forbid

Based on our findings, we understand that while at the airport, you requested to separate the segments by issuing two separate tickets and to remove the segment going to Newark. However, the tickets were sold with these segments included, and we were not permitted to remove or alter that portion of the itinerary.

He was attentive and ready because several sales agents had felt, and got the deal,I thank him…
I have purchased a ticket with a trip insurance on it, kid got sick so I requested for cancel/refund or re-booking quote but they only sent me re-booking quote with many stops which I told the agent "*" apparently a vague name that i need to research if i don't need a visa to enter these countries.
He called me later when I was driving asking for update and i told him let me get to the house and call you back is this your personal cell he said YES. I got home and called back he was not available Had to talk to another agent "*" and requested a quote for a new date/cancel or refund which he stated he was going to send me an email or call back, didn't hear back from them until after the holidays 12/29/24 i got an email stating I was a no show for a flight on 12/24/24 which I have initiated cancel/refund or re-booking quote that I was already working on with agents.
I called again spoke to "*" about my frustrations he promised a Supervisor was going to call me, I called again and spoke to "*" who then tells me I did not show up for the flight so I loose my money am like Okay, Am going to take a legal action since am not going to be going back and forth with these agents which most of them appears not to know hat they doing except milking peoples money.
I definitely know they cancelled the trip with the airline and they trying to keep my money almost $2600, Noo I will spend some more time to bring them to justice, I will stand up for the voiceless here and make sure they do business right.

Answer: This was a bad decision to use wowfare! Dont you do it!
Answer: They have proven to be a legit company with piss poor customer service!
Answer: It's not easy at all, long hold times & no accountability from the company!
Answer: Please don't use this company, the prices will be about the same once they add taxes…which they say aren't refundable.
Answer: I wouldn't use them. Skyscanner or Google travel much safer. Priceline. Booking direct thru the airline lets you be able to change. Booking thru these websites is non refundable and often with life, and with families, there are changes. Please see my review.
