In my return. I had a flight from Marrakech to Los Angeles. Passing by Paris and Atlanta. It was a cancellation of the flight. From Paris to USA. That resulted to been charged twice on checked in bags. From Marrakesh to Paris,then from Paris to LAX.
Plus I had to spend a night in Paris in a hotel.

When I booked my flight through the link sent by Wowfare, it took more than 24 hours to get confirmation email, I had to call a customer service, I was told they still working on it, then it took more 12 hours without any notice, I had to call again and they said the offer is no longer there and now the offer available went up a little bit which makes me add more $100, I was very piss off, i felt like they trick me. I had to pay more then I went online same time I found the same time with less $120, I was very disappointed that day!

The refund was received. I requested a refund a few weeks ago, and the customer service representatives assisted me in starting the procedure. I would still be traveling if it weren't for the coronavirus.
I changed my flight, and. You charged me an obscene amount of money for what will be a tiny little seat in the absolute back of the plane.

The initial arrangements and pricing for our trip were great. Our Representative (Musa) was very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. Unfortunately, after the purchase was completed, and in the months leading up to travel, we reached out several times with additional questions but got very little assistance.
I wasn't able to travel. I requested my payment back, and you refused to pay me back, unlike European Airline and the rest of them. My experience with you is a very bad one. Will never have anything to do with this company again

The experience I had when I was left USA to Nigeria was horrible, terrible, frustrations, stressful, first they didn't allow me to go with my baby when we get to New York. They didn't bring any of my bags, I have a baby with me I have buy clothes, shoes and cloth for myself. I came back on Monday 12/09/3024 no clothes to wear they told me to come back for my bags I waited till 12/12/2024 for my bags. When get there it happens that the bags are not complete. I have to come back again on 12/14/2024 for the complete bags. Any time came to Airport for my I have pay the taxi driver a hodge amount of money. I logged in hotel for all this why, something I didn't plan for. As if that wasn't enough when I was coming back from Nigeria to USA, it was another episode, I and my three kids was come the first episode was they cancelled our flight. We waited until 7pm before bordering to Kenya. When we got to Kenya anther episode was displayed. They were are not traveling that day that they we log us in a hotel and the expenses will be theirs. My I and my kids were so frustrated. We hat to apply for Kenya visa. The next day we started to come to the Airport. They started to frustrate me again by saying I can't travel alone with my three kids. I nearly miss my flight in the process of me not to travel with three kids. As if that one wasn't enough. When we finally get to New York they didn't bring my luggage's again. When I reached my final destination in Boston on 02/08/2025 I couldn't go home with any of my luggage neither my kids. They call me on 02/11/2025 to come and pick my luggages instead of them bring it to me. I had to go back to Boston international Airport to pick they by myself. I sent 100$ for taxi. I am promised them that I will never ever use their airline again. This is unacceptable. Thanks

I paid the higher prices for 4 economy plus seats and only got 3!
I booked this flight many months ago and if knowing that I wouldn't have gotten all 4, I would have cancelled with Wow and booked with another agency hoping I wouldn't get scammed!

Will not recommend wowfare to anybody...what a bad company. Booked a 8000$ trip and they did not even have the curtesy to notify me of flight changes which made the trip infeasible, when I discovered it myself a week before the actual date had to spend more than 5 hours on several phone calls to resolve it myself instead of Wowfare taking care of it for me and resolving it. When they mess up they just give some useless travel vouchers to people and think this takes care of it...well it does not.

Answer: This was a bad decision to use wowfare! Dont you do it!

Answer: Please don't use this company, the prices will be about the same once they add taxes…which they say aren't refundable.
Answer: I wouldn't use them. Skyscanner or Google travel much safer. Priceline. Booking direct thru the airline lets you be able to change. Booking thru these websites is non refundable and often with life, and with families, there are changes. Please see my review.
