I remember using them the first time several years ago and it wasn't great so while I use a lot of the other services for food delivery I haven't used them since. I didn't realize the order I put in today was going through them until it was delivered (apparently when you order through Google it uses DoorDash) When I received the bag that was supposed to be sealed was opened up and the sandwiches inside you could tell were opened up, it's like they weren't even trying to hide it. That's definitely worth taking the time to write a bad review especially their response. I'm not sure what happened but I was really grossed out. Especially considering not just during a pandemic but – doordash automatically tips but they automatically tip at 20% and on smaller orders it's obviously a lot less, and doesn't let you change it apparently until later. The driver won't know I have an extra tip for them regardless of what DoorDash pays them on top of what DoorDash tips which is 20% but still I can see a driver not being happy with their tip and doing something gross, pretty sure that's why the packages are usually sealed when they arrive. After contacting DoorDash and taking all my information and dragging things out in the end they just told me I had to contact the restaurant. The restaurant was good about it as they do always seal their food but it's almost like DoorDash complicated things and made it worse. They made me go through them took my information and they told me how to go to the restaurant.

Tip for consumers:
If you use Google delivery apparently they use door dash. That’s the only reason I put the order through I didn’t realize that’s who was delivering it but was so many other options out there now I wouldn’t use them.

The tools on apartments.com are great but the website itself is terrible it's always having issues and constantly have to re-enter stuff regardless of which browser are use. How could I possibly trust them with payments? Not to mention I'm having to spend hours on something that should take me minutes really if you're using them through the whole process it takes so long just from technical difficulties on the website. In theory it's great but if you can't back it up it's a nightmare.

Products used:
I had planned to use all of them in an effort to streamline things but I can’t spend this much time with technical difficulties it’s ridiculous it’s quicker for me when I used separate services for everything involved in renting. Their site seems to I guess be too busy because it constantly Hass to be refresh and there’s a lot of error messages regardless of which browser you use etc..

Really disappointed I wasted my time. I decided to try another site because of other platforms high commissions. I did have issues right from the start that I saw other people when I read the reviews had. They deleted one of my listings which was not a duplicate when I finally got a hold of someone they did apologize and said that they reinstated it but that was just one of the issues that I had and it's only been a week. The worst part is I can't reach anyone when I went to message them today I just kept getting an error message saying they could not be reached directly and this was by email and chat. I see that they claim to have buyer protection but I don't see anything for seller protection. Well that's pretty scary considering all the issues I'm already having and there's no way to contact them not even through email or chat. If someone could just do one of these platforms correctly and with better commissions they would have everyone else's business. Instead people are just left taking chances and losing way too much of their profit.

I guess wow is all I can say. It's one thing that they kept nickeling and diming and then now have added a processing fee in addition to increasing their shipping and then taking a cut of it... but what absolutely disgusted me is I shipped an item to a buyer and the post office damaged it. It was Mercari's shipping label that I bought from them so they canceled the order but did not refund me or give me any payment then put in the claim and kept the money! That's right Mercari kept the money from a damaged item so I'm out the cost of the item, The sale proceeds and because you're using their shipping label they got paid for your sale!

1. Their clothes are awful. I ordered from the website to ensure it was truly Adidas, hoping that would ensure quality. The item was "see through".
2. It took 3 months to even hear back from Adidas after 7 emails and 4 voice mails I left for them. It was only until my credit card company got involved and reversed their charge.
3. Then they tried claiming it was due to the length of time from the order... yeah, because they didn't respond for 3 months and only did when they were forced to respond to my credit card company.
4. I have been a great customer for 10 years, Not again. There are way too many new "better" options out there now.

Long time customer GONE! NEVER AGAIN! They have been slipping for awhile... But total disbelief on this one!

1) I order a pair of jeans - they never showed, 2 1/2 weeks later I call asking where are they. They said oh. Warehouse forgot to send them out. So about a week later I get a pair of jeans. NOT the jeans I ordered. I called to tell them their mistake, took pictures of the jeans, the tags and my invoice and they were just kept saying I needed more pictures and then claimed they were the jeans I ordered, they just have a different name. SERIOUSLY?

2) The last time I dealt with them I called as online communication was getting me nowhere. They left me on hold for 23 minutes. I didn't hang up because I decided I would take a pic of it and use if when I called my credit card to dispute the charge. I was so sick of dealing with them I said fine, even though it's your mistake, I'll pay the return shipping. They had the nerve to say it was past the return window... to which I responded:
1) The jeans you sent were 3 weeks late!
2) You sent the wrong jeans - I never got the right ones &
3) You took several days/sometimes over a week to even respond to any of my e-mails disputing you sent me the wrong pair.
4) They then tried to offer me store Credit!#@ NO WAY!
5) I still ended up paying for return shipping (and that's when they thought I would still be a customer)
6) you just lost a long time customer! Check your database!

Can't wait for you to go out of business!
