Ordered over $200 on 3/03/18. First communication... "your order will be sent in 3 separate shipments". Two weeks pass, nothing. After emailing them, response said I would hear back in a couple business days. I send two more emails... nothing! They have no telephone customer service. This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had! A dispute claim has been placed with my credit card company. Not surprisingly, the credit card charge went through immediately after I placed my order. I am beyond frustrated with this company and wonder why they are still in business.

Horrible

Copy and pasting last comment because the exact thing happen with me! "I want to cancel my order. Apparently it's still processing. Every number I have tried to call is no longer in service. Pretty sure this company is a scam. Wish I would have googled them before giving them my credit card information". I don't know if its a scan but who has a company that you cant reach and why is our stuff still processing? Never a-damn-gain

Watch out. Caution.

Warning. Read the return policy carefully. Unlike every other company I have dealt with in my life, these people have an extremely unreasonable return policy. I did make a mistake ordering the incorrect size. It is reasonable for me to be responsible for the return shipping cost. However, they are serious about a restocking fee of $25 for a $30 order. I'm going to contact my credit card company to pull back the payment funds. I'm ready to fight this nonsense for all of us. The product was fine that's why It got the one star.

I ordered shirts one month ago. I submitted an issue 2 weeks ago and got a reply its going to ship in 1-3 days. It never shipped. What is going on?
All the items I ordered were showing in stock. How do none of your phone numbers work?

I purchased shirts online for my business to then go and have my logo put on them. I needed 100% cotton shirts and that is what was stated they are online. I was sent the shirt but its 50% cotton 50% polyester which is hot as balls for FLORIDA! No answer to my emails after giving them their 48 hours to reply each time.

Same story that everyone here is telling. I ordered 4 chairs (Order Nr. *******). Delivery was supposed to be 3-4 days. Waited 4 weeks now and I am reporting this issue to my credit card company and my attorney to resolve the issue, as Wordans seems to have no interest in fulfilling their obligations.

The website was misleading and as a result, I received the wrong product.
When I contacted them, I was told to ship the product back C. O. D. But they refused the shipment, costing me more money.
I asked for an explanation and sent unanswered emails for a month until I finally got a hold of someone who said that he would give me a refund.
Now it's been over 20 days and I am still waiting for my refund, and my calls are being dodged.
Unacceptable!

The prices are low, but it takes forever from time you place order to time you receive. It's disappointing for sure. My last order didn't ship until 8 days after I ordered and cost me a job, so it was probably my final order with Wordans.

Amazing!

This was my first time ordering from Wordans and I am beyond satisfied with their service. Their products are great and delivery is very fast. Most importantly, their customer support was perfect. I had many concerns with my order. Nevertheless, Alejandro was SOO helpful to me during the whole process. Very kind, respectful and understanding of my wants. His explanations were clear, he was quick to fix all my problems and made sure to send me all the updates. I would recommend this experience to anyone. I am 100% buying from Wordans again!

Order never ships
October 27, 2017

I placed an order on 10/11/17 and as of today 10/27/17 I have not received any additional emails even after emailing customer service twice to inquire about my order. I will never use or recommend them. I will be making a complaint somewhere to get my money back.

Ordered 30 hats March 14,2018 and still yet to receive them. Along with NO communication from anyone at Wordans. This is extremely disappointing as I have kids, and families waiting for hats that may never come. My card has been charged, and I am left with nothing to show for it. I just want my money back so I can get these hats out ASAP

A JOKE of a company.

This company does not care about it's customers at all. I have emailed all their customer service email contacts several times with no response to my orders. They take forever to ship. Part of my order was wrong and has never been resolved. I finally had to file a dispute with paypal. If you have not been burned by this company yet, you will, it's just a matter of time.

Horrible service

Still waiting for a "standard shipping" order that was supposed to take 10 business days. It is now 15 business days and I think I have a fake Purolator tracking number that has been sitting around for 2 days. Very frustrating to deal with. Stay away if you don't want aggravation.

Do not use

It's over a week past the suggested delivery date and still no package. Now it's a day before an event and I have no t shirts. Customer service didn't respond by email and when I finally got them on the phone they said my package was in France (even though I bought it from the uk store).

One t-shirt

Ordered 1 t-shirt cause they didn't have the color i wanted. Had already 3 t-shirts in cart. The 1 t-shirt was $3.10 and with the shipping it came to $22.15, that is totally ridiculous. Their problem and they want me to pay 5 times the price for shipping. No way, i'm not stupid, and i would not recommend this site to anyone. Very disappointed.

Great Customer Service

I ordered four sweatshirts from Wardens and only three came to my home. When I contacted Wardens customer service, Charlie was very nice and understanding and he compensated my undelivered sweatshirt with a $25 gift card along with free shipping. I am so thankful for people and companies like this.

I recently had to contact customer service and dealt with Mig. After placing my order I was notified that several of the items I had ordered were out of stock and was sent a coupon code. Unfortunately this code did not cover shipping to replace all 6 items. I sent an email and Mig promptly responded and rectified the issue overnight. This is the second time I have reached out to customer service and have had nothing but great experiences and this alone will keep me coming back to make purchases! Thank you Mig!
