I have ordered several times from them & have had no issues thus far. I just wish the pricing on some of the items was just a bit lower or that the company would send us promo codes to use from time to time. As for the customer service, Charlie is second to none. His friendly voice & helpfulness is always so welcoming if I have to call in to the company. I ask for him by name. Thanks again Charlie!
I placed an order worth over 400 for sets of t-shirts of various sizes. According to the website I was assured that the order would arrive in 48 hours. 15 days later the order has not arrived and I have received absolutely no communication whatsoever from Wordans. I tried the customer service phone number but it was clearly impossible to get through to a customer service representative. I am extremely unimpressed by the service Wordans has provided and have opened a case against them on Paypal to try and get my money back.

When an item was out of stock I received a credit immediately and my order continued to be processed.
Definitely recommend Wordans - for especially if you're not looking to purchase a great quantity to receive wholesale pricing.
WORST customer service I have ever encountered. I have repeatedly tried to get a reply through email as to why my order has not been shipped and no reply at all. Obviously this is their reputation, and I wish I had of read the reviews first. There is simply NO excuse for providing this type of service. Their business site should be shut down. I have filed a PayPal claim.
I have written multiple multiple times regarding this order #******* placed on September 18 2017. This order was promised to be shipped to reach within 4-5 business days. The status said '"being processed and should be shipped soon"'
Tried reaching through email, web form multiple times. Even the phone number is a scam.

I some how combined my billing and shipping addresses together when setting up my shipping address. I didn't catch this until well after placing the order. I called first thing Monday morning and Charlie fixed my issue with no hesitation. He even followed up with an email to let me know my new delivery date. I appreciated how quickly he was able to help me even though the error was made on my part.
I made several orders without incident. Then 2 minutes after making an order I realised there had been a mistake made. Too be fair, it was my mistake. So, after promptly getting hold of customer service, I was told that "NO". They can in no way alter the order. So, I had to then order two 5 dollar shirts separately and pay over $17 for shipping. They were for customers, so I had to do it.
I can understand what many of the reviewers have said about communication as I experienced the same issue with the phone situation. Add to that that the order was for an exhibition and had to be delivered to an address in France and we had no plan B on this big furniture order. However they delivered as promised and really "bent over backwards" to get the delivery to me on time, but I did have a few sleepless nights. Best use the email to contact them as I dealt with one of the UK assistants who kept me in the loop. They are definitely not a scam company but they do need to address their communications.
The whole process with Wordan's was great. Ordering and delivery were easy and on time. But the best part was the smooth process and support from Alejandro when I needed to return a few of the items that I chose. I'm often nervous about returns, but they made it easy. I ordered many items placed sunday! They processed my payment right away on my credit card! I checked status as should been mailed within two days as per website! They have not responded to any emails to cancel my order! No contact number! Bunch scammers report this company and DO NOT ORDER from this company!
I contacted Wordans Customer Service today and Mig took excellent care of me. She handled my returns easily and efficiently and helped me navigate through the company's website. My order was large (we have a big family), and Mig was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. Looking forward to my next order! Thank you.
I really appreciate Alejandro and his fast response in issuing a refund for a shirt they no longer had in stock which I had ordered. My shipment should be here today and I'm thrilled at how fast the shipping and delivery was! Definitely looking forward to using them again in the future.

The customer service took a while for a response. Alejandro was a great help, though. Also, I wish that the tracking link was actually found in the email with the order confirmation. I had to go to the website under "My Orders" to find it. That would have answered my question.
Do not even think about ever using this company. Their customer service (or lack thereof) is absolutely ridiculous. I went off their shipping estimates and even allowed for a few days wiggle room. The shirts did not come by the day it was supposed to so I tried to contact them to cancel my order since it said it will still in processing. I got no response and my order still came. I have been trying to return my order since I got it about three weeks ago. They told me almost two weeks ago that they were sending me a pre-paid return shipping label and I still have not gotten it. I tried to call today to the number listed on their website and it's just a machine. There is no real option to talk to a human being. This company is an absolute joke and I will be telling everyone to NEVER, EVER USE WORDANS!
This place is the absolute worst! Ordered item, never got them all and now say they are not returnable... plus it took over a month to get what I ordered that they did send... I have been emailing them and all they say is that they are sorry for the inconvenience... don't be sorry, just take these items back and give me my money... I will never ever order anything from them again and will advise any and everyone else not to also!

I can't say it enough do not under any circumstances order from this company. I have been emailing them for two weeks with absolutely no response... They have taken my money and the order just says processing and it's been two weeks now. I ORDERED a simple 1 item and am still waiting... This is the worse company I. Have ever experienced and will let every person I know not to ever go near it...

I accidentally ordered the wrong size for my most recent order, realised once I tried them on and contacted customer service right away to ask about the process to return. Charlie from customer service got in touch with me the next day and my issue was resolved in less than 24 hours! Very happy with the help I received.
Received about 10 shirts that were supposed to be a size 10-12. They fit a recently turned 5 year old who is tiny for his age and wears a size 5/6 kinda big on him. These shirts barely fit him... let alone the one who wears an actual 10... DON'T BUY!
