I ordered a barstool chair from this company. Order it in Sept 2017 it is now Nov and still have not received product. There is no way to contact the company by phone only by email. And kept in contact with them and they still have not shipped my product. They created a label to ship but FedEx still has not received package. They keep sending me emails with the correct tracking label and it still says label created but no product. I have started an investigation with discover to get my money back. Never use this company.
I ordered 23 items including men's t-shirts, sweat pants, and a winter jacket. Total was $145 which qualified for free shipping. My order arrived after just two weeks in June during the covid pandemic. I was warned of a shipping delay in advance so I expected a much longer wait. Everything was as described and pictured. The medium size was a good fit across the different brands. I also noticed there were no "made in China" labels so I was pleasantly surprised. Haiti, Honduras, Bangladesh, and India are the countries producing these goods. They are not designer clothes, but the quality is still good for the price. Just a few items had loose threads and slight imperfections, overall nothing to really complain about. I took a chance and bought a winter jacket on clearance too. It was perfect and wrapped in heavy plastic from the factory. Hope this review helps. Thanks for reading folks.

I have used Wordans twice in the past without issue. Until now. We were planning on launching our non-profit website first week of the New Year. Its been two weeks and the order is still pending. Ive emailed four times with no response. What type of business doesnt have a customer service number? Completely disappointed. Thank you for ruining our plans. Im not one to let things go so trust me you will not get away with stealing from our families non-profit/foundation.

I have ordered a few times and had no problems. These items are for a wedding that is next weekend and if I dont have them by Monday 10/30 I will not be able to have everything ready. This is extremely frustrating.

Wordan's has outstanding customer service. They have great quality clothes with fast shipping. My package arrived in 1 1/2 week which is pretty fast since I ordered at the busiest time of the year (Christmas). My recent experience dealing with Mig was very positive, her service was fantastic, and responded to emails quickly. Overall, a great online store and an even more excellent service team!

Great price and products but horrid customer service
"My order was missing items that was not in stock. They shipped other items but wrote n/s on a group of hats that I ordered. Customer service can not confirm even after I sent a picture of the packing slip so they won't refund missing item cost, they informed my they were waiting for a reply from the wear house. I guess the wear house doesn't take phone calls either. They stopped relying to emails and phoning the company is impossible. To them it's $56. To me it's principle. Funny how they would loose a returning customer for $56. I buy a lot of blank shirts but can't trust this company any more.
I wish I checked here or the better business bureau before becoming a customer. BTW they are rated "F" which is the lowest possible with the BBB. "
I bought some hoodies out if this company which took over 3 weeks to arrive within Canada. In the mean time I moved so the order was returned. The company literally took $50 out of 210 for stocking fees that is my work for a full day. Is an insane unjustified fee. Do not waist your time with it. Go miles away unless you want your money wasted.
My friend Bought other orders from them which arrived in a box with no plastic and all stained and dirty tees with dust from warehouse.
This company is unacceptable. I will make sure everybody will know.
They are no better since NEEDEN is in charge, no names addresses or any info on how to contact them. The address on their website is incorrect, it is an attorney, may be same people? Shut this place down, I thought Canadians were cooler than this! Cheers!
We used our T-shirts for a cheesy family matching day. Our first one! Lol it was awesome shirts felt great. Washed before wearing and applying appliqué minimal bleeding. Black was just as deep as pre wash
I have order total of 200 usd for gildan, never came. Please someone report this website.
Total scam, i was so disappointed. I order every colour, but only come 2 item. Try to email them, they told me they will inform the warehouse. Such a shame.
Avoid Wordans. They delayed my shipment 5 days past their claimed shipping times, and when I reached out to see if they would remedy the situation in any way they responded with an incredibly generic response:
"Hi Gavin,
Thank you for your email and we apologize for the inconvenience.
According to your tracking number, your order will be delivered on July 29th."

I originally placed my order and didn't receive a confirmation email as it stated that I would. Once I did my order stayed as pending and processing for multiple days when i was told it would be shipped out in a day. I finally get an email stating it has shipped but the tracking number I was given isn't even real. I have sent multiple emails and when I do get a response it is very vague. I needed the shirts in a hurry due to one of the reasons i ordered from here.

Ive placed Order# ******* on 11/29/17 and haven't received my shipping tracking number. Ive sent a few emails now and haven't gotten a response. I am really concerned because to site says 2-3 days. I have customers waiting on me to print their shirts and need to speak with a customer service rep

I ordered $300 worth of t shirt 12 emails later still no product and 30 days after saying I had too wait 20 days for refund still no refund. Going to my credit card company to try and get charges reversed. Also writing a letter to AG. I can show all of my email correspondence with this company
I ordered shirts here and tried to email them about the order since it has not been shipped as of now and no answer from anyone in customer service. The website says ship in 4 days from where we live but it has been over a week and a half since order was submitted.
When clicking on link all it says is pending...

Have yet to receive my order #******* that was placed 12/2/17. I sent several emails and have gotten no response. Ive been patient understanding that its busy this time of year but its been over 3 weeks and it still says my order is pending which is completely unacceptable. Was planning on this being a Christmas present but Im starting to doubt I will receive this order.
