I accidentally purchased the wrong item. The customer service representative, Charlie, was accommodating and help resolve my issue in a timely manner. He was professional and provided quick responses.
I received my order after a long wait, then items did not match online description. Emails to customer service regarding return procedure go unanswered. I returned items because the policy says "returns must be received by the warehouse in 14 days from delivery". Sent with all of my order info and receipts. UPS shows they received and signed for items on 11/26/18 (under 14 days) and I have not gotten my refund of $113.33 as of 12/10/18. More emails sent and unanswered by their customer service. Filed complaint with BBB, along with many others and I'm sure my claim will also go unanswered. This company needs to be shut down for fraudulent business practices.
I had an issue with my order where I did not receive 3 crewnecks but it said it was delivered. I sent an email out to support and Alejandro got back to me within less than an hour and fixed my problem immediately accommodating all my needs while also being very kind. Will Definitely continue being a customer at Wordan's because of this experience.
Adiel provided excellent customer service. My package was taking a tad longer then usual given the holidays but Adiel was able to give them a little push and have it shipped out ASAP. Much appreciated!
I placed an $250 order and was charged full price for several items that were were not available. I have not received a credit in 2 weeks after asking twice. Also my shipments of 3 boxes were all sent to the wrong address for an unknown reason. Its been 20 days and still have not received my items. Customer service by email has been no help and this was their last quote to me " I cannot offer you a refund as it is part of company procedures". What? This is unacceptable! The customer service phone number offered does not make it capable to talk to a live person, I offered my phone number and asked for a call to resolve the issue. I never got a call, just incompetent emails. This was my first and will be the last time I ever order from your company. I was ordering t-shirts for my business and was looking for a reputable company to create a relationship to fulfill my demands in the future and you Failed.
I called customer service because I was having trouble with a credit that I was issued for out of stock items. When I applied the credit to my order it brought my total below the spending minimum for free shipping. Charlie was so helpful and just generally nice to talk to. He was able to resolve the issue immediately and waited until I confirmed that the transaction had gone through with free shipping. He even reminded me of another credit to my account that I had forgotten about and made sure that free shipping was applied to it as well. I order very frequently from wordans and will continue to because of their quality products and customer service. Thanks again for the help Charlie!
Order #******* has been "processing" for over a week, even though we should have received the entire order by now. No response to multiple emails (except for an automatic message saying a customer service representative will get back to us"); I'm not holding my breath. No response to messaging through Facebook, and every single Wordans phone number I have called (and there have been many) is out of order. Based on many, many other reviews, this company is a scam and we many never get our order, although they took our money. Someone needs to get this order shipped before I write the BBB.
I ordered 3 green polo shirts from Wordans, one small, 2 mediums. Only one of them were shipped to me along with a totally different 4XL navy blue shirt! Colour, size, and quantity wrong... contacted the company for refund who told me they were "starting" to process my order, but had to cancel some items, but my order would ship without the items(?) They offered a coupon code for the 2 cancelled items. Cannot believe a company in Ontario could operate so poorly.
I had called Wordans and had the pleasure of having Alejandro assist me. He was very kind and helpful! He even followed up with me to ensure my concern was resolved. Thank you for a satisfying experience!
I order 52.00 dollars worth of shirts and the tracking number I was sent is bogus, it goes to a cable company that surly doesn't deliver anything. I have sent several emails and they reply with stupid answers... Paid with Paypal so I'm going to my bank Monday and the Better Business Bureau and report Wordansdevwww for theft.
Look at all the reviews from people who ordered products and never received them. The customer tries to contact this company and never receives a reply. A BIG red flag is that the company does not have a phone number to reach them at. Hrmm... sound sketchy? Probably because it is! Also, look at the responses from the CS rep on each of these negative reviews. It always reads the same thing "we are very sorry. Please provide your order id number. Someone from our CS team will contact you."... Use your brain... if THIS many people have all had poor experiences, you will to!

I recently made an order with Wordan's where I was missing 2 sweaters. Luckily, I encountered the best customer service with Charlie! He was attentive, polite, and kept me updated on when my replacement would be arriving. Shipping was also insanely quick, with my orders arriving in less than a day! His great service prompted me to put in a second order right away! Thank you so much Charlie! Super impressed :)

He was very friendly and went above and beyond to help me correct my problem in a matter of minutes. Got ahead of myself whilst placing my first order and completed the order before adding all the items I had intended... Called Wordan's and spoke with Charlie, who was very helpful and friendly! He patiently walked me through the process of cancelling and re-ordering so I didn't incur double shipping fees. Great customer service!
Wow! I see that I'm not the only one. I'm lucky to be out only $27.
I ordered five t-shirts in March and now it's July 30th and still no order and just like everyone else my e-mails have been ignored.
I'm finally going to contact bank and dispute this act of fraud.
Wordans - i have tried to communicate multiple times and get no response. I ordered shirts on 11/5 and the website says they are still "processing". None of the phone numbers work and I am concerned you are scamming me. Please respond ASAP on how i can cancel my order #******* if you will not ship the shirts in a timely manner. Thanks

I ordered the first time with a small order to see how it went. It took a bit longer, but I was understanding that processing can take longer.
However, when I ordered over $100 (!) worth of product, it said it would be ship soon. This was A MONTH ago... I have sent two e-mails and also tweeted at Wordans. No response. This affects so many people. I needed those shirts a long time ago, but just want a response and a confirmation that the shirts are shipped!
It's not so hard I imagine to just reply to us. If the matter isn't resolved, I will no longer order from here.

I ordered from this company and 10 days later my order is pending. When I Emailed them, Camille sent me a note saying she was sorry and that they are reordering at no extra charge. What a laugh. My shipping cost was a third of what I ordered. Which is a good thing since a only ordered 2 hoodies. I find it amazing that it takes them minutes to answer a compliant but the orders never show up. I tried to file a complaint with the Better Business B but they can't seem to find this company?
