One of the shirts in my order arrived damaged so I sent an email asking how to get a replacement.
Alejandro responded to my email quickly and a replacement was provided to me the very next day.

I had purchased from Wordans recently and some of the things i ordered was missing. However, Alejandro helped me to find out what happened.He had great customer service and really was very helpful. Within a day i got the rest of my shipment.
Order #******* was placed on september 27th and i haven't received any info on whether my package has been shipped or not. Wordans needs to get pick up their mess and get their stuff together. Its embarrassing.

I ordered 3 medium cotton t-shirts and 2 medium zip-up hoodies to embroider as gifts for my father, and that's exactly what I received. Everything was packaged nicely, was the right size/colour and is great quality.
Purolator did deliver my package to the wrong unit number, but Charlie contacted me immediately through email about the mistake and helped me track down and receive my package. He was incredibly helpful and I am very happy with my first experience with Wardons.
I ordered 5 white tops for a photoshoot, with previous experience of very quick delivery from Wordans this Summer.
I needed to follow up after not hearing for a couple days, but I was helped very kindly by Charlie, who contacted me personally after the shipping label was applied to let me know my order was on the way.
I hope to receive them tomorrow (with the exception of one which will come later due to stock) & will likely order from Wordans again!
This is a scam company.
You order and pay as usual with paypal or bank card.
You get confirmation order and delivery date via email.
Two weeks later you get an email message saying sorry out of stock and refund is on way.
6 months later still no refund.
Do not order from this company - you will not get the goods ordered or your money back.
Bought some Bella & Canva masks ( ST323)... This is the worst quality item i have ever bought in my life, this material is see through and the mask itself holds zero function. Dust would easily go through it. The mask was poorly cut as the ridge for the nose is crooked and the ear slits do not hold well. This was one of the biggest waste of money and wordans refuses to refund to give store credit for this recycled scrap of fabric that they sent me. Sent two emails which they responded to the first stating they don't accept refunds on this item which i understand as its a mask, but this looks nothing like the photo on the site and the quality is not worth the hundreds i paid. It also took them almost a month to ship this item out...
In normal times i would just take this as an L but considering that we are in the middle of a pandemic, its almost criminal that you would sell such an item.
There was a mistake with my order and I contacted the support team. I was helped by Ross. He replaced the shirt that was mistaken and was very helpful and easy. Amazing and friendly service! Very happy with my order I just received my shirt. Will be ordering again in bulk!
I placed my order 2 weeks ago and its still "being processed and should be shipped soon". According to their FAQ:
Q: When will I receive my order?
Once you place an order on our website we will review it right away, assign it to the closest warehouse to your location and prepare / pack the requested items.
If orders are placed before noon your order should be shipping out that same day!
Then, depending on the shipping option you chose, your order should arrive within 1-4 business days.
A tracking number will be automatically sent to you by email as soon as your order ships out.
1-4 Business days!? If they can't meet their promised date, they should update their statements. I wouldn't have ordered from them if I had known that they were going to take this long.

There were some quality issues with a couple of items we had ordered. I sent an email detailing the problems and within a day I got a phone call from Alejandro who was excellent and very helpful in replacing the damaged items. Was very satisfied.
The only good thing I can say about this t-shirt printing company is that they responded quickly to my emails. However after 3 weeks of waiting for my order and being repeatedly told that it would be sent out soon (lies) I had to cancel my order. They cancelled my order straight away which suggests to me that it had never been printed even though they told me it had and was about to be sent out!
I had ordered a number of items and needed to return a few. Charlie was amazing at helping me navigate the process and followed up with me until my refund was completed.

My package didn't arive. No money back. No service, nothing! I've sent all the proof of no delivery. They say to investigate what went wrong. They only buy time. So: no goods, money is gone!

I ordered some shirts for our company and they arrived super fast. I had some questions about my order and was lucky enough to get Charlie when I called. He was eager to answer my questions and make sure my shopping experience was nothing but pleasant. He followed up with me and made sure that I was satisfied. I needed assistance because the website said an item was in stock and it made it all the way to my cart and check out but it never was. Alejandro was very helpful and offered me a coupon code or a refund. My refund email came right away and was taken care Of quickly.
Adiel provided friendly, attentive customer service and was able to respond to my email in a timely manner. He resolved any issues I had and sent me a new return Waybill very quickly! I really appreciate all of his help with my return.
