Pretty much, if you don't like what you've ordered, or if they've made a mistake you're screwed- because they don't respond to emails, their return policy is non-existant.
They made the mistake on my order, and no one will get back to me!

I just want to give a shout out to Alejandro from wordans. He helped me with an order issue that I didn't receive, he was friendly and called back to help rectify the problem. Thank you Alejandro!

I have been ordering from wordans for a bit now and was surprised to get many items wrong in this last order. They need to update the items they have so people know if they can order the items and know they will receive them. Disappointed in the shipment.

I use Wordans as my supplier for Russell Athletic clothing to print on, as I find these garments the best quality and value for money.

If I ever have questions regarding my orders I get prompt, friendly and informative service in particular from a gentleman called Alejandro... very professional service.

I wouldn't buy my shirts from anywhere else.

I emailed Wordans regarding a defective sweater I received in my order. Thankfully Adiel replied within 24 hours and was able to help me with my order. Not only did Adiel reply efficiently, but Adiel was also very polite and patient.

We had an order purchased twice and have sent countless emails to have this resolved and have yet to hear back from them. We were so excited to do lots of business with them but unfortunately it has come to an end from the poor customer service. Very disappointed.

I love Wordans! Super quick shipping and great customer service. I buy all my hoodies for my business merch through them. Last time I forgot to order a few things so had to pay shipping again, but Charlie refunded me and the money went back towards my next order.

Above and beyond

I had placed a big order and only half showed up. I called the customer service line and was connected with Charlie Cox and he went above and beyond to figure out what was happening. He called Purolator to see where the other package was and what the other tracking number was. He called me back within minutes with the information. It's people like him that make you want to continue purchasing through this company. Thank you!

I recently had an issue with an order and had sent a few emails but had no reply. My email was picked up by Anna kulic who was understanding, courteous and very helpful. Within an hour I had all issues resolved and was happy with the outcome. If possible and needed I would prefer to have help from Anna should any issues arise in the future.

Wordans responded last Friday promising to ship out my shirts within 1-2 business days. Well it's been 2 business days (plus the week+ since I originally placed the order on Oct 3.) No update at all. Nothing. Nada. What a joke.

To Wordans, if you see this please, please, please cancel this order. Just cancel it. I need the shirts right now, not in 5,000 years.

Please cancel my order (Confirmation #*******).

I cannot emphasize enough how much I would like to CANCEL my order, please just cancel it.

Placed my order for 50+ shirts 10 days ago, and like every other apparent customer it's been stuck in "pending" since then. No responses to emails (not even an automated response), I've never seen customer service like this ever. In case someone from Wordans decides to help me, my order confirmation number is 1628941. I would very much like to CANCEL MY ORDER at this point, and would like to make sure I have not been charged a penny for all of my time that has been wasted.

Don't Do It

I order over a 144 shirts and received 5. I'm pissed... I emailed this company and no response. So I filed a fraud charge with my bank to get my money back hopefully. Seeing that this company does not offer refunds. They have my money and i have no product. I bought product from Bucks wholesale and reveived everything within a week. Best of luck you guys...

Also their shirts are very itchy even after washing them. I refuse to sell this to my customers.

Fast and Helpful

I ordered a bunch of sweaters but wasn't overly impressed with the sizing. Alejandro was quick to help and suggested some other options.
Overall, shipping is fast, customer service is quick to respond and friendly.
I will continue to order from Wordans.

I received a completely different item from what I ordered. I contacted Wordans by e-mail and dealt with Alejandro who was quick to correct the error; and I received a replacement within an acceptable time. Five stars for service. Overall four stars because the wrong item was sent.

When I first called I was extremely upset, but Charlie managed to go above and beyond to help me. I paid for the 1-2 shipping on Wednesday and did not receive my sweaters until today, Charlie went above and beyond to correct the error and to ensure I was taken care of, he definitely deserves a raise or a job title increase. He was friendly, efficient and kind, you should have Charlie train the rest of your reps because he's the face of what customer service should be

Charlie was very friendly, polite and helped me with my questions and concerns! He followed up with me quickly via email and went over and beyond! I had previously dealt with another rep who was not helpful and provided false information which almost made me switch wholesale companies so Thank you Charlie for everything and assuring me I'm in good hands with Needans, you really helped!

I had a small issue with a duplicate order. Charlie at Wordan's provided quick, helpful and friendly service. He rectified my issue quickly and made note for me to follow up should I have any further issues. As a new small business, this level of service makes the world of difference. I'll always go to Wordan's as my first supplier for their level of service and because they stand behind their products!
