I've been running a small t-shirt business for a couple of years and was using a few other wholesale shirt suppliers, but once I found Wordans there was no turning back. Overall, Wordans is a great wholesale shirt company with a wide selection of shirts, good prices, and great customer service. Had one issue where my order didn't ship for a couple of days, but I called up their customer service and the issue was explained and resolved immediately (thank you, Charlie). I highly recommend Wordans!

I needed assistance with an order and Alejandro was incredibly responsive, professional, kind and attentive, making sure the return process for a couple of items went smoothly. Regarding company policy though: I do wish I could have exchanged the items instead of having to pay for the return and then having to place a new order if I wanted to replace the items. This could be smoothed out.
I ordered a vest for my son that ended up being too big. I reached out to Customer Service and Charlie responded to my return request within an hour. I was able to get a full refund without issue. Charlie was great!
I placed order 6 days ago, sent out emails and it still says my order is "processing". I live in Michigan which is 3 day shipping range so i dont know what their problem is. My order number id #*******. If i dont hear from wordans with a real soulution than this site is definitely a scam. I will need a refund, this is terrible
My order was sent to the wrong house, as it got switched with someone with a similar name to mine. Even though we couldn't figure out the shipping Alejandro was very responsive during the whole crazy process. He was very helpful and definitely did try his best to get my package to me.
Placed an order on 22. 10. 17 but hadn't received it after weeks of waiting. Tried contacting them but they would not reply to my emails. Posted a review on another site and they did reply saying they would refund my money. I am still waiting regardless of sending so many emails. I regard this now as theft as they still have my money. Don't use this company ever!

Wordans is my go to whenever I needed stocks for my small business. They offer a wide range of payment option, the shipping is out the next day and the customer service is excellent most specially Charlie. I got a hold of him the 1st time when I phoned and ask for an item replacement he worked with it right away and made sure that it will be shipped the same day, I even ask for update every now and then and he is very responsive and courteous. And the 2nd time I need an assistance I just emailed him and resolved my concern right away! That is THE service you always want to have.
My first order came so fast and was better than expected, My second order i was worried as it took a bit for the process to go through. I sent an email for assistance and Alejandro was kind, explained why it took longer and made sure that everything was in order and coming asap. (They don't process on weekends)
Alejandro was very informative.
I am now making my 3rd purchase. The only thing Others should know is that the woman's shirts do fit small, so order 1 to 2 sizes up depending on your size. ( eg large to a XL even a 2xl is not that big)
Once you know that everything else is GREAT.
Anna had helped me with adding free shipping to my order when some items had been cancelled. She also had gone above and beyond when I had asked the shipping fee to be reimbursed because I had already paid for the shipping as well. Thanks Anna for your lovely customer service!
I blame myself for dealing with this company. I've had issues in the past but I was able to get response which made me try them for the last time. My order was placed around Thanksgiving and I needed the order out by the following Friday. The following Friday night after Thanksgiving when my clients needed the shirts is when my package was delivered. Unsatisfactory. I emailed them several times asking where was my tracking number never got anything. I had to go out to buy 81 shirts so that my clients could have their shirts when promised. Now i have shirts I do not need. Needless to say I can not get a refund but a coupon that I dont want because I will never order from wordans again.
Recently I had a an inquiry regarding one of my orders and a lovely man by the name of Alejandro started to correspond with me via email and by phone. Alejandro was thorough, professional and courteous. Alejandro was able to quickly resolve my issue while maintaining a calm and pleasant demeanor. Alejandro would certainly be an example to all the employees as to how a representative should handle any client concern. Thank you Alejandro for your exceptional service it is very much appreciated.

I had a great experience with one of your associates. Wordan's forgot to ship one of my items and Charlie(the associate) was happy to help. Charlie helped me quickly and was so nice. I know if something is wrong I would want them again.
I lost my money on the order I never received! Advice to everyone: DO NOT BUY from Wordans!
The money was taken and the order was never shipped, I use online purchasing quite often and usually pleased with services except of this company! It would be nice to see a law suit against them!
They don't deserve any star. They are crooks. I should have known better, a business that does not have a contact phone number should be questioned.
My order was never shipped, but I received an Email saying the order was shipped with a fake tracking number.

I had an issue on my order and was charged twice. I called in to address the problem I was facing and was helped by Charlie. He showed great customer service for the Wordans team and took care of the situation quickly and efficiently. I got a refund on the extra charge and was happy it all worked out. It is my second time ordering from Wordans and it Definetley won't be my last.
I am usually not one to complain. I actually think that this is the first complaint I have ever made public. I ordered back in November for product that was over $150. I was under the assumption that I would receive it by Christmas. So not only did I have to spend more for something else for gifts, but to this day, January 27,2018, I have not received the product or the refund I have requested in multiple emails.
I placed my order on 10/17/17 and charged immediately so I thought this would run smoothly but this coming Wednesday it will have been two weeks that my order is supposedly "processing". I ordered 3 hoodies. That's all it is and it's taking so long, this site is too good to be true so I d just like my hoodies to arrive and then I will no long use their services. Customer service is non existent.

This was my first time ordering, everything came in a timely manner and was good quality for an affordable price. We had one white hoodie that arrived with some minor marking likely from the warehouse that was over seen. Theyhave since sent out a replacement and were very quickly to respond. I dealt with Charlie Cox and was very professional and quick to fix the problem. Overall I am happy with my experience and will be ordering again soon.

One of the customer service reps (Alejandro) reached out to me to make sure that everything with my purchase experience and process is going well since he noticed I haven't been able to complete my order. I asked a few questions and he responded really quickly within a day. He was really nice and kind. With his help, I was able to complete my order.
