Very poor customer satisfaction. The product is good, service is bad. I ordered 2 long sleeve tee Shirts with pocket. They sent me one and back ordered the other and issued a coupon. I tried to order another one, and it showed 47 in stock. They canceled the order. I ask for a refund they promised but never refunded. They were very quick to charge but played games and never refunded excuse it takes 3 weeks for a refund, meanwhile they claim that any request should be done within 30 days. People shouldn't buy from them.
I recently ordered from wordans but had items missing from my order. I emailed customer services and got a reply quickly. Anna helped me resolve the problem and is giving me a refund on the items I did not receive.
Alejandro was great today! I received a back order notification so I sent an email to cancel as I needed only that item for an order. Within 30 minutes I had a response from Alejandro. Thanks so much for the amazing and quick customer service. In this time of Covid not a lot of companies are this quick and helpful anymore.

We ordered 150 t-shirts, they showed up late,, lost a customer and business,, we returned shirts,, and its been over 3 months they do not respond period,, we reported them to the better business bureau 3 times do not buy from them...
My order ID is *******. This is clearly a scam and a fraud. If I don't receive a full refund of my oder by Dec. 27th I will insure this processor is shut down, due to high chargeback rate. No business ever survives that doesn't have proper CSR agents.
After reading all the reviews on this company I was hesitant to trust them with my order. Nevertheless, I decided to give them a go. I received my order in four days. The count and size were correct. The quality of the T-shirts was exceptional from the stitching to the way they fit. So in my limited experience with this company, I say that some of the bad reviews may be questionable. Hanvic
Ordered my nephew school shirts over two weeks ago and still no shirts and online it reads "pending". School has started and still no shirts. Cant cancel my order because none of the phone numbers work. I now have to buy shirts from another retailer.

I ordered $51.00 of long t-shirts from Wordans. I waited 3 months and in the meantime I sent them e-mails to get them to send my shirts. I went to paypal and filed a resolution dispute claim. I again sent an e-mail to Wordans by paypal request. About a few weeks later Paypal sent me a payment to cover my $51.00. I was nice and civil in my dealings with Wordans. Thanks Paypal
I've ordered from Wordan a few times now and I've been able to order worry free about returns! When I emailed for returns, Alejandro assisted me quickly, sending me the returns label and clear instructions, alongside being very kind.
Alejandro told me my refund amount and the estimated time, any follow up questions were answerd clearly and quickly. The customer service at Wordan is always a delight and non stressful :) Alejandro made my last purchase and returns an easy one
I ordered two Wassily chairs from Wordans in Europe - they are leather and chrome - and they arrived today. They are absolutely fabulous, great quality at fantastic prices. I had some hassle in relation to the shipment and delays but Nelson Correia, District Manager, was at all times available and helpful. I would recommend that Wordans pull back on their shipment "2-3 days" promise to something that's a little more realistic and thereby assist customers in their expectations. But all in all, a good experience.

The nature of my case was a sweat pants delivered damaged. I was informed that I will be receiving a refund as a replacement is out of stock.
I had a great experience with the help from Anna. She replied quickly to my emails and helped me return and buy a new item from the Wordan website. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. I definitely recommend buying from Wordan. They have amazing deals and the quality of the clothing is amazing. Shipping didn't take long at all either. Thanks for the great experience.
If you have a pending order with Wordans, file a chargeback with your bank or initiate a Paypal claim ASAP.
Do not bother with their customer service, all you will receive are stalling attempts and empty promises of delivery and/or refund.
Their sole intention is to stall you outside the eligible refund period permitted by Paypal for claims or banks for chargebacks. Do not waste time, you must act ASAP.
I am in the process of trying to recover $900+ from these scammers.
I was assisted by Anna, who took the time to answer all of my questions and was very prompt and detailed with her responses. She was very helpful and patient with me, she made sure I understood the process and that all my questions were answered, before I made my order.
Bought a dozen medium-sized Gildan Softstyle t-shirts online. I live in Toronto. I received the order about 4 days later -- ordered on a weekend. Size was as expected -- slim build. Everything went as expected. No problem.
Wordans has been a great supplier of blank tees for screenprinting. I have ordered nearly 1000 tees over 10 orders and had an overall great experience. I appreciate the wide range of products, cheap prices and free shipping. When I ordered before Thanksgiving I noticed that the free shipping price had increased which was odd. However since then it has returned to $129. In one order, I did not receive shipping confirmation for 8 days and then when I did receive confirmation, the order was cancelled, setting my business back. However, Wordan's gave me a coupon for the order, apologized and provided free shipping with the coupon.
Aside from that incident, in general customer service has been very good! My most recent exchange with customer service involved inquiring about order status which was met promptly and professionally by a rep named Alejandro. As a result, I am still a dedicated customer and Wordans remains my key supplier of blank goods.
Charlie helped me sort out an order with a stain on it. Was very polite and helpful. I had a stain on one of my orders, and Charlie was quick to respond and help me sort out my issue, and is even sending in a replacement for free! Thanks Charlie!
I had placed an order and made a mistake! Once cancelled they had given me a credit, which covered the change in items with leftover. I forgot to add items from my last order and had already used the coupon code for my credit! But after emailing and speaking with Alejandro, he was able to help me and send me the remaining balance as another coupon so I could get the items I forgot! Response wasn't even an hour! Highly reckoned using wordan's for any clothing needs you have! Will definitely be using them again!
5 months went by b4 we received our shirts, & it was an incomplete order. Till this day we never got the rest of our order or a refund. We order from them so we can silkscreen our business logo 4 a charity event, needless to say we had to order from somewhere else so we can have everyhing on time, my advice dont do it you'll regret it. As a biz owner this would not be acceptable to any of my clients :(
I had to do a return and Wordans Team was fantastic. Adiel, in particular, was 11/10 customer service rep. Wish I could have someone like them every time I need assistance. Couldn't have asked for a better experience; helpful, kind, and patient (also - very quick response time!)
