Great quality clothing was received on my recent order from Wordans. However, one out of the many things I've ordered got a bit dirty when received. However, one of the customer service reps (Alejandro) was very helpful and took care of it. He was very reliable when communicating him. Definitely will be back with another order soon and would recommend this website to all my fellow friends and colleagues.
Nobody is perfect. As hard as wordans workers work, sometimes mistakes happen. A wrong item is packed or an item is damaged. I get it. What's good with wordans is they are quick to rectify the situation. They'll replace the item with no questions or fuss. They are very professional and so polite. I've asked Mig for assistance a few times already, and she has always come through. Thanks, Mig! You are awesome!
This was the second time we had ordered through Wordans, and we are just as pleased this time as the first time.
I would "caution" people who do not make their orders immediately... if you put together an order and something goes out of stock, the cart will automatically change the size...
This happened to us as the family was coordinating who needed/ wanted what... and despite reviewing the order several times before hitting submit, two items of the same size and color wound up being ordered...
We got the order on Tuesday, I emailed Wordans on Wednesday and received a reply less than 24 hours later with a direct number to contact Alejandro to resolve the matter.
A pleasant phone call of less than 15 minutes, and options were given to me by Alejandro. He was super helpful and not only did he confirm resolution, an email was in our inbox before the end of the call.

I had some issues with sizing due to shirts being made from different facilities. I had reached out and got sent another batch which hopefully will be correct. Unfortunately, the second shipment also had some sizing errors. I hope it could also be resolved.
We had 2 items missing from our order and I emailed to let them know. I received an email back the same day and once I sent the information they needed Alejandro quickly helped rectify the error. Great job.
Absurd services and the manager is pathetic. Worse than the agents. I waited 4 weeks and still waiting for email replies or them to pick up the phone!
The goods were stuck in customs which I found out after multiple emails. They said I need to pay the customs and I will get COUPON
WTH that's it. No other communication or email response

Will not purchase through this company again. They have disappointed me and my customers several times. I've had 2 very time sensitive orders, and they waited 5 days to tell me my items weren't in stock when the other items were already out for delivery, giving me zero time to communicate that with my client or find substitutes for them. We have an order due today, and they notified me at 8:48 AM that they don't have it, when I ordered 5 days ago.
I ordered some tshirts as a test order as we order a larger amount each month.
I am so happy we only did a test order as the shirts didn't turn up. After a number of emails, staff not understanding and months (I mean months - 4 months) I got a refund.
The stock was sent to the wrong address, I had to point this out to two staff that the address on the sent receipt wasn't the invoice address, I was told it would be resent, it wasn't, I was told a refund would be paid, it wasn't until I chased the refund maybe more than 4 times.
I am shocked a company like this is in business. I'm so glad we only did a test order of around $230 instead of a large order.
Don't waste your time. I have wasted hours and hours on getting a refund and in the meantime we found a new supplier where stock actually arrived before i even got a response from these guys.
All I will say is you buy cheap expect cheap results. Ordered a 5x zip up hoodie to test them out and received a large blue plain hoodie. Called no answer email no answer. Always do a test before buying bulk. Glad I did. My daughter liked it so I gave it to her. Will tell everyone I know to stay away from this company.
I ordered some sweatshirts which ended up being way too big (my fault, ordered the wrong size).
I contacted Wordans as per their return policy and still (5 days later) have yet to even have a reply.
Very dissatisfied with the product and the customer service. They sent us "second's" where the necklines were 2" higher on one side then the other. They refused to replace them, without us paying a "restocking" fee.
We will NEVER order from them again.
Ordered some items. Shipping is over priced. Matter of fact it never shipped out after a week. No customer service # either. So I had to email them to cancel. If they still charge my card, I will have to dispute that!
Taken in excess of 6 weeks to receive the order, as of this note it is being held at the border. Painfully slow emails and responses are limited and provide no detail. If you can go absolutely anywhere else please do so.

Order #******* placed on September 25. Received an extra confirmation on September 27. And yet, STILL haven't received any shipping details after 8 (!) working days. Customer service is unreachable in every kind of way.
Website says furniture should be delivered within 10-12 business days... I'd love to see that.

There's no telephone ("number deleted" although they have a 0800 on their website! Email customer service is not existent - no one cares at this company about customers!?
I've ordered more 4 weeks ago, with a promised delivery within 15-18 days. Still nothing to be seen here. More does the tracking shows any progress other than the delivery is "being processed"!
I cannot recommend at all - keep away of this online shop!

Cannot say strongly enough you should avoid these. They never shipped my product. Website is a shell and lie. Status said "shipping soon" for over 6 months. Don't reply emails. When finally gave in and asked for refund they refunded only partial amount of the money.

Absolutely awful that they would scam people out of their hard earned money. I've been waiting two months for a hundred dollar order and nothing yet. I've tried contacting them but to no avail. Reading these reviews I can see I was foolish for trusting such a sketchy company. Maybe, Wordans, you could stop coming up with excuses and not rob innocent people of their money? Thanks.
Honestly the prices for their blanks are great. Shipping price was too good to be true. Then I realized, I was tricked. IT IS too good to be true. It's been about 10 days now and I haven't received anything. I live in CA and their shipping map says CA shipments take 3 days, but nope. I can't even track my order because they didn't give me a legitimate tracking number. I've called many times but no answer. I'm 90& sure that this is a scam site. And what's worse is you can't even get a refund. I seriously hope that they fix this. Terrible service. I would rather pay $5 more per shirt somewhere else since their services are way better than this.

I ordered two Jensen style 3/4 length shirts. These are of the lowest possible quality. Since their return policy is for all practical purposes non existent is is not worth the effort.
The product were limp cheap material I am now using for rags- but not very good rags either. My order number was ******* so you know this is a legit. Review.
Be sure and check out the return policy- unfortunately I did not do this until after the fact.
Also they follow up asking you for a positive review on their site. If you give them a positive review they will send you a 10.00 coupon discount. "after they review that it is positive"
They are also impossible to contact by phone or email- you are just ignored.

Just getting these people to respond to customer emails is like pulling teeth. After many weeks and my products never arriving, and getting the same dumb excuse, I finally asked to cancel and for a refund.
Well, they came back and said I'd get my refund in 10-14 days. That didn't happen either.
So I'd like to warn everyone to avoid this terrible company. They do not care about customers as you can tell by reading all the 1 star comments here.
I only wish I came here first before ordering from them.
