Don't purchase any clothes on Woot. I purchased two shirts of the same manufacture and size and one was cut so bad that it didn't fit. Woot's customer service quote: "Unfortunately, we're not able to accept returns or make exchanges for sizing issues."
You take your chances with them. Avoid if you don't want to eat something that doesn't work.
Have had a few positive experiences. The latest purchase was terrible and convinced me to not use this site, after being a regular customer for many years. Received an order with a popular name brand, several items HAD NO TAGS. Used items? These were to be given as gits and are now useless. One item was clearly a child's size, and I only ordered adult items (the only option actually). Tried to resolve. Response was "no returns". Crap shoot. Not my thing anymore.
I used to love Woot, and have certainly bought a lot of things there, but recently I've noticed items with minor discounts compared to retail, often less than the $5.00 shipping fee (like the bird feeder I almost bought today).
Still some good bargains, but pay attention!
System is unreliable. I tried to buy a camera this week but I got an error message on the last check-out page. Sure enough Amazon Payments has charged me but Woot says they don't know the purchase even after I sent the AP email confirming the charge. Prices are good but systems and service are well below average. I'm done with Woot.
Unfortunately even though our new shipping address was saved in the profile, my husband's order still had it shipping to our old address. We contacted them immediately per the confirmation email to let them know what happened and their response was that they could not stop the order and we would have to wait until it was returned to them. I'm sorry, but why have a link in your confirmation emails telling customers to contact them immediately if their is a problem with the shipping address when they won't do anything about it. I'm very disappointed in this site.

I only recently discovered Woot! And have found some really great deals. When items have arrived in unexpected shape, they have responded within a day and made it right. Meanwhile, I have a new rowing machine, weight bench, stationary bike, and a few other things I am thrilled to have, and I spent a LOT less than I would have elsewhere.
I've been pleased with Woot.com. There was one time where I ordered a tea pitcher that was a little smaller than I expected, but it turns out it fits really well in a dorm fridge. Everything has arrived in good shape and I even bought the computer I'm typing on through Woot! I'd give them 5 stars if their shirt designs were available for a longer duration.
Boom, got a sick watch for pretty much nothing. I have found however, that their products are pretty hard to find elsewhere, so you can't really compare prices... But I still feel like I'm getting an insane deal every time I buy.
Bought a samsung s7 from Woot for my son who is away at college. Has not worked fully since purchase. He was just told by 2 different carrier stores the best thing to do is buy a new phone. This one is junk.
I should see reviews before order an item in WOOT. It's really very bad experience. They provided shipping information, but where is my shipment?. They are not handover to shipping services. No way we can contact customer care directly. I suggest never by if you think every thing should happen as stated. If you have lot of patience... you may try.
I ordered aSuperHandy Manual Chain Block Hoist, 1/2 Ton (1100 lb.) Capacity, 5-Foot Lift back on Nov 1st - I received a leaves blower - I wrote to woot - explain my situation - and i still waiting for my credit or the actual item- a return receipt - i do not have a printer i told them that - nothing has happened - no communication - they need better quality controls!
Buy with caution! Their "New" merchandise may be 10 years old and expired when it arrives. If you have a problem, they want you to deal with the manufacturer, and if they are still in business, they no longer carry the product or support it. If something doesn't arrive, tough luck. I am out $40 for shirts that never arrived. Lost over $150 due to this site. No customer service. Consider this flea market shopping.
Buyers beware. Www.woot.com is selling refurbished products on their site and advertising that they come with an extended warranty. The only problem, is that woot is unwilling or unable to document those warranties as required by federal law. Turns out the warranties are fictitious. Do not trust them to exist without documentation being provided before the sale.
An FAQ page offered by woot informs you that you have 15 minutes from purchase to cancel a sale. The 'cancel sale' link doesn't work and quickly expires at the 15 minute mark. I included this information in an email to customer care, but have yet to hear back. As mentioned before, this is a company that offers zero customer service and hardly any resources at all for a customer to resolve any issues. Regardless of whether a product is damaged, missing pieces, tagged wrong, or doesn't arrive at all; woot.com seems to find an excuse to keep your payment and cheekily recommends you try to sell your merchandise instead of offering any true solution. It's pretty unfortunate, but this seems like a very deceitful business. It would truly be in a customer's best interest to pay full price for an item than take the risk associated with woot.com and getting a good deal on the item.
Do not buy from Woot. I bought an iPhone XR from them and I am unable to use it says phone is lost or stolen when trying to add to my phone account. There is no number to call customer service only email and after emailing they sent me a general email saying to file a claim with UPS when Woot is the company that sent me the unusable iPhone. I am unable to get a refund or return item so now I have a paper weight.I will never buy again total scam
"Horrible customer service. Odds are that you will be disappointed and inconvenienced by these jokers. They frequently send out the wrong merchandise. When notified they act like it is a frequent occurrence and the customer should have known better than to order from them. If you are good, they'll take back the stuff you didn't order. By the way, they don't even consider sending what you ordered (because that would eat into their profit margin) and they have no interest in doing the right thing under any circumstances. Don't give a woot and save yourself the headaches."
Ordered a toy over three weeks ago and credit card was charged immediately. No toy arrived. We are out about $50.00 and will have a disappointed grandchild. Customer service "Pavel" advised me to delete cookies on my computer when I complained by email -- as if that would make the package arrive?!
I will never order from them again and I will contact my bank about the fraudulent charge.
Woot used to be a fun quirky sale site. Prices were good, and the staff actually seemed to care when I had the rare problem. THEN... Amazon bought them. Now, service stinks, real deals are few and far between, and staff are basically corporate droids. It's a dumping ground for anyone who wants to "sponsor" a "deal" (read inflated rating Chinese crap). I miss the old Woot, but it only exists in name now.
I bought a refurbished HP computer last month, and have had nothing but trouble. Hours with HP, and more hours with Microsoft. The computer came with absolutely no documentation (eg the Product code for Windows 8.1). Woot explains on their site that you are on your own. They basically fence junk, and take no responsibility for it. Oh what a mistake. Might be OK for a tee shirt or something, but I would definitely stay away from electronics or anything costing over, say, $20.
