I ordered aSuperHandy Manual Chain Block Hoist, 1/2 Ton (1100 lb.) Capacity, 5-Foot Lift back on Nov 1st - I received a leaves blower - I wrote to woot - explain my situation - and i still waiting for my credit or the actual item- a return receipt - i do not have a printer i told them that - nothing has happened - no communication - they need better quality controls!
Tip for consumers:
frustrated - they make money and really care for the customer
Products used:
will probably throw blower away no need for that and purchase my other product at a real store
