After seeing all the review others give to this seller. I also give them 1 star because i ordered the tablet for my son. After a week of waiting patiently, i send them an email wonder where the shipment at. After 24 hrs they responded the item never shipped. And they are out of stock. Never send me an email indicated that the tablet out of stock and never sent. What kind of eCommerce is this? Stay away if you want better deal shop somewhere else.
I have placed several orders on woot and most came fine and was pleased with the purchases. However before christmas I ordered several gifts that never showed up. I have sent several emails and they do not respond. They will gladly take your money but do not expect any customer service at all. As soon as you place your order you are on your own... period! No phone number to talk to anyone and they have no problem ignoring emails. I think all you can do is report your problems too the TX attorney general if you have complaints.
The most horrible website ever. I bought their refurbished hp laptop and it was way too many problems, so contacted them asking to return it and get my refund, but the only thing they said is to contact hp and explain the problems of my laptop to them. Did not even mention about the refund. Totally horrible! Waste of money! STAY AWAY from this website! I am just outraged, because I feel like they my money was stolen from this woot.com website! Again stay away!
I want to work at Woot. These guys seem like they have so much fun, and in the meantime they frequently have pretty amazing deals. Among the dozen-plus purchases I've made here have been a Dyson vacuum cleaner, a video camera, and a golf driver. All orders have been handled very well.
I purchased a laptop from woot for $349 +$5 shipping and Tax..., waited a week. When it arrived it was damaged and defective. The screen had a red line going horizontally about 1/4 in from the top and the case we cracked open from shipping I'm guessing. Woot would only offer 2 options. 1, refund $35 to keep as-is or 2, send it back for a full refund. $35 is not a fare compensation for a damaged and defective laptop. I asked if they would do better. 24 hr. Later the email came back NO. (by the way, All customer service is done by email.) There is no number to call. So I ask when will I get a refund. 24 hours goes by, After you hand deliver the damaged laptop to Fedex and we receive the laptop we will start the refund process. You should have a refund in 7 to 10 days from that time. They where able to pull the money from my credit card the day I order it. Very poor customer service. I would be very careful of this company.
When this site first started it was great. As they grew their customer service department did not. I have had issues with my last 3 orders. This last one I ordered for computers, it was approved then never shipped. I logged on to track and they said the order was denied. They never emailed me or tried to communicate with me. If they keep this up they will not stay around.
I was able to generate almost $1500 by strategically gunning for WOOT deals and then selling them locally on craigslist. It took a while and a lot of work, but I had some fun especially with the robotic dogs :)
I ordered something on woot.com and tried to cancel it the same day in an hour. Apparently they dont cancel your orders if its after 15 minutes. And when you return they reduce the refund by 20% for restocking fee. I say its the worst website ever to purchase anything. DO NOT BUY Anything on this website.
I ordered several items from Woot. I inadvertently ordered two of one item. They would not allow me to return the second item. I found out once you order it it is yours unless it is broken.
Wrong size, wrong color... Sorry your problem... and not really that sorry. Also notice there is no place to review Woot on their website. I wonder why.
I have been watching the deals on this site for awhile. I finally bought something and the price was great and received the item as promised.
I always thought that the deals were too good to be true but I was wrong. After seeing the good reviews here on site jabber it gave me the confidence to buy from them. I only wish I would have done it before. I have let a lot of good deals go by out of fear. It won't happen again.

In a recent post, Woot admitted to selling crap. It sounded like they were proud of it. In other words, lets stick it to our customers.
I strongly urge you to stay away from this web site and do not purchase a thing from them.
I've only made one purchase from Woot, the product was defective... they refer you to the manufacturer... you get the run-around on the warranty... if you email Woot... they are no help & their replies don't even make sense or answer the question you asked. I will never buy there again!

It's a very good site. I've bought roughly 40 things from it over the past 2 years. Shipping is always $5 no matter if it's a TV or a pencil. They also have wootoffs every once in awhile where they just keep selling stuff until each item is sold out and then a new one pops up. Amazon.com recently purchased them.

This place has given up. They really don't give a@#$% about their customer. You are just an order # that gets a canned response to your problem, which can be sent email only since they have no customer service number to call.
It probably hasn't been long enough to justify a bad review, but I don't like being lied or condescended to. I ordered 2 tshirts a week ago, on June 28th. It clearly reads, "2-3 business days" on ship-out for 7-10 day ground shipping. My account still says that it's "preparing for shipping."
Upon contacting Woot, I got a standard copy-and-paste response (like I'm an idiot who doesn't read the literature before I bother wasting somebody's time) with a claim that it takes 3-5 business days. Um, okay. Then, change what it states on your website. Also, at that point, it had been 6 days, so... still not impressed. Completely unprofessional. If there's some issue, then look up my account and find out. Don't treat me like an order number. I'm a customer. A customer whose money you gladly (and quickly) took 8 days ago.
This is the worst company ever. Will never buy from them again. Ordered an iPad which would not charge. Tried on 3 different charges and even other peoples homes. Would not charge. They charges me a $20 restocking fee. When I emailed them and told them that was unacceptable they stood me the will no longer respond to me. Will never do business with them again and will do everything I can to make sure no buys anything from them.
I will NEVER do business with this company again. Worst customer service ever. I canceled my order the day after I placed it--three times--and they shipped it anyway. You cannot reach a real person there.
Ordered 3 items, paid extra for overnight shipping. They sent one item. Customer service is non existent, on the second week of clarifying what I ordered from them (do they not have a copy of my order?) This is only done via e-mail, and every time you respond to one of their questions they assign yet another case number.
If it wasn't the Christmas season, the order delay might be somewhat bearable. However, when you f*ck up Christmas and make it clear you don't care about your customers, you really don't deserve to stay in business.
First, speaking to a rep over the phone is impossible…it's not even available. Awful. Any correspondence is through a hard to find link on their website. Ridiculous.
I purchased a high end Samsung television for $2,299.00 on one of Woot.com's one day promotions. In less than a month, they advertised it for $2,099.00. They wouldn't help with a price guarantee at all.
Better off purchasing electronics at Best Buy. I'll never buy anything again from Woot.com.
