Wooden street:- one of worst experience…. Product quality is bad and not as per design selected.
Henry 3 seater sofa that was selected was of 4 leg but when it was delivered it was making noise in middle part of the sofa they took it back and took more than a months time to rectify. They have to increase the extra leg to reduce the noise which makes my sofa look funny and not as selected.
In case of Henry Ottoman there was a wobbling issue and design issue at upper border of the ottoman. They have solve the wobbling issue but did not accepted the design issue and delivered the same as it is.
After sales service is very bad and no one in wooden street accepts their fault.
They say they have technical team and after quality check they send product which is false…
Whoever is going for the brand woodenstreet, please think twice thrice or many times before selecting the brand woodenstreet.
I placed my furniture order online for the first time and it was a double bed named Adolph. I spoke to the sales team and later I received an email confirming my order and I was updated whenever the status of my order changed (by the same person, prompting me to call that same person if I should have any queries along the way).
I got it delivered on time with no damage. I'm now convinced that ordering furniture online really does work. Straightforward, no hassle and I didn't even have to leave home. Oh, and I'm really pleased with the furniture.

Fraud company. I have placed an order last week. I tried to contact them many times over email and their customer care number. The customer care people keep giving lame excuse eg. I am not from the right department, I am from delhi not from bangalore.
Please do not buy from these guys. You will be wasting your time and money.
Finally we got fed up following up with Wooden street, ever writing to their MD we accepted the fabric colour of sofa which was not actually selected by us. In just 15 days one of the bottom seat started shrinking low. All side pillows are very poorly netted and shrinks just by keeping hand on it.
Ultimate I have waived off 10K from my total paid amount and told them to deduct and refund the balance and take sofa back. Till date there is no response from them.
Very non professional Organization.

Product shown on the website and delivered are totally different. Product quality is horrible. They dont seem to have replacement or return policy. Sales guys dont respond post the sale and the call center guys after putting you on hold for ever come back and tell you that nothing is possible. It is day light robbery
I placed my order for a bookshelf (engineered wood) on 26 January, 2022 and it's been 8th March, 2022 - NO change to order status (in Progress). I had raised multiple tickets and my brother spoke to multiple customer care executives. We were promised delivery by 3rd March (latest) but even that was not complied to. Shameless company and shameless supply chain; better look elsewhere if you want your products delivered. Pepperfry, Flipkart and Amazon - all deliver before promised date and never take months to get something delivered
Avoid this online furniture shop "Wooden Street" strictly. They sell inferior products and have pathetic customer service. Bought a bed with minimum craft work. They delivered the product after 6 weeks but still have inferior quality of wood, with bends across the planks. It does not stop at that, the measures of the furniture are off at several places. If you really want solid wood furniture, there are many other online sellers. Made a mistake by switching vendors and falling for this online marketing. Trust me their customer care and even founders are non-responsive to your plea. They don't have CoD options, so you have to pay upfront and then be at their mercy. #woodenstreet #onlinefurniture
Horrible experience after spending several lakhs and buying full home furniture. Product images displayed in site and actual product are completely different. They can destroy your dream home experience in a moment and still be very arrogant and no empathy for customer. Even after several sales call they have no clue on the product dimension that fits your space and also they will mislead you by giving false information. They have no accountability. No reviews are actually shown in their site. Seems they only write their own review. Pathetic finishing. Never fall in this trap. Recently bought furniture from woodenstreet, just 2 months back. A bed and a center coffee table. Bought after a lot of review that they make good hardwood furniture but the reality is something else when you get it. In just 2 months, the bed and coffee table have both got BIG cracks on both sides. If a sheesham wood bed and table which are supposed to last years can develop cracks in 2 months, its a really sad state of quality.
On top of that, I have been following up with them for last 10 days and all they say is that our expert team will repair it and put some nuts so that u cant see the cracks. No urgency or concern. Just casual behavior
Worst experience ever. Have bought furniture from other stores like urbanladder and pepperfry also. But in wooden street, both the quality and customer are in a sad state. In a race to deliver orders, they dont care about quality at all

Great site to have stylish home furnishing things. Ordered a Feltro sofa-cum-bed with order id *******. I feel it's really worth for what I paid. There service is average but yes product quality is too good. Modern and very stylish designs, lot of collections, strong material, and the best part is they send the same piece which I have selected. Service should be more effective, pricing is fine average, anyway I am happy with the product. It gives a great look to my room, sharing the image.
Pathetic experience... A pain in the ***... I had ordered for a wall decoration item on Apr 6th 2019. I received an email on May 2nd stating that the product has been packed and is ready to be dispatched. After multiple follow ups, I got a call today stating that the product has been packed. Its almost 7 weeks and I still do not have the product. I can imagine what these guys do with the customers who go for furniture purchases. This has been the saddest online shopping experience for me. I am never going to order from these guys again no matter how good their products may be.

I bought 2 products…. Chair which is damaged but they never taken return…table waited 2 months. But after 6 months also…. Not delivered…. Fking service…god kill all these people…they eaten my $#*! …. Die soon die…I am planning file the case against this fraud company...
Delivered a damaged product and yelling at me and asking me to use the same damaged product. And telling its our fault and blaming us that we broke it. Pathetic service. Product is not at all worth the price that they sell. I paid 2k and got a broken one. And he is justifying that it's just the plastic that is broken, so he cannot consider it as damaged. They only cheat customers by taking their money.
If you are planning to buy your furniture for next life, if any, please buy it from wooden street. Because they will, make sure to deliver with in 5-6 week after your are reborn.

Made an order for Lounge Chair in floral fabric and wanted it a bit fast so that I can gift it to my Mom on Birthday. They understood the need of the moment and delivered it in just 21 days. Happy with everthing.
They just take 100% advance and do not deliver the product within estimated time and they wont return your money either. They just keep on promising delivery date next week every time. They are looters, pathetic and liars. Dont be fooled by them. They are a big scam in the name of furniture. If you go to the their showroom, they also dont have any answers and they will talk to their customer support team which again will make false promises again and again which they were and are already doing from the beginning.

I must confess I was delighted by the east of the buying experience. To a point, I was raving about your systems and processes to the people I met.
After I was don't buying 80% of my stuff from your store, you have done what most average businesses do ruin the experience in the remaining 20%.
My stuff came broken (which is ok) the replacement is taking for ever. And to top it all, there is absolutely 0 customer support. From template answers to we will call you and no one calls you, it is the same poor experience I thought was setting you apart.
You have lost a loyal customer. I was almost about to buy everything related to home furniture from you.
