Customer service basically told me to "too bad so sad" then didn't respond anymore about an issue I had with the program. Thanks a lot.
The software itself works kinda ok-ish the two times I've used it. It's their idea of professionalism that leaves a lot to be desired.
First off, it is way overpriced, especially for a subscription based service. They're charging me upwards of $22 a month for this software when there's free alternatives out there that do the exact same thing.
Second, their accounts system is a nightmare and a half. I tried to delete my account after it siphoned somewhere up to $100 off my credit card- it was the only way to stop losing money to the thing, because when I tried to find my subscription, it said "no valid subscription". On my quest to delete my account, I found out that it's not a click of a button to delete it, like it is on LITERALLY EVERY OTHER SITE ON THE INTERNET- you actually have to talk to someone, like it's still 1970 for some reason! And that means waiting on a customer service rep, sometimes for as long as half an hour!
The CustServ rep was equally unhelpful. She couldn't find any evidence that I had even paid Wondershare any money, and then went afk for half an hour.
NEVER doing business with these clowns again.

Behind all of the software sold or offered as a "free" download is a behind-the-scenes scam. I bought the Filmora9 video editor for MAC from them and was loving it. Very nice program. But I could not export any video files after I was finished editing. The problem was that I was unable to register the software in order to get full use of it. The "customer service" phone number actually wound up being scam artists trying to convince me that my computer was in terrible shape and they could "fix" it for a fee. I was told that the Filmora software could not run on my laptop because I had too many errors on it. One guy told me I didn't have enough memory. I have 16GB of DDR3. He said I didn't have a large enough hard drive. I have 1TB of SSD and 2TB on Apple's iCloud. He said my computer was "too old" and that the serial number had expired. Seriously? I have a 2.8 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7. It's not a gaming machine, but I mostly do audio and video editing as a hobby so my machine is more than adequate. They were using back-door access to my system so I shut it down and changed my laptop password before they could give me their pitch for sending them money. I have included my receipt showing the number to call to "activate" my purchase.

SHADY COMPANY - I have read other reviews that say the same AND I see I'm going to be scammed again on the 12 upgrade. I am not excited about that because the company, in responses I've read here and in my own email, has all kinds of "polite" logic for why you're wrong and they don't budge.
First, they pre-check any box for things you don't want. When you ask them why they are now charging you for something you didn't ask for, they will show you a very visibly checked box beside membership options to explain where and why it's your fault that you did not uncheck the box. In my case, that is NOT where the charge came from. That didn't exist in the way I purchased the "lifetime" membership but they will attempt to convince you of that. They think being polite will cause you to understand but I certainly do not.
When you've been charged for it, even for months without noticing, they WILL NOT refund your money and they WILL NOT budge. Whatever the case, it's a sub-par program. I've got one of the fastest computers available and it crashes frequently.
I recommend not even using it. At this point I've already got a "lifetime" membership but I also use an app that is MUCH more robust that you can use directly from your phone and it's an AMAZING application - fast and NEVER crashes, with plenty of artificial intelligence, bells, whistles and offers, for free, the things that Wondershare is charging for.

It is a complete lie about support. Every Avenue via phone, email, online assistance all a lie. There is no support. Have a feeling it's a scam.
Customer service is slow and unwilling to help. Agents chatting are not helpful at all. Zero respect for their customers.

Answer: Wondershare intentional makes their "service" difficult and their software nearly unusable. If you t at to cancel, they'll find a reason to refuse honering the refund policy and Money Back Guarantee. Avoid at all costs.
Answer: You'll have to file a dispute with your credit card. Wondershare has a refund policy that they go out of their way to not honor. Additionally they have a Money Back Guarantee posted to their site that is worthless and they refuse to honor under any circumstance.
