I cancelled subscription 13 minutes after installing as it didn't work. They've refuse to refund me.

I purchased Wondershare MobileTrans for Mac because it was advertised as an easy and reliable solution to transfer WhatsApp data between devices. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. After using the software, my WhatsApp on iPhone 17 Pro Max started freezing repeatedly and became completely unusable. I had to delete the app and all my chats just to get it working again. The program did not perform as promised and caused serious disruption to my phone's performance. I contacted Wondershare support, but instead of offering a quick solution, they asked me to provide screenshots or videos of my WhatsApp conversations — which is a clear privacy concern. They also requested log files even though I had already uninstalled the software. I believe a company should thoroughly test its software before releasing it and not rely on paying customers to troubleshoot issues. Sadly, this experience has completely shaken my trust in Wondershare products. I have already requested a refund and hope they process it promptly, but I definitely do not recommend MobileTrans for anyone looking for a smooth or safe transfer experience.

Their subscriptions give you nothing. To use anything one has to buy "credits". Refunds impossible due to their non-existent customer service. Just a waste of money and an appalling company to deal with in any shape or form. If you have a ten-foot cattle prod, don't even touch Wondershare with that.

Absolutely dysfunctional at fixing my phone's issue, completely erased my data in the process, and their satisfaction guaranteed policy is a scam, they are fighting tooth and nail to not have to refund you when you clearly express being dissatisfied. Beware as you uninstall this crap, the logs and background files run deep.

Ones Im noticed I get an additional plan. They charge me for that around 20$
So they don't wanna gove my money back

There was a description showing they would give us a 7 days trial for the product. It was however immediately deducted a charge into my account. I have contacted them three times. The 1st time they just closed the case without replying a word. The 2nd time they responded was telling me I was the one who misunderstood they package description and refused the refund. The 3rd time they did not ever responded. I will never ever use this software anymore. I would never recommend this product to anyone.

They claimed a 7 day money back gaurantee to download and install their file recovery software. When the software didnt work they refused to honor the money back gaurantee and claimed it didnt meet their refund policy. This policy was listed in an obscure area on a separate page way out of site of the large "7 day money gaurantee" claim and purchase button. They are clearly invloved in deceptive advertising and are engaging in practices to entrap customers and then scam them out of their money. Do not trust this company

Bought a lifetime license. Wont support it anymore, force to upgrade to something else I dont want or need, no offer or discount to upgrade, support was no help at all. Sad.

Last December I started noticing random Netflix charges on my debit card. I noticed them immediately and contacted my bank about it. While filing my claim they asked me if I shared information with Wondershare and I remembered that I cancelled my prescription with them earlier in November. Someone was using my debit card info overseas and it was coming up as Netflix charges, everyday charges were coming in with overseas charges. I'm glad my bank was on top of it and cancelled the debit card immediately, they would have certainly cleaned me out. Beware of this Co. People!

From bloatware to malware to forced watermarks on their "free" program that forces you to pay to remove them, Wondershare is a shifty company that for over 12 years has resorted to underhanded tactics in a vain attempt to compete with overpriced Adobe. There are plenty of other good PDF programs out there that don't do this.

Tried desperately to get a refund for this craptastic bit of transfer software to move iPhone data to an Android phone. It works, sort of. Messages aren't sorted correctly, neither were contacts, all the music came over, but covers didn't match albums, other data scrambled as well.

I tried and tried to get a refund through my credit card company, Wondershare fought tooth and claw INSISTING their package worked as advertised. Yes, transfers data, not necessarily in a way you can make use of it and they will fight like the third monkey on the boarding ramp into Noah's ark for every penny.

THEN they have the gall to try and renew your package which is another chore. Just cancel your account. Block the website. Throw $33 into the fireplace. It'll be of more benefit.

Wondershare is a company based in China and its focus is to milk money from you. They will never refund you if you forget to cancel subscription by 1 day. I never experienced this bad treatment of customers. Everytime I once in a while forget to cancel a subscription a normal legitimate company would refund me without any hessitation. All products are expensive and this company is designed just to milk non-Chinese people. Their support is unreachable. AI chat will send you a non-working "Turn to human" link. I just wasted $140 + taxes for a program that I used 4 times in the first month. Their products somewhat work but it is not anything special and their predatory subscription makes Wondershare an EVIL company!

I have been using different versions of Wondershare AllMyTube for the past 13 years with great satisfaction. But during the past months of 2024 I have been experiencing all kind of defects that make it one of the worst software ever. I even bought a new version, deleted the old one but it keeps coming for no reason. Then the last obstacle, it connects to a device that I don't even have. Although it gives the option to click on "wrong device- Do not connect again", it doesn't work. Complete disappointment! Rating zero now if zero is available.

I am a long-time customer of Wondershare Technology, and my recent experience has been nothing short of horrendous. I purchased two one-year licenses for their Dr.Fone product, only to find that both stopped working after just four months. When I reached out for support, I was met with unhelpful responses and an outright refusal to provide a refund or alternative solutions.

After multiple attempts to resolve the error 12 issue on my iOS device through their AI assistant and a representative named Lloyd, I was informed that Pokémon Go had blocked third-party virtual location tools, rendering my subscription useless. Despite this, Wondershare refused to issue a refund, citing that my purchase date in February was too far in the past, even though I last used the product in June.

Lloyd's sympathy did nothing to address the core issue. He repeatedly stated that their system could no longer process a refund and that escalation to management or ownership was not an option. This lack of flexibility and responsibility is utterly unacceptable. I have wasted a significant amount of money on two licenses that are now completely useless.

Wondershare's refusal to accommodate a long-time customer and its rigid policies demonstrate a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Their service has been deeply disappointing, and I expected far better from a company I had trusted for so long.

I will be sharing my negative experience across various platforms to warn potential customers about Wondershare's poor service and inflexible policies. Avoid this company if you value your money and expect decent customer support.

I bought unlimited plan with multiple downloads for 5 pc's. I now want to use another download but Wondershare keeps locking me out of my account. Very frustrating.I am now trying Handbrake.

I purchased this junk. Attempted to get support, after sitting there waiting no one came. There is contact email for these crooks. The refund policy is a joke, I intend to cancel CC transaction and advise the SCAM sites of these rip-off practices.

I paid an upfront one off fee and have just been charged a monthly fee on top. I tried to resolve on their chat but they kept dropping off the chat - three times!
I've reported it to PayPal also.
They are ripping people off.

I have taken Flimora annual subscription on 9 January2024 and they have charged me INR 4050 from my credit card.Then next month they have charged me INR 2K again and then next month again.

In order history they are showing that I have subscription for 3 months Pro version.

I don't have any customer support and suffering alot to get help from support team.My hard earned money is gone with Flimora subscription.If wondersharr support team still wants to help me

I am a South African University student and tried the software for a project. I saw that it was expensive (nearly half of my monthly living budget) but with the 7 day free trail and 30 day money back guarantee, I was not to stressed. I was slightly suspicious when the money came directly from my account immediately but thought that I still have the 30 day money back. When I canceled it not 24 hours after purchase, they said my product is not eligible for money back. Even though the entire process of purchasing it, it was clearly stated as being eligible.
Their support staff was not helpful at all.
Avoid all of wondershare products as they do very shady business!
