It was promised that auto renewal can be stopped before the month is over. I bought it on 2-Apr and again renewal was charged on 10-Apr... Absolutely useless Support centre. No one to help to get the justification or any help. DOn't buy this.
I originally purchased this software to monitor the safety and security of activity as a legal custodian. I was unaware at the time, nor was it communicated that this product would be highly visible on the device in which is was loaded in addition to both the user and recipient being advised that conversations were being monitored. The product also claimed that it would alert, report and track URL's and text message-neither was accurate or true. Finally when I reached out to the company, they refused to refund citing policy, free trials and other excuses. I've since purchased another product that did everything it promised.
They developed Mobile trans which is a mobile to mobile transfer app. I ended up in a situation to connect both mobiles on my laptop. And guess what. That PC intermediary app is a crap and doesnt work. I payed them 30 euro as a subscription for nothing.

I had to clone/transfer my old phone to my new one. I did a search for what others were recommending and Wondershare Dr. Fone came up on multiple sites. I downloaded the free version, it immediately recognized both of my phones plugged into the PC and then completed the task in no time. I highly recommend this product!
You try to unsubscribe from their promotional emails, and you get "you're not subscribed to our newsletter". Nice "error" that allows them to send you 3 or 4 promo emails per week.
No settings on your profile related to notifications and of course, no help section related to this. Great job!
Can't even export a video without buying unless you want a watermark over your entire video. Super disappointing, uninstalled the application immediately after I wasted my time editing a video just for it to be watermarked. Waste of time and energy, don't even bother with this.
This company offers a money-back guarantee but then requires you jump through hoops to claim it, including attaching application logs that I couldn't get to work without Googling how to do it on my Mac using the Console app. That's a bit beyond the average user and shows they really want to make it as difficult as possible to get a refund. I would not recommend this company at all.
After reading reviews about their lousy customer service, I decided not to even bother to contact them. Their product looks good on the surface, but really bad sound recording dampered the finished project. A reminder to read reviews and seriously research. Checking my account for fraudulent charges after reading other reviews. A good lesson that cost me $65 but was worth it.
WASTE of money! They will NOT issue refunds! Their website claims refunds will be issued within 7 days, but I cancelled within 30 minutes and they refused. They would not let me speak with a manager when I called, either.
Bought single (lifetime) licenses on uniconveter Mac and pc and PDF software. They retrospectively changed the wording of the lifelike licenses so that it was no longer lifetime, they no longer honour what you have paid for, they don't refund and customer service was never able to solve problems with software and after the retrospective change to terms and conditions, they just quote the new terms and ignore their old licenses and what was agreed when paid for. A really poor company. Keep away.
Bought the perpetual license 7 months ago for over 200$. It is not perpetual. New version just came out and they want me to purchase it. Apparently my perpetual license is for the out of date version. See screenshots of my Account dashboard - shows the date I purchased and what I paid. Se also the email from these clowns.
I purchased the Wondershare Filamora and I can't get my account activated. I was advised it took six minutes to respond but it's been over an hour and they have not resolved my problem over the phone and contact by email is impossible. The representative hung up the phone on me
I purchased Filamor from wondershare. There was an option to buy it with a one time sum, or make monthly payments. I chose the one time sum.
3 months later, while 400 miles from home on vacation, they took more money off my card causing the fraud department at my bank to block my card leaving me stranded.
If you have to put a watermark on videos to get people to buy it why not just make them buy it from the start. I do not know why companies do this. It is dumb, $#*!ed, and outright torture. If it were up to me all watermarks would be banned from every country. This kind of practice is just crap. Not a good sales pitch. Don't buy.

I would never purchase from these scam sites again. No customer service, misleading information, and you can't get ahold of anyone to resolve the issues. I will be contacting my bank to stop payment and reverse anything they have taken from me. I new it was a trap and I fell for it. If you thinking about it, I suggest you look elsewhere.
Was offered to purchase DVD Creator for 1/2 price - when I clicked on Pay Pal it charged me full price. Once I realized it, I tried to get the credit for the difference. While the company was fairly quick to reply, they asked me to produce the screenshot of the offer, which of course was gone as soon as I clicked on it! So, not at all helpful. I can only say, be very careful before you click to purchase.

I purchased a monthly license for the wrong product from Wondershare. I then contacted them via chat when I realized my mistake 5 days later. The first representative would not give me the information I needed to understand what I should have purchased. When I asked if I would get a refund, I got cut off. I persisted and got put through to a different agent. That agent also would not give me the information I needed. I then asked for a refund and the agent refused. I then cancelled the subscription online.
So easy to get trapped into years of renewals for licenses for faulty, irritating products. To cancel, you have to go through this maze of windows. They make it easy for themselves to take your money. They make it difficult for you to cancel. It's impossible to get human support. They're really just the worst.
