This is a first rate programme backed up by people who respond quickly and precisely with solid information, without asking you to pay first. Thoroughly recommend Wondershare both for their everyday PDF facility and for their more complex film editing programme Filmora. Despite some of the negative feedback from other on this web site I personally have experienced only completely satisfying service from Wondershare for the past 3 years or so.
Every month we had to contact the support center to complain about extra fees charged in our credit card. If we didn't pay attention to our credit card every month we would have lost a good amount of money. For a year we had issues with them. Never again!

Amanda was awesome, patient, and helped me, even though the feature I wanted to find out about ("expandable" form fields) is not available in PDFElement. However, because customer service was so awesome and friendly, I will purchase the product, even though it does not have the expandable form field feature (it's a beast to program, so I get it). Hope it gets added at some point. Thank you and keep up the great work! :)
The product is complete garbage. It does not allow you to delete any object (as it promises) from the videos. All it does is smear over the object, and if the object moves, then you will still see it. The worst part of all is they force you to sign up for a year (or a month that is the same cost as the year) because they're scammers and if you try to cancel, they still charged you for the year. This is the worst product I have ever purchased. STAY AWAY!
Wondershare is a unreliable company and faulty product and will not refund once we pay
This company and product are not reliable.
The repair software did not have the audio and video in sync.
The support via email has been asking to send the same files over weeks and wasting the time.

The product did not work and I notified them within an hour of ordering. They state 7 day return on their site. They now are refusing to refund and are trying to make me do hours of work to prove it doesn't work. Very poor product and deceitful service.

Their website processed the wrong payment and they DECLINED the refund requested 1 minute after due to the wrong amount was charged claiming they don't do refunds.

The advertisement says different thing, i did 7 days free trail and after i used i canceled the plan. They still charge me the monthly subscription and when i reached out they deny to refund saying you cancel it for personal reason. Are you serious? Total scammer. Be aware
The technical help was great. Very thorough help. Thx. I had trouble transferring files between iOS and android phones. There was some hidden an unique android features that was not reflected in the dr. fone screen. This should be updated to the one given to me during trouble shoot.
Software is crashy and is not able to handle larger files. I asked for the refund within 4 days from the purchase. Need to go through excessive troubleshooting steps to fight for refund. Customer service is terrible and replies with copy pasting responses. Company in breach of regulations on customer refunds in EU/EEA.
Save yourself time and buy different software.
Wondershare usually gets your information through a 'free' offer of software. They then use that information to set up a permanent renewable billing. They do give you reminders of the billing, but do not give you a method to cancel the billing. I went directly to PayPal to back out the billing, but Paypal will not cancel payments already sent to Wondershare.
This company advertised what looked to be a free trial for a program that I downloaded. I wanted to try the program and see if it did what I needed it to do. Money was immediately pulled from my account and the email correspondence from with their "support" said that they will not refund the money because I had to purchase the software in order to receive the free trial of the "effects and plugins." Just an awful all around company. Everything about this interaction was shady and scammy.
At least 4 times Filmora has failed to recognize my account. The links to get to support lead to a dead end. I call the support number and wait for 15-40 minutes and then I am often told it isn't open. When I do get a support person they are helpful. Also the video tutorials by Jackie Nguyen are excellent. But I lose so much time when it doesn't recognize my account and I can't get to support. Bad job, guys.

I does not tell you you will be billed monthly on auto renew. And when you cancel in time using the convoluted cancel system they don't pay attention, and bill you again. When you chat with customer support you have to aggressively threaten their reputation on the internet and with the credit card companies, before they take any action towards a refund or cancelation.
Beware beware Wondershare!
They subscribed me to various add ons. I don't know when it happened but the message to cancel the add ons landed in my junk folder and they have refused to refund and it had renewed twice. In addition when you try to unsubscribe they make it as tricky as possible, to the point where it seems like a scam. Even now I dont know for sure if I have unsubscribed. I have been in touch with customer services and they have been unhelpful.
I have a business of my own and am 100% customer focused. These guys are 1% customer 99% bottom line.

If you are looking for a refund goodluck. This company does not issue them. I accidently purchased a package, and within 5 minutes contact support for a refund, they pretty much said tough luck we "follow policy". No refunds. I would not recommend this business for their practices.
I ordered a software from their website last Oct 29 for $20 and paid via Paypal. They sent a different software and charged me $101. I emailed them back about their mistake and I did not get a reply until I raised a dispute with Paypal. Their response: buy the $20 software using this link... (they sent a link) and then we refund you the $101. I immediately sensed something fishy and pushed back. That is when I searched the Web for complaints against this company -- and was horrified to see the ton of similar complaints from other customers. I tried getting my money back through Paypal but Paypal was equally horrible (that's another horror story). So I ended up losing $101. I closed my PayPal account and now am trying my best to spread the word about both these two crooked companies -- Wondershare and Paypal - hopefully I am able to help other folks from getting scammed by these frauds.

Answer: Wondershare intentional makes their "service" difficult and their software nearly unusable. If you t at to cancel, they'll find a reason to refuse honering the refund policy and Money Back Guarantee. Avoid at all costs.
Answer: You'll have to file a dispute with your credit card. Wondershare has a refund policy that they go out of their way to not honor. Additionally they have a Money Back Guarantee posted to their site that is worthless and they refuse to honor under any circumstance.
