Signed up for a plan by accident at night time and cancelled in the next morning, after contacting the support they refused to give me a refund, I didn't even use their service at all and was charged $59.
I recently purchased Wondershare Filmora, which came with an "Effects & Plug-ins" subscription that automatically renewed after 7 days. I attempted to cancel the subscription but was still charged. Apparently, after clicking a button to cancel the subscription, I had to click another series of buttons confirming my cancellation. When I was charged for the automatic renewal, Wondershare refused to give me a refund. I am disappointed that this type of predatory business practice is permitted. I will not be purchasing any additional products from this company. I hope the extra $20 they got from me was worth it.
I should have read the reviews. No warning but my second subscription payment for this not very good software was processed and on the day I received notification from PayPal asked to cancel and get refund. Of course it is a no as you would expect from a company with a poor product and poor service level.
I lost $80 because they started my subscription again after a few months of cancellation. Also they denied refund request. They are tricksters and fraud service.
Also it worth to know that I cancelled using it because of a few perks and functions included in the paid version, for example Cap Cut or VN give you more stable operations in a free mode.
But the bad thing is they steal my money.
After paying for and downloading Wondershare PDF password remover I could not open it.
I took sequence of screenshots of the issue and started conversation with Customer service rep via text box.
"...Use 6 - 10 characters password...'she said "- while Wondershare screenshot I presented showed 6 - 16 characters password...After downloading and reseting password again I had same problem.
"...Give me your password I can try to reset it from my side..."she said?
I told her I'm not comfortable with that.
It continued in same manner so I asked for refund and was bombarded with multiple repetitions of same advice to reset password and delete and download again.
Waste of time & money.
Useless customer services, after an hour and a half the issue was not resolved an they refused to give me a new serial number. I have a lifetime app purchase.

I am now using eDraw Max for quite a few years. Great package. Very intuitive. Large number of very useful templates. I tried many different drawing programs. EDraw turned out to be my preferred package by far. During all these years i needed support 2 times. This was due to crashes of my laptop. Nothing to do with the program itself. The response by eDraw Support was almost immediate and positive. I wholeheartedly recommend eDraw to anyone who needs a solid drawing program and reliable service to go with it when needed.

We've been using their service for a year now and had to cancel due to life changes and a very ill family member. We thought it was cancelled but still got charged. (No email was sent prior) We contacted them and they refuse to refund the charge (from 2 days ago), said since we just want to cancel for personal reasons they can't do it. This is not the first issue we've had with them but it'll definitely be the last. In my eyes their customer service is a joke and they are very greedy.
They make it impossible to find a real person and send you in circles with their a.i. Long enough to give you the line "you went over the time limit for a refund" buyer beware.
I paid for a year subscription - at checkout they added a plug in that I didn't want and couldn't opt out of - by way of 7 day trial, I didn't want it but had no choice - forgot to unsubscribe - if you've got a busy inbox it's easily missed - asked for a refund as I didn't get a choice and the customer service was rude and unwilling to budge. They are crooks, toon my money - buyer beware.
Used PayPal to buy Video Conversion software (which didn't work). They set up annual recurring payments on PayPal. Got ripped off $250, no way to recover through PayPal or Wondershare. PayPal is at fault for not notifying users when a merchant sets up a recurring payment. Never buy anything from this company!
They tell you it's a free product that you can add on premium features to. Then you go to export your first video and surprise, it is covered by a giant watermark, so you have to pay to get the video you probably just wasted hours on.
THEN they tell you they're including a special effects package you can opt out of.
So I cancel my entire subscription immediately after I export the one video. But surprise, cancelling the effects package is on a totally separate page, and doesn't make itself clearly visible until they've already charged you.
Honestly, the product seems fine if you need a video editing software. But they scammed be out of $100 Canadian. And these business practices are absolutely unacceptable. Probably how they make the bulk of their money.
I am beyond unimpressed, and quite frankly disgusted. Zero stars is what they deserve

I asked this terrible company to cancel and refund me my money on the day I was automatically charged for their service.
I would hope no one downloads from this company as they do not care about there customers.
I've cancelled my membership multiple times, they keep billing my card! It's literally a scam - there's no way to directly contact anyone. The chat either says it's unavailable or it's a bot. The phone line doesn't work, so you can only complain through their the email bit but no one gets back to you.
This company keeps charging my credit card after two years since I stopped using it and requested to cancel my subscription. Now they are charging me for another service they are naming differently and refusing to issue a refund.
I wish I had done more research before buying online from Wondershare. The software is useless and does not do anything they say it will. It used Windows functions masked with fake "progress" windows. They will not refund your money, but will claim it is your fault, and only offer you more useless software. Anytime you see 5 stars for this company, it is a fake review from their own people (just check out their website --- no one gets only 5-star reviews!).
These have a very poor customer care. I purchase a product and sure something went wrong with the selection and was give the windows file instead of the Mac version. I have spent more that 1 day trying to get through to their chat box that doesn't have pre recorded chats on the products I purchased.
I am told to apply and get refund and purchase another after days and I still can't get headway as the product does not appear on the list of products in their chat box (Wonderhare PDF converter) to enable a refund.
In frustration, I placed a call for almost 5 minutes and no one answers considering how expensive international calls are. Their processes are cumbersome and interface are not friendly and simple. This is not acceptable.
My colleague also complained on her frustration when purchasing one.
Contact your Credit Card Issuer(Bank) Send them copies of the purchase and all details. They will investigate for you. You should get a full refund, usually within 7 days, explaining that they have contacted the company, who have 46 days to dispute the issue. They normally don`t. Why? Because they are GUILTY of fraudulent behavior. There you have it.
Wondershare pretends to have real software. They give you a watered down free trial version. When you purchase the full version of any of their products, there will be no way to activate the product. You just get the trial version, and paying for the full version gets you nothing.
They also do not have any support staff, so you cannot ask for a refund.
This is a front company set up to scam people.

Answer: Wondershare intentional makes their "service" difficult and their software nearly unusable. If you t at to cancel, they'll find a reason to refuse honering the refund policy and Money Back Guarantee. Avoid at all costs.
Answer: You'll have to file a dispute with your credit card. Wondershare has a refund policy that they go out of their way to not honor. Additionally they have a Money Back Guarantee posted to their site that is worthless and they refuse to honor under any circumstance.
