My review is for the product indicated in the title as installed on a Windows 10 computer.
When it works, it works very well! The key point here is that periodically the product will get upgraded. When that has happened to me, the first time on purpose and now twice unasked for.
Wondershare has a basic component where you click 'Paste' to paste the address of the site that has the desired video address you have copied. The product 'analyzes' then chugs away till it has completed. Ta Dah..., the video has been downloaded.

I have my Email receipt and Registration code. Entering it is now said to be an error. I have System Restored my machine, and I have reinstalled from earlier files as well as the website's latest file. Nothing has yet worked.
The company's Help/Support website as linked to from inside the product no longer exists.

When the product breaks, as it has 3 times now, by 'upgrading' to the newest version; the click on 'Paste' now thinks about it then errors out.
No amount of corrective steps this last break has brought it back to a working state.
I have definitely gotten my "Lifetime" license's worth of use out of the product; but alas I will not be paying for another "Lifetime" license to see if that fixes things this time.
Yes, for all those who are wondering, I have written to them and I will gladly update here if this time a company response restores the product to working order.

Hello, I bought a software from wondershare and that software I bought states 7-days money back guarantee. The software I bought states that the error code 4013 iPhone would be fixed but it did not fix my phone. I emailed them 20hr ago to receive my money back since their software didn't fix the error code 4013. They just replied back to me 2 hours ago stating I have to do some troubleshooting. I emailed them back saying that their software page states there is 7- days refund guarantee so i wanted my refund again. Clearly they are trying not to refund the money and go over the 7 days with emailing back and forth so they can screw me over. I would like full refund ($15.36) to get back to my paypal account for the further use. I will attaching ss from their page which states the 7-days refund guarantee as well as fixing error code 4013 with their software page. They keep trying to troubleshoot different ways to go over 7 days refund policy so they dont have to pay me back. Now they want to remote connect my computer which i refused for privacy and security concerns since they are in China.

I Mislead to subscribing to something I did not want and had no idea I was going to pay for. Extremely confusing offering, fishy communication methods (using different email addresses to notify customer) and absolutely no flexibility or willingness to understand customer position by customer service.
I purchased the The Filmora subscription for mac (for 1 month). Somehow, they included a 7-day free trial for something called Effects and Plugins to that,without me noticing (and having absolutely no need for). When I cancelled my Filmora subscription on 4 April, there was no signs of Effects and Plugins package, but the next day they charged me for the subscription renewal of that service.

When I complained to their customer service and requested a refund, they advised that I was informed about this Effects and Plugins package a few days before they would charge me. Indeed they did send me an email, but using a different email address (*******@best.wondershare.com) than the usual one from which I received all previous communications from them (*******@mail-service.wondershare.com). Of course, the email from *******@best.wondershare.com was sent to my Spam mail box.

They then advised that there was no issue with the purchase, and does not fit their refund policy. Absolute scam to get users to pay for extra stuff that they have no need for.

I bought one of wondershare's data recovery programs when I was in an emergency situation and needed to recover a bunch of data ONE time. I tried several programs to save myself but none worked.
In the throws of my grief and the many other progtams i had tried, I forgot to cancel my subscription to Wondershare. I also never used the program again. A year later I saw another $70 charge come across my credit card. I called Wondershare IMMEDIATELY to cancel mysubscriptiom and ask for a refund of the SECOND charge ONLY - the charge for the new year of service, stating that I had no need for the service again and that I hadn't used it for nearly an entire year. They REFUSED to refund me for the second year and pocketed the money. These people are money-grubbers! They don't care about their customers at all!

Refunding
November 16, 2020

I have purchased it before seeing that my pictures are not able to be recovered. It made a good scan, recoverd all, but files that I wanted where corrupted. The support team was very helpful, trying to solve the problem. But finaly I wait for the refund. It's a pitty that recoverit couldn't recover my files so that would be readable, but I apritiate the efford of support team.

Wont follow 30 day refund policy

24 hrs ago I bought MobileTrans. I used the free version to back up my phone before erasing it to give to my son. I bought the program to retrieve my backed up app data, specifically my google authenticator 2FA codes, to my new phone. The 2FA codes didn't transfer. Their website has a plaque stating a 30 day guarantee (refund). I contacted customer service and they stated that there is a different policy that says "We will offer a refund if a technical issue or compatibility issue cannot be resolved. We are sorry that it cannot be refunded if there is no issue with the product itself or a change of mind." That's not a 30 day guarantee. They had me send logs from the app so they can determine if there is an issue. The agent "escalated" my logs to engineers to determine if I can get a refund. They had no way of sending me a copy of our chat. They had no way to refund my purchase despite the 30 day guarantee. They wouldn't give me an agent's name or a supervisor's name. They would get back to me in an email with their decision.

Amanda from Wondershare gave me fantastic (and patient!) tech support today on my perpetual license of EdrawMax. I got either a deliberately misleading email, or just poorly worded, saying my perpetual license to EdrawMax was going to expire in 30 days, and I would not be able to use the product unless I paid for a subscription. I clicked the Chat support button on the edrawsoft.com website, and was a little upset at Amanda when she connected. "Perpetual license" and I have to pay to keep using it? She took my information, looked up my account, and confirmed that my license was indeed perpetual, but the right to upgrade expires in 30 days. She talked me through deactivating my current license, provided the link for the new version, and patiently waited for me to download and install the current version. She then provided my original keycode to activate the software. All up to date and good to go! Great job Amanda! I am an IT professional, and believe me, I know how rare it is to have this kind of tech support experience!
