This company charged an auto charge on a service they no longer support. Run fast and do not use Wondershare!
Horrible company, that just charges random subscriptions to your credit card, would highly suggest you do not use any of their products

Edit: They eventually refunded me after I contacted PayPal and left negative reviews. Later however, when I searched something on Google, I wasn't able too due to an error message saying too many requests came from my network... very weird and abnormal and absolutely should never happen. I refreshed my PC to before I installed this company's software and the problem was gone. Later that same day I got the same error message on my phone! I don't use my home network on my phone, only my data so I KNOW it couldn't have been infected with anything else other than this software. Had to factory reset my phone and the issue was gone. On top of that, I began receiving phone calls and messages on WhatsApp from random Chinese numbers. Never before had that happen until installing this software.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS COMPANY'S SOFTWARE. THEY CHARGE YOU FOR LITERAL MALWARE AND THEN SELL ALL YOUR DATA TO OTHER CHINESE SCAM COMPANIES.
Avoid this company at all costs! They offer subpar software that does not do as advertised. You can do everything it offers by yourself for free with a little know how. If you want the convenience, use a better company! They claim to offer 30 day money back guarantee but will NOT honour it. I was dissatisfied, to say the least, because their software did not do what it advertised and is useless to me. No big deal, I can get a refund and no harm done. However when I asked for a refund, they ran me around in circles trying to get me to jump through hoops for it and ultimately just ghosted me. Very unethical and borderline, if not outright, fraudulent behaviour.
I bought a Dr. Fone license last week. I cannot use the application and the support is horrible. C

The team is not there to support you. I am pretty sure this is a scam. I would really love a refund because I paid 85 dollars to be scammed.

I downloaded the free trial of their PDF editor 9/21/21. I uninstalled it on 9/22/21 because what was advertised is NOT what I got, and the free trial wasn't free:
1- Advertised as a PDF editing app, but could not fill in or edit PDF forms (how can you try out software if you don't have access to the common functions?)
2- It created invasive watermarks on every page of every PDF I downloaded and already had and opened with Wondershare. Discovered later they cannot be removed without paying them $80, rendering them useless, even after uninstalling the software.
3- Even after uninstalling, they are tracking my use and have access to and interfere with all documents I opened during the "free trial" including forms I own and legal forms containing personal information, because when I right click on the watermark to choose an action (as in delete or edit), a web page for Wondershare opens immediately demanding payment even though I ended the relationship before the "free trial" ended.
This is false advertising, violation of privacy, and extortion... requiring an $80 payment to get the documents you own restored to a useful state during a dysfunctional "free trial" then remaining on your device after you uninstall it like a spyware virus you can't get rid of?
I now have to replace/rewrite every PDF, and pay someone to get their invasive software off of my device.
There is nothing wonderful about "Wondershare". If they hoped to trap me into paying them, it didn't work, and furthermore they've lost customers by beginning what might have turned into a long term relationship by trying to manipulate a sale through misrepresentation and force.
Anyone else having this issue? Lets join forces and go class action.

Answer: Wondershare intentional makes their "service" difficult and their software nearly unusable. If you t at to cancel, they'll find a reason to refuse honering the refund policy and Money Back Guarantee. Avoid at all costs.
Answer: You'll have to file a dispute with your credit card. Wondershare has a refund policy that they go out of their way to not honor. Additionally they have a Money Back Guarantee posted to their site that is worthless and they refuse to honor under any circumstance.
