The customer service staff are not professional. Instead of helping with the customers issue they will leave the chat and not worry about it at all. That's unprofessional! Also, once I placed my order it took 2 weeks to process and another 5 days to leave the warehouse. And of course shipping takes a while so I am not so upset with that. In order to keep customers satisfied with their time here, then look into your staff, some are helpful and others are not the slightest helpful. & don't get me started with the staff that gave me attitude for asking where my package was and why it was not shipped yet. Not shopping here again. Its a HEADACHE! Save your time and patience!
They real you in with "free shipping". Practically had to jump through hoops trying to get the free shipping. Had to complete an online form. Then send order confirmation. But what they don't tell you, is by completing the online form you are agreeing to membership fees. For us, it was $17.88 a month. By the time we realized it, it cost us a total of $35.76! Plus, of course, we never got our shipping costs reimbursed. Huge SCAM!
The clothes I ordered are too big. The return policy is $10.99 and you pay return shipping for their mistake. Which isn't worth the time considering the pennies on the dollar you get back. I'm making $100 rags and will never shop there again. They also own Roaman's.
I really do love Walmart. They always seem to have what I'm looking for at a fair price. BUT when it comes to ordering online, it sucks. It goes down a lot and is very slow compared to the other webs sites I shop at. Sure hope they get that fixed!
I have spent a lot of money over the past 7 years with this company. I am in Australia so delivery charges are very high. I ordered a pair of black denim pants light twill pants arrived The company does not care and will not take responsibility for the mistake. I am caught between a rock and a hard place because to return the product and re order will cost me on far more than the cost of their mistake. They had me they lost me they will never get me again. They have a deal a day and you never realized you wanted to shop so much. But, I only go to them when I need something. They are excellent on accepting returns as fit can change with all their companies.
Please, don't buy from this company, first able this website is not secure, first time buying in here, someone hacked my credit card. Second able they send you the wrong item and you have to return it on you expense

Promo said purchase one pair of sneakers get 2nd pair half price. Purchased one pair for $29.99 with 2nd pair $14.99 on July 5th. Week later used website to check on status of order. Status said 1st pair now $27.99 and second pair now 21.99! Logged onto WomanWithin site, the 2nd pair NOW listed on their site for $16.98. At the time I submitted my order the 2nd pair were half off and IN STOCK. On the WomanWithin website there is a disclaimer that back ordered items are not subject to current promotions, however on July 5th, this item WAS in stock when I placed the order. This is not the 1st time that WW/in has performed bait and switch with pricing. Its unfortunate because plus size women are generally locked into a few clothing suppliers for decent professional and leisure wear. Its unfortunate that Full Beauty brands takes advantage of its loyal customer base treating them without respect and more like a 'captive' audience.

I have been ordering from this company for years and the last 2 shopping attempts have resulted in the most frustrating experiences. The web site chat doesn't work, the agents are rude. The "offers" are not accepted at check out. And when I get a supervisor "George" on the phone he tells me "I'm sorry" and yes, he is.
The first time I ordered from them I was unable to get help returning the item and I gave up trying.
The second time I was getting something for my mother-in-law so I decided to try again. It said 40%off so I went ahead. It took me 45 minutes to order because of pop up ads asking me to create an account or buy more merchandise. When I finally got to checkout I found that standard shipping was $18.
Next time I'll skip Woman Within.
By the way, the first review website that shows up if you want to review Woman Within is Consumer Affairs. It showed good reviews and it wouldn't let me create an account.
Very disappointed. Pajama pants literally shredded. Thin material. The prices are out of control and all material seems to be cheap. I cannot add a photo because I threw the dang pants out! I ordered on line so if they need proof, they can check my purchases.
I tried to re-turn an item and after being told I had to pay $10.99 to get my money back I decided to re-order the item but was never given a credit so I ended up paying twice for it. Will never buy from any catalog associated with Woman Within.

Shipping took over 3 weeks and that was not clearly stated when I purchased the shoes. When I call them they say that it says it on their website so consumers know it can take that long.
But it is not clearly stated.
They said I can get a refund it the shoes arrive later than 4 weeks! Their call center had no solutions other than I can mail them back at my expense.

1. I have been waiting a month for a refund.
2. When you call, nobody answers the phone.
3. The "account" information online is all messed up; it shows only one of my three orders, and does not show my return, even though I received an email verifying that the return had been processed.
4. Even though I type in my full address, the shipping labels they generate has only my name, the street name and city - not the numeric part of the address - which causes all kinds of shipping confusion.
5. The time from when the order is placed to when it ships is far, far too long.
They have good prices, but this is ridiculous.
Terrible customer service using website or /and phone service. Website doesn't allow you to do anything but order. No place to address problems with orders. On the phone I waited over 30 minutes up to nearly an hour with No service. I placed order over a week ago and it is still not been filled or shipped. At no place did I see anything saying the order was to be delayed for filling. I used to order often from them but lately service has gotten worse and worse. They also have already charged my credit card.
Will never buy from Woman Within again! I placed an order today. I put my email through to get 40% off as promised. The email did not come through until after I placed the order. I tried to call and chat. Absolutely no one to take my call or address my situation on chat either. I was trying to get someone to honor the 40% off. No luck. I've had problems in the past with Customer service on this site before but I thought I'd give it another chance. MEVER AGAIN!

If I could put 0 stars I would. I want to warn everyone who has not yet managed to contact this site and was not deceived by them, disgusting service. I ordered sandals for $65 plus $20 shipping. The shoes were not delivered and the money was not returned. Customer service via email had said we need to fill out and return the affidavit via mail to receive a refund. We send it via EMAIL AND POSTAL MAIL. Nothing. Contacted them regarding my refund status and they wrote back that its been 60 days and the chance to receive a refund/return had expired. So I was left with no shoes and no money back. Never ordering from here again.
Clothing that actually fits nicely. It is sometimes hard for a woman who has not only wide shoulders but a large bust to find things that fit nicely. I love that they don't cater to just one body type.
Women within and their businesses are using unethical business practices. You may see one price for a purchase that you have made recently and they jacked it up $30 and try to give you a discount totally unethical and I refuse to purchase or do business in this manner.
Answer: I don't know about charging for each item but you are always charged a shipping fee for returns even if the mistake is their fault.
