Password Breach
July 12, 2021

Upon entering PayPal details at checkout I received a password breach notification from google and PayPal. I believe it would be a very unlikely coincidence that this would be another website. I believe wolf and badger may have had the security breach. If this is incorrect, I will take this review down. Though I don't want anyone else to have this happen to them. Shein famously had a password breach and compromised many people's accounts - generally depending on who you are, and how useful your information is, these can be sold on the dark web to criminals. Stay safe homies.

I have had nothing but bad experiences with this company. I ordered a Rixo dress over a Christmas which I then returned but after 14 days so they wouldn't issue a refund. They then stopped stocking this brand and I struggled to find anything that I wanted to spend £315 on. One of the reasons is that individual items have high shipping fees that I was not prepared to pay. 2 years on and even during the pandemic they are still unhappy to issue a refund and now I've just given up on getting the remaining money back- I've told them just to keep it. I'm done with this company now. I buy all my clothes online and the customer service from Wolf and Badger is appalling. Stay away.

They call themselves 'ethical' - it's arguable

I bought earrings described as 18k gold when in fact they are sterling silver with gold overlay. I paid the price for gold when they should have been far less. I'm less than impressed by the false advertising.

Terrible
June 2, 2020

Just terrible. After falling in love with the perfect dress for my event I decided to order at W&B. It would take 1 week or so to arrive, one week before my event. 2 days after planned delivery I informed how my delivery was standing to get to know the product was NEVER available. To late to find another dress and from W&B side just an excuus and a refund. I think this is terrible customer service for a mistake so big.
I will never order there again since it seems they are very unorganized and leave people dissapointed

Problem solved quick!

I had an issue with a delivery, the retailers fault not the company and they managed to get it to me quickly despite courier issues! Also I had a code that didn't work and they sorted it out instantly for me over the phone and through email, really grateful to Georgina and Rhianna as wanted to buy an item before it was sold out and loving my swimsuit now!

Not worth the money, All they do is take your money and the support from their end is to send you company worded responses that tow the line. I paused my account for February spent lots of time and money to do photos to their specifications to be ready for March 1. Tried to upload all new product on 2/27-2/28. Site wouldn't let because of pause. But they promptly charged my credit card at 12:01 am on the first.

Misleading pleather
August 11, 2022

I ordered a navy tote bag it never mentioned its pleather.
I have sent numerous msgs to ask if its genuine leather to no response! This bag cost me $160 on special so you would expect leather!
Go to Myer instead.

Just amazing!

I bought a hoodie and lino shirt from different brands on Wolf&Badger and I couldn't be more satisfied with the purchase! The customer service team was really helpful and I got all the support I needed when returning another thing that I just didn't like.

Order I dress 85 pounds 10 pounds delivery had to send back as it's not good quality download label it 68 dollars to return it say free return cant send back to the London shop I will not be shopping with them again

Husband placed a order
December 21, 2020

Husband placed a order for a gift for me. The order date was the 11th shipping date was 16-18, he received one email stating there was a delay and this was sent to him on the 16th. Since then we have tried to call and email with no replies from them. I will contact BBB as soon as the holidays are over. Today is 21st. There is a loop on the phone number at the company that sends you back to email not a chance to speak to anyone. Someone else sure would have appreciated our business.

I have bought 2 items from Boticca, one of the item is a file bag and I was very pleased with the design and material. But the other item which is a handbag, colour of the bag looks very different from the image, and I had to return. Unfortunately, I have not register myself from the Boticca when I purchase both items, thus unable to return the 2nd item. I have written a few emails to *******@boticca.com but haven't had any replies since a week ago. Thus, I really doubt their support of easy return of unsatisfied item with no question asked within 14 days. Buyers please be very sure of your buyings with Boticca, and Boticca, please upgrade your support system and contact point for return goods, I actually felt cheated by the easy return within 14 days.

I had ordered the 4 teacups and saucers. It showed it was delivered to my house, but yet I never received these items. I had contacted the company, and the lady I was dealing with through email, had sent me a pic of the house it was delivered too with the same 135 address, its was Cleary NOT my house and I had emailed her back a picture of my house address, as she had sent to me. Never received the items and NO refund!

The first pic is of the house that my purchase was sent too, and the other two pics are of my house. CLEARLY HUGE MISTAKE. AND THE REFUSED TO SEND ME ANOTHER SET BECAUSE THE ITESM WERE DELIVERED. TO THE WRONG HOUSE!
