Wolf & Badger charges $375 a month to have your products on their website. Then they take 30% commission on each sale + processing/services fees. Then you pay around $10 per return (and SO many people buy for fun, multiple sizes, etc - only to return). It takes 1 week for them to get your products approved and online, so you pay for nothing. If you go on holiday mode it takes 48 hours to be up again, except you pay for days where you're offline. A complete rip off for businesses. There's so many products and they'll take just about any brand to get profits. Your label will do decent the first few months then drop to zero sales.
I purchased several items for my engagement pictures which I ended up not using and I returned after a week. I received an email from the company claiming that the items were worn and they wouldn't issue me a refund. I only tried on the items ONCE and they were in perfect condition when I returned them. It looks like this is a common practice in this company to scam people out of their money because several other reviewers below me reported the exact same problem. Do not buy anything from this company. Appalling and unethical business practices and they need to be investigated for fraud.

I'd like to reassure you that whilst we do have a strict 14 day returns policy, our independent brands check every return upon arrival. If in this case they have deemed that the items were worn, we do have a duty to uphold the returns policy stating used/worn items will not be accepted.
I returned an outfit a couple days after receiving.
They claim it was worn, ( it was not, and tags were still intact) I called to speak to customer service and then I'm told they are a market place, similar to etsy.
I will never shop with them again. I strongly suggest to just order directly from the brand from now on, or from a reputable store who won't steal your money!
We never received our $350 item purchased a few weeks ago. We reached out to them and they provided a tracking number but UPS cannot provide a delivery date yet. We called again and the recorded message said to email them due to limited staffing. We did that as well and received no response.
I just purchased an Uskees jacket from Wolf & Badger and the service was outstanding. Easy to purchase and the jacket arrived within 48 hours. Really nice packaging with a tote bag and fabric care kit from the brand. Will definitely be shopping here again!
Shipping was a full 12 days after the order date. I needed it here in time to give to someone, but there was no response to my repeated queries about when my order would be dispatched. Clearly some of the support email addresses are still not working properly, but I got no response even after copying in the other support address. I finally got a response after I had received the parcel with the suggestion that I check my spam folder rather than an apology or admission that their service is awful.
I was selling as a small brand, do no go there! As a client or as a brand.
They charge outrageous fee each month in exchange of nothing. A lot of promise for NOTHING, no marketing of anything. Actually, they have so many products online that your products won't even appear on categories. I tried to find mines and gave up after 30 pages. This is crazy. I am happy to team up with other brands to take legal actions against them. They are taking advantage of small emerging brands and stealing mony from them, this is simply a BIG SCAM. It has to stop.

However, you soon realize that you are just one among thousands who pay a monthly fee to sell there, and your items go unnoticed amidst the overwhelming number of pieces available.
2. They fail to fulfill their contractual obligation of including your brand in the newsletter or instagram.
3. They automatically charge your credit card for the following month without your consent.
Whenever you add an item to their listing, they automatically increase the price by nearly 50% to extract higher fees, which were not specified in the contract. Consequently, your product becomes excessively expensive, making it unlikely to sell.
4. I strongly advise all small designers to request a refund if the platform fails to fulfill its contractual obligations.

I am so surprised to read the negative comments on here about W&B.
I came across the website completely by accident. I browsed through and found few fabulous items, tailored, well fitted, just how I like it. The quality is fab and also outstanding to the high street clothing. It's made beautifully and certainly when I am out I always get compliments! I love it because it's different and when I wear the gorgeous flare jeans or the skinny leather ones combined with a jacket or a little top looks apart and feels expensive. Finding the right cut for the suited body shape is the key. I will definitely purchase again.
I bought two items over £600 in merchandise from Wolf and Badger. I tried to return them and couldn't because the DHL courier kiosks were not working locally. When I contacted Wolf and Badger they kindly rearranged a pick up from my home - no explanation as to why the DHL kiosks were not working. I took time off work (anxious to read about others' experiences with cut-off return times etc. so thought I had better be safe) I waited a whole morning for the courier - no show. I then emailed Wolf and Badger the same morning to let them know. No joy. I then thought I would call to ensure that the message about non pick-up was received and was re-directed to the contact form online which I had already used. Ridiculous! This is appalling service - even if the issue is with DHL they should be at least interested to understand and try and fix the issue. I am astounded that with this level of customer service the company are still open. I am now still waiting to send two expensive parcels back. I am concerned that I will be at fault for not returning them on time and also concerned that when they get the parcels back they are going to accuse me of having worn them - I haven't. I now face having to take more time off so that I can wait in for a courier although as things stand Wolf and Badger have not returned my email. Please do not use this company - I feel enormously sorry for any of the companies they promote/use as they are really selling you short too.

There is no origin where the product was made on any of the tags. Customer service is awful.
The website says that you can chat live but the hours are different than what they email you.
I purchased a black fur coat from Wolf & Badger. It came faulty. It had a hole inside the lining and one clip was faulty. I was given compensation for the hole which I had to get fixed after arguing with them at first.
Then I received additional clips for the coat which are a different colour and different size. Also looking at the photo I took, it shows that the coat is not 100% black but has blue hues through it.
I will never purchase from them again and do not recommend them at all. Waste of $400.

I contacted customer service about an order I needed to return. She made several mistakes and was suppose to follow up after she contacted the vendor and didn't. I followed up with her and never got a response. I tried calling the phone number provided and you get an automated message telling you, there is no one to take your call. That is it. I've tried the link provided to start a new contact and get a 404 error on that as well.
I wouldn't buy from them. They clearly don't know how to run a business.

Unbelievable experience. Ordered Bowie jumpsuit, money taken straight away. Waited for delivery that never come, called customer service, which informed me that item out of stock, received email that item is back in stock. Called customer service again, and been told that it is mistake. Than received 2 emails one saying item has been shipped another that is out of stock and had been refunded. Went on the website to see if the item is in stock or not, and to my surprise it was in sale, but different price, called customer service, and what did I heard! We are very sorry, but there is another mistake! I am speechless, I would recommend to stay away from Wolf and Badger website.

AWFUL customer service, can't get in touch with anyone over the phone, no-one comes back to you with updates via email.
I returned TWO items a month ago and put them in the same packaging. This is a huge mistake as apparently they have to be returned separately in two separate parcels to the brands. (So if you wanted to return 7 items to 7 different brands, you would have to send back 7 different returns?!).
I haven't heard back from the company regarding receiving the other item I sent back and I have now been charged for this. Not only that, but since I bought the first item, they have changed the price of it meaning that I am out of pocket with my first refund leaving me with just a £2.93 refund.
So confusing, upsetting and frustrating. I never ever leave negative reviews but I'm honestly pulling my hair out with this company! Be careful!
Answer: Don't, they are going to scam you You're going to pay more for shipping and taxes (even with their discounts). They are known to promote misleading information from stock they don't even have so you make purchases and they cancel, stealing money in the process
