Wolf & Badger is not Refunding $846.00 for returned dresses

I literally think the company stole $846.00 from me. I returned 5 dresses in one package. I was not aware that each dress comes from a different company. I notified customer service and they said they would send me an email. They never did. I contacted them again and no one got back to me. I'm owed a refund of $846.00 and no one is responding. Here is the first chat with customer service that never followed up. Wolf and Badger Customer Service "Hi Janelle, thanks for starting a chat with us! Is your query relating to an existing order?" Yes "Please provide your 7-digit order number It can be found on your Order Receipt email (e.g. #*******)." Order Number

Where is my refund "Waiting for an agent to join" "Charbel has joined the conversation" "Hi Janelle! My name is Charbel, I'm here to help!" Hi! I returned 5 dresses, yet only received one refund for $121.50. Why have the other 4 dresses not been refunded? "I'm sorry to hear you have not received your refund yet. I'll pull up your order details now and check this for you 🙏" Thank you! All of these dresses were returned in the same package. The packing slips were included and I printed out the entire order which I also included in the package "Thank you for your patience. I can see that there is no return that has been processed for the other four items. Please be advised that if you are returning multiple items to multiple brands, please ensure that the correct labels are attached to each parcel." I'm confused. I only received one label. This is serious. We're talking close to $846.00 in merchandise. Here is the shipping label I was sent. *******-return_shipping_docs-*******_*******.pdf9.44 KB PDF All of the dresses were sent with this label that I received "I will now contact the brand for them to send your items back to their respective brands. I understand the confusion about how our return process works." Thank you. The amount I am owed back is $846.00 for those 4 dresses "You can still make a return label even though you have generated the first one. No worries, Janelle. All 5 dresses were in this package with the label above. I'll email them now and also send you a follow-up email in the next ten minutes so that we can stay in contact until I hear back. Sounds good?" Ok, wonderful. Thank you. "You're most welcome 😀 And before I let you go, do you have any other questions today that I can help with?" Can you reassure me that I will have the $846.00 returned to me? "Once the items have been returned to their respective brand, your refund will be processed.While I have you here, is there anything else that I can help you with?" Not at the moment. "Alright, then I will be back in touch with an update as soon as I can. 📨" This must happen all the time for your company
